Sit down on the bed. [screaming] >> Sit down on the bed. >> No. >> Sit down on her jacket. >> Give me my coat. It's got my medicine in it. >> They're not even zippered. And you're throwing my stuff. Is there anything in your pockets? >> My medicine. >> Christmas Eve is usually for family and cheer. But this lady decided it was the perfect time to become the Karen final boss. Officers arrived at Red Robin only to find a woman who turned a simple meal into a full-blown investigation. She claimed she was the victim, but the staff and customers had a very different story about her holiday spirit. Instead of enjoying a quiet meal, she chose to gift everyone her toxic attitude. It was clear from the start that she wasn't looking for a burger. She was looking for a fight. >> Okay. What do you guys want then? You want her? >> Do you want her band or anything? >> If that's possible. >> Can we do that? >> What's she serving? Alcohol? >> Uh, one margarita. >> One margarita. Okay. Um, >> which is like an element. >> Yeah, I know. We still have to do a report though cuz it's a liquor establishment, right? >> Hello there. How are you doing? >> Not good. Water at me. Threw a glass at me. >> Who did that? >> The gentleman sitting right there. >> Why would he do that? >> I don't know. Who are you talking to over there? >> I spoke to the manager here. I don't know who you were talking about though. >> Customer that was sitting there asked her for the camera roll. >> Okay. What did you guys get into an argument or something? >> I asked him to move his jacket. >> Uh-huh. That's it. >> Yeah. And then some of the woman sitting next to him said something and I said something to her and then he said, "You don't talk to my sister like that." Uh-huh. >> And then he did what he did. >> Okay. >> And she, the manager, told me to get out of here. And I said, "Call the cops." I said it like five times. >> I said, "He just did this." >> Okay. >> So, they let him leave. >> So, the business just wants you to leave. They're a private >> paying for this. >> I mean, hopefully you you ordered it, right? >> No, she did. She just brought it. I didn't touch it. Okay. But you ordered it? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And you did you plan on paying for it? >> If I'm going to eat here, I'm going to pay for it. >> Okay. So, you don't want to pack to go or anything? >> No. >> Okay. All right. >> There's a million other places to eat cuz she didn't do what she was supposed to do. She's arguing with me. I was like, you don't have to pay for You don't have to pay for the >> The entitlement was off the charts from the start. She was alone on Christmas Eve. And honestly, with an attitude like that, it was easy to see why she's likely been alone her whole life. Her voice was already starting to sound like fingernails on a chalkboard. She was so manipulative, [music] trying to twist the story to make herself look innocent. >> You okay? >> Yeah. >> All right, great. So, we'll just head out. >> Yeah, I will. >> Okay. >> I want to document it. I want to know why she didn't do what she was supposed to do and why that guy got to leave. And while I'm sitting here and he threw the glass at me. >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> And she didn't stop him. >> Okay. >> And she was ignorant to me. >> Okay. I'll ask them for video. >> Okay. >> Okay. Usually >> an incident number, please. >> Sure. >> Usually takes about a day to get the video though. So >> that's fine. >> But I'll review it. See if they have any I didn't get up. This is exactly what happened. >> All of it. >> They just said you don't. >> Okay. They just said you don't have to pay for any of it. >> Okay, that's fine. I just want to be clear because she brought food that I did not order. >> Hey, we're not going to back and forth. >> Okay, you have to go. Just come on. It's Christmas upset. >> I understand that. And it's Christmas Eve. We got other We got better things to do. Okay. Me, too. >> Okay, so let's just leave. Me too. >> I will right now. >> You know this is a lot. I'm taking a lot of [ __ ] >> Okay. >> Okay. No, you don't. No. >> I've met you once. Okay. >> Okay. Where? >> Uh the church by Samberg. >> Everyone's doing whatever they want and nobody's doing the right thing. >> But I'm the one that's always getting assaulted. >> It's not what witnesses stated. >> They said you started with them. They said >> I started with what? >> Yeah, you you started with the staff and then and then >> staff >> and just leave. I'm not going to go back and forth with you. Come on. >> Answer the question. >> I don't have to. I'm not going back and forth. It's about answering a question. >> I already did. Come on, let's go. >> No, it's the first time we're Are you going to leave or no? >> I said yes to him. >> Okay, so then go. >> The officers were way too patient with this [music] chalkboard voice nightmare. She kept insisting on a minute like she was the one running the scene. She wasn't giving up those endless fries without a fight, even if it meant ruinous holiday memories for everyone else. Wait until she realizes the police aren't taking her side. >> And the manager. >> Okay, so go. >> And the customer. >> Okay, so go. >> And I said I need a minute. Godamn. >> We've given you a minute. >> Well, then I need another minute. >> Well, you're not going to get another minute. You're asking me and you're asking the hell out of me. >> I'm not asking you to. I'm telling you to. >> WELL, YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE to wait. >> I'm not waiting. We're not waiting. Go. >> Yeah, you're going to wait cuz I'm going to write down the information, including your >> It's Gustice. G E S T E S 734. Just leave. >> G E >> S T E S 734. Let's leave. >> I'm leaving with you. You will be leaving with us if you don't leave now. >> Where's the walk? >> Let's go. >> I'm writing down stuff cuz I'm not going to remember cuz you're a smart ass and you remember. >> Well, I don't. So, you're going to have to wait. >> Go ahead. We've already waited. His His name's on the front of that card. >> The business. >> Business. They didn't give a name. It's just the business phone number. The manager. >> Black lady. No, it's his wife. >> Let's go over there and get his info. >> Yeah, the server's name. >> You're not going to get that. >> I want you to leave. So, >> I am okay. I'm trying to write some stuff down. >> You want to trespass? >> She's not leaving. So, she's refusing to leave right now. >> You kidding me? >> Yeah. For how long? >> Um, can I do like 6 months? You can do whatever you want. Maybe like whatever you want to do. A year is probably the best. