Yeah, we're thinking that there's like that could be pee, too. That could be piss or it could be like some some of that >> I don't You know what I mean? They're not They're not my purse. I didn't pay I don't even know where they came from. Somebody just said to take my picture. You know what I mean? That's why I can take my picture. I have serious [clears throat] heart burn. >> Listen to what I'm telling you, okay? I have to be able to positively identify you. Sorry, sir, but I don't remember my social. Oh, okay. Which one? The There's a little black fanny pack there. That had some paraphernalia and stuff in there. I don't have it. What's up, everybody? Today, we've got one body cam footage, but with three suspects. Now, it started with a routine call about a car parked too long at a Wawa gas station and turned into one of the most layered fraud operations that I've ever seen on this channel. Right, we've got fake IDs, multiple her persona military IDs, and credit cards with different names. Also, a man who described himself as nothing but cooperative while sitting next to all of it. Let's just get into it and see what this craziness is all about. >> There's my kind of [ __ ] right there, officer. We got a call that you guys were out here for a while. Yeah, I got gas and I'm just eating a sandwich. Okay. Yeah, this guy's sleeping in the back seat over there. Yeah, he's all right. Uh Uh >> eating. That's all, sir. All right. Do you have your IDs with you? Do you have your ID back there, sir? I was >> [music] >> just eating a sandwich, but I think it might be in the trunk. All right. How about you, ma'am? Do you have your ID? I'm sorry. Okay, you got to produce somebody got to produce ID, okay? Okay. So, you got Yours is in the back seat. What's your name, sir? Sheffield. Okay, do me a favor, shut your vehicle off for me. All right. I'm going to go around. >> [clears throat] >> Primary. SO North. Do you have a picture of your ID or anything? >> I don't have anything with me. I'm sorry. I'm not even from I'm from Boston. So, you're over here from Boston, you don't have an ID? Actually, I do. I know where my thing is. How did you get down here? I was with With What friend? Boston. No, worries about my satchel. How old are you? How old are you, man? I have my ID right here, sir. Yeah. I'm 49. 49? Okay. You guys drinking any alcohol? >> No, no, absolutely not. No? Mhm. No. What's in there? What's in that cup right there? Just water in there. Mountain Dew. Mountain Dew? Yeah. Can I see that? Can I have it? Cuz it looks like alcohol. No, it's not alcohol, buddy. All right. I'm just going to put it right here for a second, all right? I don't drink, sir. Is it okay that what I just I literally got gas and I was >> you were just waiting for food. You can go ask the cashier and I was just waiting. >> Yeah, well, we got a call about this car being out here for a while. That's the problem. >> Yeah, we got a gas and then we got food. >> walk in and literally tell you I bought food and um I pumped gas and I was just eating a sandwich and I was getting ready to leave. But we weren't doing anything, sir. Okay. Oh, there's like no I know you have to do your job, but I just want you to we'll all be on the same page. >> Yeah. Any weapons in the vehicle? Absolutely not. Feel free to if you want, you can search. I don't care. Yeah. When's the last time you smoked in the car? I don't smoke marijuana, sir. I smoke cigarettes. >> Vapes. We're all vape smokers in here. Okay. So, you have your license, but it's in the back? Yeah. All right. Have you had any alcohol today? No, sir. Nothing at all? I can do breathalyzer or anything like that. >> Okay. All right. Sir, do you have your ID? I don't have it. Hold on a minute. Cuz the car is off. I bought some gas, $30 worth of gas. I bought a sandwich. >> [clears throat] >> And I was just eating. Boston? And how long have you been in Florida for? I don't a couple weeks. Okay, do you have Excuse me, ma'am. If you genuinely just stopped for gas and a sandwich, why is the guy in the back seat asleep? You drove here from Boston. You're heading to Georgia and your passenger is unconscious at a gas station. That's not a road trip stop. There's got to be some other story going on here. A picture of your ID. I don't I don't have an ID. All right. Do do your social? Um not by heart. I can try to remember it, but I >> Okay. >> Why do I need to give you I don't understand it. Well, we got a call about this car being here