Bite me. Bite me. >> Don't you bite me. >> Knock it off. >> On March 4th, 2024, in classic Florida fashion, normaly clocked out early. A restless figure turned cars, parking lots, and traffic lanes into her personal playground, moving like chaos had GPS. But the real headliner came when police showed up and she decided to run the show. Watch closely because this wasn't your average stroll in the park. >> Did you call? >> That's what we're trying to figure out. Was she pulling the handles or reaching in cars? >> Trying to get into other people's cars. Everybody that's been walking to their car, she's been walking up just rambling on. When I told her get away from other people's car or is she going to get hurt? The people were sitting in their car. She was taunting them or whatever. They drove off. I guess they called police. But she's been literally everybody that they've been walking up with their kids and everything. She's been telling everybody. >> We've been dealing with her all day throughout town. It's crazy. >> I don't understand why they haven't gotten rid of her. >> She is. >> Hey, come over here. Hey, sit down for me. >> No, please. >> Sit down. Leave me alone. >> All right. Sit down over here. >> Hey, sit down. >> You can't come in this playground. >> Come on. Stop playing around. You're acting like a 5-year-old. Not at all. Come on. No. Come here. What are you doing? Why are we back out here? Hey, come on. Knock it off. >> He was trying to hurt Mother Kai. >> All right. What's going on? Why Why are we back out here? >> You guys took so much pictures of me. But that's only a picture of Jesus. You see, Jesus is us. >> Come on over here. >> Hey, come here. Where's your stuff? Hey, where's your stuff? Is that your stuff right here? Come here. Come here. What's the deal with her? What' they say? >> They said she's bothering everybody. She's been trying to get in everybody's cars. They They've been sitting in their cars. She tries to get in the car. Reaches in the car. She keeps bothering everybody. She won't leave everybody alone. And the people just they leave because of her. But you're about to go to jail for resisting police. >> I'm about to take my vest off and tackle her ass. >> Where's her? >> I don't know. Oh, I thought I thought I saw bags and her stuff is in the corner there. I'm not 100% sure. I just saw like two bags there. Feel like I'm dealing with a 5-year-old. >> It is like dealing with a 5-year-old. >> What are you doing? Come on. >> Hey, come over here. >> Keep trying to lock me up. >> No one's locking you up. Come here. >> I'm in the name of Jesus. Leave me alone. >> All right. Come on. Stop acting like a 5-year-old and let's go grow up. upstairs with police will never ever ever see her. Especially not in his reality. >> Come on, knock it off. >> No. No. Do not >> antenna. >> She's trying to break in the damn car. >> Is she really? >> Yeah. >> Open the back. >> You trying to get in my car? Get your ass over here. I'm going to tase you. I am not playing. She's trying to get into the police car. >> Oh, she did? >> Yo, I'm not doing this with her. >> I'm not running around with her. >> Additional units. >> Come on, knock it off. Get over here. The show opened with our wandering lead, a self-proclaimed street performer without an audience, tugging on car handles like she was auditioning for Grand Theft Auto Discount Edition. When officers tried to corral her, she channeled full toddler energy, stomping, dodging, declaring chaos like a onewoman circus act. Every step she took, the cop's patience evaporated faster than Florida sweat. ridiculous. >> He's running from us on ocean. What's the address here? >> 309. I'm >> in 309 East Ocean. Going in. >> Hey, stop her. >> You're good. You're good. >> Continuing westbound. Oh, enough. Lyman Park. Hey, enough. Bite me. Bite me. >> Don't you bite me. >> Knock it off. >> Knock it off. >> Get your breath. >> I'm fine. >> Bite me and you break my skin. >> Don't help. Help. >> Stop. >> Please. Please help me. Please. Don't run me over. [Music] >> Confirm me. >> Get up. It's all right. >> She bit me. [Music] >> I put water on your face. Kai, >> you ready? Watch out. Watch out. It's okay. >> Where's your car? >> All the way back there. >> Sheing bit me. She She beat my ass. >> Oh, did you bite her? >> She had my face on a dog. Well, my ancestor is so angry. [Music] >> Did you bite her? >> Look at my hand. >> Did she like break skin? Yes, that's what the blood's from. >> Hey, who saw that chick try to get in those cars? >> Everybody ran some people away. >> I was saying who who saw her trying to get in the car? >> Get in the car. >> That's what she been doing out here all day. But like I've been trying to help her out around