November 22nd, 2025, Superior, Wisconsin. Around 7:46 a.m., officers were called to a heating plant at the UW-Superior campus after an employee reported a man acting erratically and pulling on exterior wiring near the building. When the officer arrived, an employee pointed toward a wooded area where a man was seen walking along a concrete wall. The individual was later identified as Ryan. Oh, okay. Fell on the alley, yelled a little bit, but Oh, okay. I was just wondering about this this building. You guys look like you're you're burning something here and you guys don't have a permit to do your building like out of proportion and you guys are outside of the accordance of your laws, where you're at. Ryan was transported to the Douglas County Jail and charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct. Each charge was filed with a repeater enhancer based on prior convictions. Court records show Ryan entered a not guilty plea during his initial appearance, where a judge set a $250 cash bond along with a condition that he have no contact with UW Superior Properties. This case is still open. All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
