The officer spoke with the adoptive mother, a very cooperative and kind-hearted woman who had taken this girl in, but the girl turned out to be quite a handful. Her behavior was unpredictable and slightly influenced by mental issues. However, despite repeated requests from the officers, she stubbornly refused to open the door. Who knew a quiet home could hide such a storm waiting to explode? You can't break the door now. Charlie, open the door. Get a away from me. What is wrong with you, bro? I don't trust you. I don't trust you either. I don't trust you, bro. Get away from me. But you barricade. Get away from me. I don't trust you. I don't trust you. I don't trust you. I don't trust you. I don't trust you. Roll over on your side. I didn't do nothing. Okay. I literally didn't do [ __ ] Get up. Officers made every effort to handle the woman calmly. But when they finally forced the door open, her behavior turned wild. She screamed and shouted like causing chaos was her only talent in life. The officers must have wondered what kind of girl this was. One who refused to listen to anyone and seemed born just to turn a quiet scene into a circus. Sit up. Sit up. Stand up. Put your shoes off. I'm not putting nothing on. You want to go out barefoot? Get off of me. You put your hands on me and then you going to do this dumb ass. I touch you. No, you put your hands on me, bro. Did I touch you? I ain't even Yes, you did. Yes, you did. Yes, you did. You put your hands on me, bro. You put your hands on me, bro. Relax. Breathe. Breathe. See yourself. Have a seat. Get off of me. Get off of me. Please. Have a seat. Please. Get off of me. What happened when you guys got into it? We did. Oh. I thought she said she got in your face and pushed you physically. Yeah, she pushed me physically. What happened was she came she came home after being out all night. Right. She knocked on the door like the police. I was coming out the kitchen. She said I was sitting on the couch, but I wasn't. I was coming out the kitchen. So, I opened up the door and I opened up the door. You dumbass old ass [ __ ] Why the you ain't open up the damn door. Oh, people just get on my nerves and this and that. So, I'm standing in the kitchen. She ran around from, you know, this way to the kitchen and just push me. [Applause] You know what I'm saying? So, I just looked at her, walked when she walked back that way cuz she was looking for me to push her back. I didn't. Okay. I walked back around, got in my car. I just went up there and got a net powers and desire her attorney to find out what I got to do to go back to court. Y'all can have her. Y'all really going to take me to jail after she put her hands on me? I don't deserve to live. I don't deserve to live. I don't deserve nothing. I deserve nothing. I deserve nothing at all. It's nothing I could do for her. The only physically she did you was shove you? Yeah, she pushed me like she wanted me to fight back, but I didn't. I just walked away from it cuz I already know what I'm dealing with. That's She wanted me to fight, but I wouldn't. So, I walked away, walked and got in my truck. That's why when you pulled up, I came from around the corner cuz I just left from over there getting information on how I can give her back. I deserve nothing. I deserve nothing. I deserve nothing. I just want to die. I don't want to be no more. I'm tired. I'm tired. I'm tired. Turning a simple investigation into a complete nightmare. That's something this girl mastered well. She kept arguing non-stop, yelling and screaming, even blaming her own mother, claiming she laid hands on her, which only made things worse. She kept shouting, "Bro, I did nothing wrong." Well, if nothing was done, why not calmly provide evidence instead of creating such unnecessary drama? Because it's just becoming too much for me. I can't do it. You know what I'm saying? I had her 6 months. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I bought this child everything. It ain't about no money. It ain't about nothing. You know what I'm saying? But she don't appreciate. She don't give a I'm not going to let her hurt me. I'm not going to let her physically hurt me. And right now, at this point, I I feel threat. I feel threat by her. I can't even I can't even get the cops off of me. I can't even get the cops off of me. Has there been any domestic violence arrests on her since she's been here? Has she to the teacher school up at the school? But has she been arrested for assaulting you? No. Okay. No. He's burning my gun. He's biting my gun. Ow. [Applause] Did she make any frets? Yeah. She told me I was a dumbass old