Where Where's Where is your phone? >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. [Music] a lot of snapper that are probably they they appear to be undersized. So, we'll have to separate them and merandize them to figure out who's is who or if it's a collective effort. >> Um, >> just them two or >> it's just these two. Okay. Um, so, um, basically, >> yeah, they're under >> what happened when I first walked up, I saw a twitch in the bag. There was they were inside this plastic bag here. >> Okay. >> I asked him, I said, "Do you have any fish?" They said, "Oh, the grunts. Only grunts." I said, "Okay." There was a a whole another bag that he had um which is was over there. He pulled out and he showed me, but there were three snapper in there, right? I already noticed one was under size. Okay. >> So I said, "Is that it? Is that all you have?" I thought, you know, maybe thinking it was just a three snapper knowing that fish are flopping in the bag. So they pull out the I asked him. He pulls out bread and everything else but the bag. Then he finally pulls the bag out. Then I got >> And it was in that black feeler bag. >> Yes. So then I see all the snapper that are in there and a couple grunts. Okay. So I don't know if it's two separate bags. That's why I got the fish separate. If it's one is his, one is his. That's what I want to try to figure out. Otherwise, I just charge them collectively as you have this many and you have this many. I'm looking at over the bag and under size right now. >> Okay. So, you want me to pull one to a side? Read them, Miranda. >> Yes. And I'll ask questions. So, if we want to just go over here to the shade or something. >> All right. Let him know right off the bat that Nope. Let him know. As long as he's honest with me and doesn't lie to my questions, nobody goes to jail. Just let him know right off the bat. >> Did Did both of you collect all of those fish together? >> Or is one bag his or one bag the other person? >> One bag is his and the other one is the other. >> Okay. Whose bag was in the backpack? >> The other person. >> So the other guy's bag was in the backpack. >> He said he was putting it in there because of the the the sun. He says that that they don't know about the fish that they all thought they were all grunts. >> I I I got that part wrong. Did he put any fish in that backpack or in the bag that was in the backpack? >> His bag he said no. The bag that he was putting fish in was the one outside of the fela bag. >> Okay, that's fair. >> Ask him if he's got a valid fishing license. Because I couldn't understand what he was saying. He couldn't show it to me. He's got a 2-year. >> He's got a two-year on his phone. I know they >> you can probably look that up on with his deal number. I believe >> I'm I can but he's supposed to shoot. >> I know. I know. >> But um calm down. It's okay. It's okay. Nobody's going to jail. It's okay. >> Okay. Just ask him the easy one. Did they measure any of those fish that they caught? >> Did he catch all the fish in that bag and his partner catch all the fish in that bag or were they collective? >> You want me to just ask him which bag is his? >> Yeah, you can. The one on the right. >> Okay. Did he put any fish in his bag? >> No. >> I think I'm done. >> He says, well, he's not sure. No. >> Okay. Okay. Um Okay. Uh I think Okay. Does he know what kind of fish this is? I'll pull it up. >> He says they look similar to grunts. That's what he thought. Okay. All right. That's That's it. I'll just >> let them both know. So, I got I got three undersized for him is his only charge. This This one >> the bag that was outside. >> This was the bag that was inside the bag. >> Okay. >> Okay. This was the bag that was outside the bag. >> And then you only got three out of >> I only got three out of this bag. >> Okay. So, that's his. >> So, this is his. This I I don't I got I haven't even counted. I just saw a gold a gold mine and >> call for an offense number. >> Okay. So, >> what do you want me to do? >> So, all all you need to do is tell him I'm going to be back with a piece of paper for him and a piece of paper for him. You can tell them both that they're both going to have a court date. All they need to do is sign that piece of paper. It's not an admission of guilt. It's just an understanding that they're going to have a court date. They can continue to fish, but they need to know the rules and regulations. Other than that, we're here. I'll tell them. >> Well, it's going to take me a little bit to print some paper. I got it. I got it. >> Your truck's parked all the way over. Yeah. >> I'll wait here. Bring it over and I'll either go to my car or >> Okay. >> These fish are good. Do you want to keep them? This is his Alberto. >> That's Alberto. >> Okay. >> He's only being charged for the two undersized fish. >> Okay. >> And then we'll explain this one to him cuz it's got a little more to it. >> Okay. >> He's got he's being charged with 22 over the bag limit for snapper. >> All together. >> All together. 20. Oh, I'm sorry. 12 over. He's being charged twice for 12 over is what I should say. >> He had of each each type of snapper. Okay. >> So 12 over for each. Oh, I have one more ticket for him. He his fishing license is expired. >> Him? >> Yeah, he's got a expired fishing license. >> This is just a fishing license. It's $55. If he brings if he wants to show me proof of in court, I'd be happy to dismiss it. >> Okay. Show him. >> Okay. All right. They're free to go. >> Okay.