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right. And you've officially >> And you can't come back here from a year for a year. >> What time is it? >> Time for you to go. >> Let's go. >> And you're Did you drive here? Do you need a ride? >> The officer tried to keep it professional, but she was just being a bitter person looking for a reason to complain. She was told to leave multiple times, but she stayed glued to [music] that seat like she wasn't giving up those endless fries without a struggle. It was obvious she was just trying to provoke a reaction. >> No, I don't need a ride. What time did you watch and tell me what time it is? >> Instead of going back and forth. >> 1956 hours. >> There you go. >> I didn't hear him. >> 1956 hours. >> You didn't hear that? >> No, I can't. >> Okay. Did you hear that? I want you to leave. >> Did you hear that part? >> Yeah. And I told you I'm trying to write stuff down. Did you hear that part? And I asked you what time. >> Okay. You're banned for a year. >> Big [ __ ] deal. Can you tell me the time? How many times do you have to ask? >> It's 1956 hours. >> Red Robin. >> Thank you. >> Yes, it is Red Robin. >> And you said a white female douche. >> You don't know. going to be social with your girlfriend. >> I got you. >> So, let's go. >> Come on. >> That scares me. >> Put your hands on me. >> You know, you got to be an ass about it. >> Get your hands. >> I love Give me my coat. IT'S GOT MY MEDICINE in it. >> Give me my coat. Give me my coat. MY COAT. JUST BANG MY KNEE. GO SO I CAN WALK AND >> LET GO SO I CAN WALK. See if they want to sign. >> She went from a tough talker to a professional victim the second they touched her arm. It was pure theater meant to make the officers look like the bad guys for simply doing their jobs. She really thought she accomplished something by making a scene [music] in front of the whole restaurant. >> Going >> sit down on the bench. >> Sit down on the bench. Take my coat. >> SIT DOWN ON THE BED. [screaming] >> Sit down on the bed. >> No. >> Sit down on the bed. >> No. Give me my coat. >> All right. >> Give me my coat. >> You really accomplished something. >> You didn't listen to us after multiple times. >> You really accomplished something. >> You don't need to grab me. >> Apparently, we do. You're twisting my body that's already injured. You're hurting me. And you're going to pay for the toe and you're going to pay for the hospital bill. And you're going to pay for everything. >> Don't be throwing my stuff so my things throw out. They're not even zippered. in here throwing my stuff away. It's talking about your pockets. >> And everyone put [ __ ] in there, too. Just like you. >> Once she was in the back of the squad car, she started threatening them with hospital bills and lawsuits. She was so worried about her car getting towed. But she should have worried about her behavior. She kept accusing the officers of lying, proving that she was completely detached from reality. >> I want to make sure my car does not get towed from there. Okay. What? I don't want it on that property. I want to move my car so it doesn't get towed, sir. >> Okay. >> Well, why are you driving away from my car then? >> Cuz you're accommodating. I'm under arrest for what? >> Disorderly conduct trespassing. >> Oh, so you lied about me being able to move my car and leaving my car. That's nice. >> [ __ ] left. if you had waited a minute cuz I said I needed a goddamn minute but it wasn't a minute fast enough for you and the othering officer but the could let the other [ __ ] leave out of the door. You weren't fast enough to get here toing find out who that customer was. But you're going toinging arrest me officer and you won't identify. You just send him in there to see if they want to press charges and you don't know and you're escorting me. And then you got the nerve to say, "Oh, we're not towing your car." Another lie. >> What' you say? >> I said, "Are you talking to me, officer? Who are you talking to?" >> I can't hear you. >> Another lie. >> I can't hear YOU THROUGH THE GLASS. >> OH, OKAY. And you can hear me, too. >> Oh, why don't you pull me out like you shoved me at the restaurant? >> I can. Don't really want to. >> Come on. >> In the end, this Christmas Eve, Karen got exactly what she asked for when she told the manager to call the cops. She [music] turned a simple dinner into a multi-charge arrest because she couldn't handle being told no. This is what happens when someone decides their ego is more important than the law. After her holiday meltdown at Red Robin, this woman was officially charged with criminal trespass, resisting a peace officer, [music] and disorderly conduct. She had multiple chances to walk away like a normal person. But her need to be the chaotic queen won out. Now, instead of a nice [music] dinner, she's looking at a year-long ban and some serious legal headaches. If you think this woman deserves every bit of that jail time for ruining everyone's Christmas Eve, make sure to smash that like button, drop a comment below, and let us know your thoughts on this legendary meltdown. Don't forget [music] to subscribe and hit the notification bell so you never miss a chance to see a Karen get exactly what she deserves. We've got plenty more wild body cam footage on the
