I I got a lot of comments on my last on my last uh YouTube video about how I just gave him a ticket and let him go with those with all those clams under the hood. And so I know the public's like expecting more than just a ticket. So >> I think that what this officer said is awesome. Now, back to the video. An officer with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife was off duty at his residence when he received a tip about subjects harvesting undersized female crabs. According to the officer's report, he ultimately concluded that all three individuals harvested and retained more than twice the daily bag limit of dungeonous crab, harvested and retained undersized dungeonous crab, and harvested and retained female dungeonous crab. He also determined that Jenned and Edward failed to submit their catch for inspection, and Vitali harvested and retained without a valid fishing license. The individuals received a combination of misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor charges. While the court records are not publicly available online, we did place a phone call to the court to get some additional information. We were told they negotiated a stipulation order of continuence and they each paid a fine of $150.