for for a while. I don't know he's got to sleep. When I got here he's laying down asleep. He was asleep. Okay, the car smells like weed. It doesn't smell like weed in here at all. We don't Regardless, at this point we're beyond that. At this point now, I'm identifying everybody in the vehicle. I gave you consent to search. Okay. I mean there's nothing in here. You got it in there. All right. All right, but you got to be able to identify yourself as well, okay? I can do that. Okay. All right, ma'am. Can you step out for me? Literally we just like we're waiting for him to come out with the food. That was it. Okay. Where are you guys headed to? Um, we're going to Georgia right now. Do you have a Boston uh, ID? I don't have an ID on me. Okay, have you ever had an ID? Yeah, I've had one. From where? From Boston. Okay, so you you have a Boston ID? Yeah. That's why I asked have you ever had an ID before? Yeah, of course I've had an ID. I just don't have one on me. Okay, do you have any type of identification? >> I really don't. That's a problem. Okay, you got to you got to you're an adult. You on probation or anything like that? Um, in Boston? Okay, what kind of probation is it? Do I really have to say this? We're not doing anything wrong. >> Yeah, you have I mean if you're on probation you have to be able to provide all that information. What kind of probation are you on? Just regular probation. House arrest? What What What is it for? For um, shoplifting. Do you have a something with your ID on it? You have you have to have a picture of it on your phone. >> have it. I don't I don't even have a phone. My phone broke. All right, cuz you're going to end up being detained and probably get arrested if you're if you're lying to me, okay? >> lying to you. I don't have my ID. Like I don't even see what the problem is. Well, I just told you what the problem is. You You just said you're on probation and you're telling me you can't you can't positively identify yourself. I don't even know if I'm on probation. We just went in the store and got out. We're not doing anything wrong. I don't even know if I'm on probation anymore. Okay. Well, It's like a straight probation baby. It wasn't in town of Boston. We're all the way in Florida right now. What is your first name? Well, innocent people usually get annoyed when asked for an ID, right? They find it immediately and hand it over, right? But nobody in this car is frustrated. Like they are calm and that calmness looks like a problem. Like honestly, if you're a criminal, it's not a good idea to be sitting in a gas station at 3:30 in the morning with this much calmness. Oh, love you, baby. What is your date of birth? Do we really have to do this? Yeah, if I have to ask you again, I'm going to put you in cuffs and you're going to go to jail. >> I didn't do anything wrong. Okay. What is your What is Don't play with me. >> I'm not. Do you have a warrant? No. All right. I hope not. I know. What's your social? I don't know my social. I don't know my social. You better know it. >> have I had a serious car a- All right. Listen to what I'm telling you, okay? I have to be able to positively identify you. Sorry, sir, but I don't remember my social. Really bad head injury and I forget a lot of things and Well, I need you to start remembering. I just got I had a traumatic brain injury a few months ago. Okay, so what is your social? I don't have my Cuz you got to be able to cash checks. You got to be able to do stuff. >> I haven't worked. I haven't. Okay, so how do you survive? My My boyfriend helps me out. Uh-huh. And my family. >> All right, so you're going to lie? I'm not lying to you. Look at my face. Listen to me. I'm not lying to you. If you're lying to me and once I find the truth, you're going to get whatever charges you have and my charges, okay, for lying to me. Okay. I'm not lying to you. I'm not lying to you. I'm sorry. It's just I'm cold. I don't care. Put your hands behind your back. Why? Do you have anything on you that's illegal? I'm cold. Can you please stop? You can't just Listen to me. Do you have Do you have a warrant? I don't think so. >> Just Just be straight up. Cuz they might not even extradite. All right, so I can't We can't find you in the system. So be straight up with me like I said. >> No, I'm I'm being So, let's go. We're going to go to my car. If you do have a warrant >> I do. Okay, out of where? Out of Boston. Okay, for what? Shoplifting and resisting arrest. >> Okay, so they