On October 23rd, 2024, just around noon, officers were called to an apartment after reports of an intense assault involving a weapon. What started as a simple argument over money quickly escalated into a full-blown showdown of emotions, accusations, and threats. Doors were slammed, keys were grabbed, and a gun made an appearance. Watch the video to see just how chaotic things really got. [Music] See, he I don't know which one he said. All I say is the back. So this >> I don't know where she went, but >> make contact. >> She got a She got a car. >> Yeah, she just took her keys and she just left. >> What kind of car is she driving? It's a white Nissan. I don't know like what kind of Nissan. I think like two 2013 or something like that. Grandma, >> her car is like a 2013 or 16, something like that. >> Oh, I don't know. I don't know. >> Yeah. >> So, tell me what happened this morning. >> Um, basically I asked her about um some money this morning and she started yelling at me and doing all of that. So, she went outside and she slammed the door and then when she came back inside she's still yelling like, "Oh, I'm late on my car. know why you doing all that by $25. But I only asked her for it because last night she told me I'm going to give it back to you when we get home. She never did. So this morning she went outside, she went to the car and she was on the phone with some girl and I I went to her window and I said, "Who are you talking to?" >> That's fine. >> Hey, slow down. Anybody that's running 10:18. >> All right, go ahead. >> So I went down to her car and I asked her. I said, "Who are you talking to?" >> So you walked downstairs to her car here in the parking lot. >> All right, Grandma. And I said I knocked on her when I said, "Who you talking to?" And then she started laughing in my face and she locked her car door. So I went back upstairs and I just closed the door and I locked it. She banging on the door. When she came inside to my, "Why are you packing your stuff? Why are you packing your stuff?" She was holding the gun to my head. She's like, "You always playing with me. You always playing with me." Then she started holding it to her head. I said, "Yana, just stop holding the gun to my head. Stop holding the gun to my head." She's like, "Oh, I'm going to kill you, bro, cuz you do all of this. You do all of that. I kill you." What kind of car is white? >> White Nissan and stuff. >> What model? Exactly. Um, >> you got a notepad on you real quick cuz you know I mean >> what's on the car that's different from any other white. >> All I know is that she have 5% all around the windows and 15 on the front. >> Look at Officer Stokes. >> Hey. Huh? >> You may be looking for the car. >> Yeah, I'm I'm try to get it right now. What's What's her first name? >> Ayana Clemen. Is it? >> Yeah. Can I go look real quick? >> Yeah. >> That is her. >> That's her car. >> I don't know if she's in there though, >> cuz she just took her keys and she went somewhere. >> Hey, let's just set up on a um a foot quart set up. >> She's not This is >> Where do we have car? Where would she go? >> I don't know because she called someone and she said, "Oh, I'm leaving. I'm leaving." And the dude came to the window and he said, "Give me her car keys." And I gave them to her. And her >> the scene opened like a low-budget soap opera, a couple's trashy fight, car notes, and old grudges. Doors slammed, keys were snatched, and a Nissan became the accidental stage for a suburban tel nolla. The girl's stress was palpable, and the neighbors probably thought the building had turned into a live reality show. >> Still here. I don't know what kind of car he came in. >> No. So, she could be in another car. >> Exactly. See? >> And then she's like, "I don't care. You got me stressed out. I'm leaving. I'm leaving." And then he came to the window, asked for the keys, and she's gone. >> Okay. >> I don't know what kind of car he came in. >> You come back right here and have a seat for me. >> Yeah, please. All right. So, you said she put the gun to your head and what did she say? >> She kept saying, "You're stressing me out. You stressing me out." She just screaming with the gun to my head. She just screamed to the with the gun to my head. >> How did you feel when she had the gun to your head? Oh, I was crying. Of course, I'm screaming, telling her, "Let me go." She's holding my hair. She's There's a couple braids on the floor. She's holding my hair as a gun to my head. She keep telling me, "I'm going to kill you. I'm going to kill you." >> And when she said she going to How did you feel? Just Hey, take your time. >> We're here to help you. That's why we here. Okay. Take your time and stuff. >> Um, and who who is Ayana Flemings to you? supposed to be my girlfriend, but she's been cheating lately. >> So, when I caught her, that's when all the problems start happening. >> How long you and her been boy girlfriend? >> Um, since um maybe for like 3 years now. >> 3 years. >> Yeah. And I just call her like a couple days ago. >> Okay. And you said she was holding your head, your hair. >> Yeah, cuz I was going to leave. My stuff was in there packed. >> So, you don't live here with her? We do, but I don't want to stay