Thank you. >> In the end, 54year-old Jose was charged with 10 counts of possession of undersized stone crab claws and one count of resisting or interfering with a Florida Fish and Wildlife officer. He pled no contest and was adjudicated guilty on all charges. He was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served. He was also sentenced to 6 months of probation and ordered to complete a Florida fish and wildlife course. During his probation, he was not allowed to fish or dive in Monroe County waters.