might not even they might not even extradite for that. Give me your your real social. All right, what's your social? So, what is your what is your social? >> Christian Chase. Out of where? Boston. Okay, but they might not even extradite. You understand that? That they might not even want to pick you up. It's not even worthy of picking you up. I know, but they probably I don't know cuz it's a felony. How about the guy in the back? What's his name? It's my boyfriend. The one in the back seat? What's his real name? Ryan. Ryan what? Wait, what did she just say? And she doesn't even know if she's still on probation. Like it's from Boston, so it's likely not going to apply here. Wow, ma'am, and I need to talk to you about what you just said, right? You don't even know if you're on probation. You're in Florida from Boston in a car with people whose IDs don't match their faces. Honestly, how does someone not know if they're on probation? Cuz those IDs are probably suspended. Okay. So, he gave me an ID first and had to be a lie. What's your name, sir? Huh? Just you what? Huh? This is the name kid that she gave me. This is what he just gave me. So, I'm going to confirm with her again. This is the one in the back. All right, so just double checking. Your your boyfriend's name is Ryan What is his name? Who's the Jesse? Is that his brother or is that is that another lie to us? That's his brother. So, he's giving me his brother's why? I don't know cuz he's probably nervous and he has maybe a warrant. It's It's Ryan. Okay. Give me a name. He got No, I just cuz he he was probably afraid that he has a warrant or something like that. I don't even think he does. Oops. All right. He's in there. gave you his real name. Okay. They're real jittery. Real real jittery. I don't know what they're hiding. Something something's up here. The guy in the front seat was shaking like a leaf when I got in. Who's Is this you right here? No. That's not you? No. Who's this? I don't know. It's not me. You don't know? It's not me. Okay, who is it? It's not me. Then who is it? I I don't know who was in the car. I was already in the car. You see what I mean? And who's uh Patrick Harden? There's an ID in my wallet that says Patrick Harden. You know? No. Okay. Who's the ID for the same name? A credit card rather. Wells Fargo card. Okay. Yeah, a Massachusetts ID. Cram, this guy. You have a positive ID on this guy yet? I'm going to run him. I don't know what He doesn't have anything out of Florida. But she's saying that he doesn't have any warrants or anything like that. He doesn't Well, he's just I don't know why he would do that, but Hm. I said the backseat guy gave the officer his brother's ID instead of his own. Uh his brother's name is Jesse and he's claiming his name is Ryan. Now, while the officer is holding Jesse's face on an ID next to Ryan's actual face, but what type of game is this? Imagine living like this from day to day. You know how stressful it's got to be. The driver gave us a different name. Who's that? They don't They don't have like different names on them. No. All right, just book him. We'll get him a private. Yeah. The other dude gave I'm going to another What about the deal? He he gave me the ID. Uh-huh. And he's like, "Here's my ID." I don't know why he's himself. I was like, "What's the ID behind it?" If you look at the two IDs, they look a little bit different. Not like a Not like a legit license. >> Uh-huh. And the license came back suspended. So, he was like, "I didn't even get him first." So, I was like >> Does that Does that look like him? This guy right here? Cuz all these IDs are all different. Yeah, I know. It's him. Yeah, it's 100% him. Yeah. That looks like her. Like this one here. >> Yeah, I know. It's 100%. Yeah, they they definitely got her. Who knows who this guy really is if he's got all these fake IDs. And he already gave you a fake name and he wouldn't say anything. Stepped out, he said, "I gave him five days." That's going to be the one I'm going to say that has something that's inappropriate. Syringes, syringe caps. And you And you're ready You're arrested for the warrant. They're going to extradite. [snorts] They're going to extradite on that. Yeah. Oh, come on. Well, I mean, they're in your bag. They're not. There's nothing in my bag. Yeah, I mean, there's a There's There was nothing in my I have nothing like that in my bag. Well, I mean, you also have paraphernalia and stuff like that. You have drugs. >> don't. Yeah. No, I