here no more. >> Not if she's going to keep cheating on me. >> You are. >> Huh? >> Ayana Flemings. >> Okay. >> You want me to tell Put in the So, um, do you have an idea where you think she went to? >> No, cuz the girls that she was cheating on me with, I told her I don't want her talking to them no more. I don't know if she still talk to them or not, but she told me she don't. So, she wouldn't be over there. I don't know where else she could have went because the boy who picked her up, I don't know where he stay at. >> You do you know his name? >> Um, no. I don't know his real name. He goes by Flip. I don't I don't know. >> Flip. >> That's all I know that he goes by. >> Was anybody else in the apartment with you? Um, >> no. >> I just want to get a U-Haul to get my stuff out. >> Hey, this we we're going to get to all that. Now, we can't sit here for you to load up a U-Haul, but we will make but we will stand by for you if you go get your UN U-Haul >> and come back here. If you think it's not safe, we'll stand by for Okay. >> So, all right. So, I'm going to let um Officer Hall talk to you a little bit more, but like I said, I'm here. >> You want anything you want to talk to me about or need to tell, just make sure you let us know. Okay. >> Okay. >> I'm I'm going to be the one doing the full investigation. Can you just let me know? I'm like I'm just getting here late, so I need you to just let me know everything that took place. Okay. >> Okay. >> Mhm. >> Ready start. >> I want you to start from the beginning of the day. Like >> this morning, um, we were in the house. We both >> The tension was thick enough to slice with a butter knife. She broke into tears right in front of the cops, making them work for every ounce of patience they had. The alleged victim, or maybe suspect, was ghosting the scene, storming out with her car keys like a total boss. woke up and she said um she's going to walk the dog and she told me that she was she asked me did I want to come with her or was probably going to stay in the house. I stayed in the house and I end up texting her and I said can you um can you send me back the money from last night? Last night she asked me can you send me money for gas and I'll give it back to you because I left my wallet at the house. So, I sent it to her and when I asked her for it back, she came back inside and she I think I have like the screenshot of what it said. Oh, dang. It's not on here. Wait, >> let me see. I asked her for it and then that's what she said. So, that's all I said to her. And when she came inside from walking the dog, I said, "What's wrong? What happened?" And she was like, "Um, you don't understand. You don't understand." She start grabbing her keys and she's like, "I'm going to go. I'm going to go get it." And I was like, "What are you talking about? You want to come inside?" That's when she was standing at the door. She opened it. I said, "Close the door. Come talk to me." Cuz she's like, "Oh, cuz y'all you always want to do all this in front of the neighbors." I said, "I'm asking you, what are you talking about?" And that's when she started yelling like, "Oh, my car note. I'm late on my car note and you worrying about $25. Why you always doing all of that? You never understand." I said, "You never expressed to me about your car note. If I'm supposed to be your girlfriend, I should know this. I don't know nothing. So that's why I asked you for the 25 back because I expected it back cuz you told me that." I'm just going to go get it, bro. Forget it. So, she slammed the door. She went outside. I was telling her like this what happened. She was like, "Just close the door. Just lock it and just talk to me." So, that's what I did. So, then she came back to the door. She screaming, she crying, "Just don't lock the door. Just unlock the door." So then when I unlocked the door, she came in the house and she's like, "Bro, you do too much. You don't understand." So then I'm like, "Okay, I'm just going to let you do what you do." So then I went to the room. She went in the closet. She start packing a bag. There's a bag in there. I don't know what she put in it, but there's a bag in there. And then she end up going to the kitchen. She's like, "You never understand me, bro. You never understand me." I'm still just like, "What are you talking about? Like, you never told me this." So then she went back to the door and she slammed it again. She went outside. So then I went in the room and I just start packing my stuff. And then a few minutes later, my home girl, she said, "Where is she now?" So I went outside and I looked to see if she was still in her car. When I went down there, obviously I had to look in the window cuz her tent is so dark. So when I looked in the window, I seen she was on the phone with some girl and she was also texting somebody. So I knocked on the window. I said, "Who are you talking to?" And then she's like, "Bro, bruh." She just sitting there laughing in my face. So I went upstairs. I closed the door and I just start finishing packing my stuff. And then that's when she came upstairs. She start grabbing my stuff. I moved her hand away and she was like, "Bro, you always do this. You always do that." I said, "I'm just