Officers with Florida Fish and Wildlife were conducting an offshore patrol when they made contact with a fishing charter vessel to conduct a resource inspection. How you doing? >> Good. Okay. >> And you're being cited for possession of out of season red grouper. >> Yeah. >> Um I'm not charging you for all three of them. I just put you a charge on there for the grouper out of season. He pled no contest to the charge and his adjudication was withheld. He was ordered to complete an FWC course and pay $323 in fines, which he promptly paid.