don't. Why do you have fake IDs? I don't. Okay. Well, they have your picture on them. >> Okay. And they're wrapped. I don't know where they They weren't in my possession. >> Okay, but they're They're in your bag. They weren't in my bag. >> And you also have uh different narcotics in there. >> No, I don't. Well, you have Troy boy in in your bag. >> Okay, I did have that in my bag. That was in my bag. >> Okay. And you also have like uh hypodermic needle cap in there as well. >> even use needles. You can look at my arms. I don't. Well, you have Troy boy, and then you have another little pouch there with some other paraphernalia. >> have paraphernalia. I'm not on anything right now, so I don't see why I would have that in my bag. Okay. Well, there's a little black bag there, like a little fanny pack. >> That's not mine. Whose is it? I don't know. Well, I mean, now's the time to really know who this >> whose it is. It's not mine. Guys, I've got one question, right? How many names are in this vehicle right now because we have Sheffield, Robin, Ryan, Jesse, and Patrick. Five names for three people? Oh, God, it I'm so confused. I don't even know what's going on. Are those like their middle names or but literally these are just awful people, okay? Scammers should get 50 years of jail minimum. Like to steal people's hard-earned money is literally the lowest thing that you can do in life. It's not mine. All right. Well, your IDs were in there. Well, I don't know why cuz I don't have an ID. Okay. Well, I found your IDs, bunch of fake IDs. I don't It's crazy. That that name that he gave me, was that his real name? The Ryan name, is that a real name? Okay, cuz I cuz he's got a bunch of fraudulent IDs as well. Why? Well, I mean, you know, you guys are riding together. No, I don't know. I don't >> Okay. Um where where'd you meet them at? Um They're from back home where I know we we have a couple of mutual friends. Like, you know what I mean? Like Okay. from like probably from where I used to live in. I haven't been there since over 8 years now. Yeah. So, um yeah, I just I just know him. He's just happened to be out here. I'll tell you, they're in a [ __ ] up situation. They're like homeless. He said he had some family in uh in Miami. That's where I was heading, so I figured I'd just give him a ride, but I haven't seen him in From Boston? From Miami. Oh, we're in Miami, Florida. Gotcha. Gotcha. Well, he's got a bunch of different fake IDs. She's got a bunch of fake IDs. Uh like military IDs. You know anything about those IDs? Who? The IDs right here? Yeah. We had them on the We had one of them on the floor. I mean, he had like three different ones. Mhm. No, I I didn't see or I didn't know anything about that. Okay. Um Military? That that fanny pack that's there, whose fanny pack is that? I don't know. I don't have a fanny pack. Which one? The There's a little black fanny pack there. It had some paraphernalia and stuff in there. I don't have a fanny pack. I have Well, and that was time to know what you have. Well, now is the time to be sure and be and know because it's it's you know, it's it's going to be crucial for you to know this stuff. Okay? Cuz you it's your car, right? That's what I know. Okay, well, but you're operating it. Yeah. You got passengers. You're in physical control of this vehicle. What what What's the matter with you? It's a black little small fanny pack. Big fanny pack? It's his bag. Okay. It's like a shoulder strap. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Like I said, we're together. We kind of share everything, so. >> Okay. All right. Honestly, he's being cooperative throughout the time, but the problem is being cooperative does not cancel out criminality. There's no way in the world three grown adults and none of them have at least a debit or a credit card. You know, like I said, the the problem is one of the big problems is you know, you gave me a fake name. I understand that. I I told you that I gave you a fake name before, though. And you got a bunch of fake IDs. You know, all over the car. You got one right by your feet. One when I stopped you. >> Those are my fake my fake ID's name? Yeah, your fake IDs. You got two in the back in a bag and a little fanny pack. Uh which your which your girlfriend's uh uh picture as well. And other fake Where'd you guys get those from? I don't know. Somebody said something about getting them getting phones with them like, you know what I mean? Like we didn't do anything. I