Florida Fish and Wildlife officers were patrolling Bay County the day before red snapper season opened. They stopped a vessel returning from a fishing trip and began a resource inspection. Once they discovered red snapper on board the vessel, they activated their body cameras. >> Recording. >> What do you want to see, bud? >> Where it says red snapper. >> Oh. Um but if you're out of state, you can um call and probably set something up so you don't have to come down during the week. So. Good. Court date is September 25th. Give it a I don't know, a week and a half, 2 weeks, and call that number and verify that. They should send you something through the mail. He played no contest to the charge, entered, and completed a pretrial diversion program. At the end of the program, the case was dismissed.
