disturbing situation involving two females inside a vehicle the caller described loud screaming and yelling indicating that something was a Miss responding promptly the officers arrived on the scene prepared to assess the situation and provide assistance let me talk let me talk what's going on let me upon closer examination officer could clearly hear the shouting emanating from inside the car curiosity mingled with concern as the officer peered into the vehicle trying to gauge what had prompted such a reaction it was apparent that the women inside were agitated their emotional state spilling over into her loud protests the officer knew that handling this situation delicately would be crucial considering the potential volatility of the moment what's going on my car won't start for have a lawyer who doesn't listen to me I have the rearange of police department that don't listen to me I have the FBI that don't listen to me I am my family not listening to me and the state police not take my call cuz you are already on the case but you're not doing [ __ ] we had because of my family and it's sick of the [ __ ] it's not fair what they've done to me and my daughter i' I've never come in contact with you and your daughter frustration boiled over as they began to scream at each other drawing the attention of bystanders however exactly then the daughter stepped onto the road she emerged from from the car screaming even louder demanding to go to court the police recognizing the potential for further chaos tried to control the situation as Behavior was crossing the line from distress to disorderly conduct they placed the daughter in handcuffs to prevent her from causing a scene but she resisted using foul language and struggling against their hold Olivia just breathe okay they contacted the court explaining that the mother and daughter had been stalled due to the police Interruption allowing them to reschedule their appearance let me go listen Olivia let me go Olivia so you're so you're supposed to go to court right now yes you guys are ruined again listen I'm going to make sure you go to court then let me go now I'm going to call them and tell them that you're on your way okay okay then take this off me we're going to take that off when you calm down okay I'm coming I just want to go with my mom I your mom's coming back so I'm going to go call the court to make sure they understand you're coming so your day isn't ruined all right okay I'll take these off me when when you calm down and you're not screaming and you're not screaming we can we we can do you yeah can you call the court I I told your daughter I'm going to call the court as soon as now that everybody's cing we're not yelling I can take care of all of this okay so I'm going to call them to get you on your way okay so like I said if we keep arguing and yelling I can't do that I'm going to go make the call we're good which court are you going to District Court I don't know no the see have DT where's do you know where that's at yeah 13th District or whatever okay so District Court just down here in idelia right okay I'm going to call them we're done everything's good you're going to get out of handcuffs we're all going to be on our way everybody's good all right the two women left the scene feeling a mix of relief and embarrassment grateful for the officer's intervention but aware the girl however was charged with obstructing officers and resisting arrest and was taken to her court date by her mother k i i called like I said I called for you guys I told them that you had police contact they said go down there right now and they'll see what they can do for you okay did you say that her car was broke out I I told them that I blamed the police department I said you guys oh thank you I said the police department you had police department interaction and we caused you to be late thank you I appreciate that but why did you say we had police interaction I just said that you had police interaction I didn't tell them anything further but if it's your fault then what should I say no you can by all means tell them that you had contact with the police and that's what stalled you like I told them my car stalled me okay that's fine like I said I like Olivia like I said I was going to call for you I did all they're asking is that you go you guys go down there and