I I don't You know what I mean? They're not They're not my personal I didn't pay I don't even know where they came from. Somebody just said to take my picture You know what I mean? That's why I could take my picture. Okay. Like if I knew the information, I would have Okay. And I had a fake name, I would have given you a fake name with with that information, you know what I mean? I didn't know, you know what I mean? They're not Okay, but I mean, you can't be holding stuff like that, you know? I Okay. That stuff can get you in big trouble. In that bag, you also got paraphernalia. What bag? In that little fanny pack with your IDs. You also have Uh What fanny pack? The little black bag that you're wearing. What paraphernalia is in there? Well, there's like toy boys and stuff like that. Okay. That's it. That's it? Well, I'm just saying that that you can't have that stuff. That's what I'm saying. What uh what else there is yours? Other than that little that little bag. Well, the bag that's back there. Okay. You know, also in that little bag, you also got some other uh drugs in there. I don't know what it is. Some white powdery stuff. Where? White powdery stuff where? It's in a little like a colorful >> green thing? Uh-huh. That Does Does drugs in there? Yeah. What What is I'm going to I'll I'll test it. I don't I don't even If you want to tell me what it is, I'll I didn't know there was drugs in there. Okay. Well, I mean maybe you forgot. I have no idea, but Like I I don't I don't know. I said, "Well, you got Troy boy." So, is it Is it coke? Is it crack? What is it? That way I don't have to waste a bunch of test kits. I'm not >> mean, I do fentanyl. If If anything would be fentanyl, I would say if anything, but I didn't It just Who is this? That's his his other This one's fake, too? Yeah. Well, the officer found a white powder. He asked what it was, and Robin's brain ran through the available options, eliminated the innocent ones, landed on fentanyl. What? I That That's someone whose relationship with fentanyl is familiar enough that it was the first reasonable explanation her brain produced for an unknown white substance. Innocent people say, "I have no idea what that is." Confused people say, "That's not mine." All these dogs clearly Okay. They all have fake IDs and stuff. He admitted that the fake ID was He got the fake ID so he can ride this far. Oh, wow. So So, is this even his name? No. I got I got two DLs. So, this is what I was telling you, bro. When we go to the jail, Uh-huh. I come back and he has another name. Because what? What a mess. Look at the difference these two. Like the colors and everything. Yeah. He gave me this. And I was like, bro, like this is uh I was like, I see the other ID back there. And he was just like, oh, yeah, here's this one. So, it's like super weird. >> Well, whatever. They know they they got pretty damn good IDs. I mean, it's pretty [ __ ] And they have all these um credit cards, too. Yeah, probably associated with the other card their debit cards. So, they're definitely taking people's names. I'll take good pictures of all this. Uh-huh. So, we'll just put it across? >> Yeah. Uh he said they were going originally to uh Boston. This dude said they were going to Atlanta. Uh-huh. That's what he just said. Yeah, so I was I was hoping they'd probably talk when they're back there now. Huh? I was hoping they'd talk when they're back there. She's a big girl. Oh, I got you. Well, I got the camera back there. Yeah. Yeah, no, I got you. That dude didn't like that. Uh-huh. So, I'll I'll toss it for you. That's Z and Cody? Okay. Yeah, that's what I thought when I first saw it cuz he had a big cup of green. He ran away, told me that I could search your car. The the driver. He's a little too chill. Yeah, well, I'm sure they're high. Bro, he's got so many different names on him. Um yeah, see All these cards have all different names on them. >> Yeah, that was all his stuff, too. Yeah, we're thinking that this is like I could be PCP. It could [clears throat] be pissed or it could be like some some of that some of that lean. Who knows what the hell they they mixed. I know that he was He's a yeah, he could tell he's a little slow. Just I was looking at all the IDs that you got and all the credit cards. What What is your real name, Andy? That is my real name. Do any of them have your real name? >> yeah. Okay. Does you have My social security is my real name. Okay, that's your real one? So the other ones are