like, "Yo, I give her a water. I go give her hot dog hamburger." You know, whatever she want, she >> turned downtown into her personal obstacle course, dragging cops through streets, parks, and straight into traffic like a deranged game of Frogger. When they finally wrestled her into cuffs, you'd think the show would end. But no, she lunged, snapped, and threw insults like party favors. Even cuffed, she treated the moment like an encore performance. Nobody asked for witness. >> All right. So, I just need one's person, one person's information so I could get a statement from you guys. >> So, when I pulled up, my fiance pretty much told me that she was out here. You know, I guess she was saying before somebody gave her something. She was trying to name names. He said she was speaking in Crayola. When I pulled up, she was just in the parking lot over there by the park, just standing there. And then she just started saying things out of the blue. Someone else pulled up and she basically tried to reach into their door. She didn't try to reach into my door, but she reached into the other person's door. And pretty much everybody that's been pulling up, she's been doing the same thing. >> Has she been pulling on door handles or just reaching in their car? >> People that have been coming out of their car. >> How many? >> Pretty much every car. She's just been like walking by just trying to open like see if the doors open. >> Well, how many how many cars would you say she pulled on? >> About a good six. >> Six of them. Eight. Yeah. Are they all here or they're gone? >> No, some people left. >> Okay. Most of them left. >> Yeah. >> So, six cars door handle which? >> Yeah. Some people not even in their cars like that white one over there. >> Yeah. No, I saw her pulling on that one when I was chasing after. >> Either they parked or like they're away from their car, so they don't even know she's sucking on their cars, but like literally a couple people pulled in, like three people pulled in, weren't even able to get out of their car when my sister pulled up. >> So, they were all cars or SUVs. You're not 100% sure. And if you're not, just it's it's okay. >> It was a mixture of both. So, how many cars did she reach into? >> Two of them. She put her hand in the driver's window. >> No, like literally opened up the door like fully open up the door. >> She opened up two doors and got into two cars >> and she just kept blurting out random things. So, I left it as that. I got my kids, but she wasn't, you know, like hacking or anything. I told her she better stay away before somebody mess her up. She just been going around the park, walking around the park, just saying random things, like talking to people, >> screaming. Was she screaming like that? >> She was mainly in the parking lot. Like, she didn't really come over where we are. So, she was just hanging out always like circling the parking lot or what? >> Like we said, we'll tell her, you know, yeah, like circling the parking lot just waiting for people to pull up, taunting people, >> you know, we told her we'll give her something to eat or whatever, you know, so she come down, but she's just been flirting out randomly. >> Did she take food from you guys? She >> No, she took water. [Music] >> Let me go home. I don't want people to have karma. I literally am having a whole war with the [ __ ] Haitians about putting water on you guys' side. So the dress [Music] >> come off my shelf. >> Can we warn you this morning? What's wrong with you? So many opportunities. >> Like your hair is coming off. >> So many opportunities. >> What' you like that girl for, man? What's wrong with you? Come here. [Music] >> Hang on. We got to check your pockets. You got anything in your pockets? You got to take all that stuff out. No, no, no. Yeah, just the jewelry. I might need a glove, too. You have one heck of a day, huh? Hey, focus. your necklace and your earrings too and your nose ring. If you could do that, I might want to know. >> Go ahead and face my car for me. Widen your stance. You have anything in your pockets? Wind your stance. >> Why? >> Wait. What? >> Oh, >> sit down. >> Witnesses painted her as a parking lot menace. Pestering families, tugging six different handles, and sliding into two cars like she was window shopping for chaos. Some offered her food, but she preferred confusion. Even the water couldn't cool her down. By the time jewelry, earrings, and nose rings came off in custody, the show closed like an overong soap opera. Sila Micaia John Baptiste was taken into custody and faces multiple charges, including battery on a law enforcement officer, two counts of attempted vehicle burglary, resisting arrest with violence, and resisting arrest without violence.
