Around 5:48 p.m., deputies rushed to stop a retail theft in progress. But the suspect didn't stick around. She fled on foot, dragging nearly $900 worth of stolen goods. What followed was a wild chase, shocking discoveries, and body cam drama you won't believe. This wasn't just theft. It was chaos in plain sight. The woman exits with a laundry basket filled with $900 worth of stuff. Baby formula, a camping tent, a duffel bag, like she was going on a vacation or something. Security just stood there watching her leave like it was a movie. After the first 911 call, the suspect fled the scene. A witness saw her and flagged down a deputy. That cop spotted her in the grass.