fraudulent ones? No, I have like hyphenated name so one of them is like that as well. Um the other one they uh was given to me for the rental car like you know I used to live in Massachusetts. And I said I don't have any I don't have a whole bunch of IDs. >> Okay. Okay, so your real name is what? Phil. Phil? Okay, so the other Ryan and all those were just like fake ones that you got? They're not They're not fake but I don't have them they were given to me for this vehicle like first rented out. >> Okay, but I mean they're all fraudulent stuff. So okay, two things just happened here and both of them deserve full attention, right? First, Sheffield admitted to using a fake ID to rent this car and second, that watch. The officer picked it up thinking Rolex, right? It's possibly a $100,000 watch. Where does a fraud crew on a Wawa sandwich stop to get a $100,000 watch? Like that that's not a shopping spree purchase. That's a target. >> They're all fraudulent stuff. Cuz it's in your it's in your name. In in your whatever name that you chose to use for that car. Well yeah, like I said you know I've been very collaborative you know I've been like Yeah, we appreciate it. I just don't understand why like I all of this I have to go to jail like Cuz your license is suspended. I'm saying your license is suspended. You're operating a motor vehicle. >> I didn't know that. I was unaware of that. I swear. Okay, and then you have a bunch of But then you have a bunch of fake IDs. That's that's a crime. >> personally >> They're in your wallet. All that stuff is in your wallet. I don't have a bunch of fake IDs in my wallet. I mean you got two. I have my my main one with just a driver's license and then I have a Yeah, but just one? identification card. But just one is enough to go to jail. But you have more than one. But they gave it to me like that though. I mean like this the DMV >> You're you're You're an adult. When I went to go get my license they let me keep my state ID. Okay, but you know that you're not supposed to have it. Okay? And you're you're you said you just rented You just got a They're not allowed to do that. No, man. You can't get You can't get a fake ID to rent a car. >> ID, bro. You're you're what I'm saying. One of them I I My first one was just an identification card. The one out of Minnesota or something like that? >> No, out of Florida. And then No, no, the other one. The one out of uh >> Then I got my license and then they let me keep them. The other one. What's the one out of like Minnesota, Massachusetts, or something? The other fake one that you have there. The one that you used to rent the car. Which one is that one? Out of Florida or where? Try to be nice. I was just trying to screw with you anyway. Well, I'm I'm talking to you about it. I don't have it in front of me. That's why I'm asking you. Okay. All right, well, so now what? You're under arrest. For For fraud, driving with no DL. Okay? >> unaware of that. >> Okay. Uh she's probably the most cooperative out of all. But I don't know at this point. Nothing on this? Well, that one baggie that we they tried running that wouldn't they didn't get nothing out of it. Oh, really? That might have been it. Now, the little green heart thing has some residue. Yeah. Uh fentanyl. Fentanyl. So, here says watch. All right. That's Can you put this in evidence? Is this like a Rolex? Uh dude, that's pretty proper. You can put it with the money. >> It's Oh, wait, it's an AP. No way it's a real AP. It might be um Oh, yeah, that's going in the evidence too. Is this legit? Yeah. >> And he's in the fraud? These things are worth like 100K. I used to be a diamond Jeweler? Yeah. And that's where it ends. Sheffield, 30 years old, was charged with driving with a suspended license and fraud-related charges. Ryan Bossert, 44 years old, was charged with credit card theft, fraudulent creation or use of counterfeit ID, which is a felony, among other charges. Kristen Chase, 49, had the same charges as Ryan. Credit card theft, fraudulent ID, felony, among other things. Now, drop a comment below on who had the worst lying strategy tonight? Sheffield with a nothing but cooperative approach while sitting next to all of it? Robin with the three layers of fanny pack denial and the if anything it would be fentanyl moment? Or the backseat guy who handed over his brother's ID and went back to sleep. Subscribe if you're new here because we do this regularly and trust me, you don't want to miss what's coming next.
