A Maryland natural resource officer was conducting a surveillance patrol near bridge when he observed several individuals trespassing and fishing in a restricted area. What's going on? In the end, the suspect was issued two citations, one for fishing without a license and another for failure to possess a separate form of ID in addition to the license. He was also issued a criminal citation for trespassing on posted property. The seized striped bass was returned to the waters.