ass. But like like hurt you or like she always threatened to hurt me. I got her tonight. It's got to be today. She today. Yeah. She said she was going to kick my ass. Okay. That's a threat, ain't it? Sure. True. [ __ ] She said she was going to me up and kick my ass. [ __ ] that. Just for my paperwork. She shoved you and then said she was going to kick your ass. She said I just want to make sure I got everything correct. Okay. We'll be back in to talk to you in a few. Okay. You're welcome, Carly. Can you calm down a little bit? I know you were not being rational with us back there. Okay. I just got hit upside down my head. I'm not okay. [Music] I'm not okay. I'm upset. I just want to go somewhere. I want to go to my mom's house. I don't want to be her. I don't want to live with her no more. I'm tired of living her. She keep putting hering hands on me expecting me not to do [ __ ] And she keeps saying that I'm the one who keeps doing dumb [ __ ] And it's like, bro, why do you keep blaming me for [ __ ] that's not even out of my control? Like, bro, I literally literally missed the bus. And she was upset about that. Why wouldn't you open the door for us so we could talk to you about everything that's going on? Because, bro, I don't want to go to jail. I didn't, bro. I've been to residentials, all types of, and I just don't want to do that no more. I'm tired of having to go through that. So, where are y'all taking me? We're having a supervisor come out. He's going to interview you because we had to arrest you. We had to go hands-on with you. We had to use force with you. He's going to interview you. Interview her and then uh you're going to go to Dan Street today. Okay. The situation kept getting worse. On one hand, the woman was giving information about herself, but on the other hand, she was banging her head against the police car seat, repeatedly hitting it as if that would convince the officers to let her go. It was a strange act. Hopefully next time she'll learn how to pull herself out of her Tik Tok fantasy and behave sensibly in the real world, leaving the drama behind. Why am I going to dance street? Well, why do you think you're going to dance? I didn't even mean to trap his hands. I was trying to force my hands onto something so I didn't get arrested. You were I mean, you were resisting arrest. Right. Right. Okay. And then Miss Corin said you shoved her and threatened to kick her ass. No, I didn't. You did. She put her hands on me. What does that mean? She put her hands on me. She literally went off on me because I missed the bus last night. What does that mean? She put her hands on you and when? She [ __ ] punched me in my [ __ ] That's why I was literally hiding in the first place. That's why I was literally had the door shut because she punched me in my face. Charlie, where'd you get punched at? In the head. These cups are way too tight. Okay, I'm going to loosen them up for you now that you've calmed down. Okay, let these guys check you out. I don't even know. What are they even doing? Evaluating you. Making sure you don't have any lumps or cuts or anything on your head. That's all. Can you turn this other way? Other way. There you go. All right. No. Can you lean that way for me, please? I'm going to loosen these cuffs up for you. Okay. Not so much, but I need you to relax. How's that feel? That better? Yes. Okay. And I'll leave them loose as long as you are acting the way you are. Okay. Cuz you're night and day from what you were in there. Okay. I was just I didn't want to get arrested. That was I understand. I understand. I've been This has happened to me so many times. I just I can't get this. I need you to twist just a little bit more. Okay. You got that? Okay. Cool. All right. You got to keep them there. He's going to Is this pull socks? I already have fingerprint. Well, no, they're just they're not doing that. They're just measuring your oxygen level in your blood. Okay. I just want to talk to my mom. I just want to talk to my mom. You'll be able to do that. No, my birth mom. That's not my mom. I want to talk to my mom. We'll get these cuffs off you. The girl showed absolutely no fear about being in custody for the first time. She didn't seem to care what awaited her behind the jail bars. Her only focus was to create more chaos, as if she were acting out a movie scene or trapped in some strange dream. But the reality was far harsher than her imagination. For the officers, moving her and after further investigation, sending her to jail was the right step. The girl was charged with domestic violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property.