going to leave because I don't have time for this anymore." At this moment, my home girl is on the phone bicking me a flight because she wants me to just move with her to get away from all this because I don't have no connection with my family because they're they're so negative. That's why I wanted to do it with her. I moved with her for a fresh start cuz I wanted to get away from that. So, I'm packing my stuff and she was like, "Bro, stop." So, then I pushed her in her face. Yes, I cannot lie. I did hit her. >> Bit by bit, the tea started spilling. All this wild chaos over 25 bucks. She wanted it back and her boyfriend snapped, turning a minor scuffle into a full-blown blowout. Imagine risking your whole relationship for pocket change. Seriously, 25 bucks isn't worth turning love into a crime scene >> her face because stop touching myself. Let me get my stuff. >> You punched her or you punched her? >> No, I like it's I didn't punch her. I just did like this to her face. And she start screaming, yelling, and then that's when she started clutching her gun. I said, "Yiana, put your gun down. Put your gun down." So then that's when I went to the side of the bed and I sat down. Then she came over. She grabbed my hair. I grabbed her hair back and she just holding on the gun to my head just screaming at me. You stressing me out. You stressing me out, bro. I'm you. You doing too much. You stressing me out. I'm like, Jana, how can we talk if you holding my hair? She like, why you can't never talk to me, bro? You always want to leave me. Why you just Why you can't just talk? She's just still holding a gun to my head at this moment. And I'm holding her hair and I'm trying to hold her hand away as well. But I'm trying to keep my home girl on the phone so she can know what's going on. If if I was to die at that moment, my home girl would have known and she would have told you guys. >> Okay. So, you said your home girl was on the phone during this whole thing? >> This whole time. I can call her right now if you need me to. She lives in Virginia, which is why she was going to get me a flight there. >> Okay. So, >> so um >> I'm trying to hold her hand so she don't keep holding the gun to my head, but then she start holding it to her head and she's screaming. She's crying like, "Oh, you stressing me out. You stressing me out." And then that's when my home girl said, she hung up and she called back and I was like, "Okay." And then that's when as she let me go, she went to the other side of the bed and she's still just holding a gun. Then she's still screaming, she talking. She put the gun down. When she put the gun down, I immediately grabbed the gun and I tried to throw it outside, but she came outside. She grabbed my hair. We laying on the floor. A neighbor even came outside. He seen he seen us on the floor and she after she let me go, she finally went down there. She grabbed the gun. She was pacing back and forth. I went inside and I locked the door. And that's when I seen whoever her friend was come upstairs. He came to the door and asked for her keys. He said, "Y'all need to stop doing all of that." And then he just left. And I didn't see her no more after that. Okay. What kind of gun does she have? >> I don't really know. It's a little handgun. Little >> handgun. What color was it? >> It's just black. >> Black hand. >> I do think it's in her name, though. >> All right. You said she grabbed your hair. She push she put the gun to your head. >> Yeah. >> Like the front of your head, side, back, side of your head. Okay. She downstairs. >> All right. Just hang on for a second. The fire was talking about earlier. So, I'm just going to patch you down. Make sure you got no weapons on you. Okay. Turn around. >> Make sure you got no weapons on you. All right. Put your hands on top of your head. >> Let's see. >> You want to talk to go upstairs? >> Oh, we'll we'll go up there in a minute. You want to talk to me about what's going on now? >> Well, before before I ask you anything, I'mma read you something. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. You understand? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Has anybody threatened you or promised you anything to get you to talk to me? >> No. >> No. >> Okay. All right. You want to talk to me about what's going on now? >> The girl was spinning her story like it was a Netflix special, but the real question, how much of it was legit? And were those earlier tears real or just crocodile tears? Either way, the cops weren't buying the popcorn, turning their attention to the suspect to separate fact from fiction. >> She caught me cheating or whatever. It's not her first time catching me cheating. So she regarding argument and when I decided to leave to go to my car, >> she slammed the door through the puzzles like just throwing [ __ ] [Music] So then after that I sat in my car. I calm down for a minute to let you feel me. Let the situation calm down. I go back upstairs. No, actually when I was in the car she banging on my window. I'm on the phone. You feel me? Like she trying to see if I'm on the phone with a female or whatever. So I'm telling her like just slide get away from my door, bro. Cuz like now you nagging me. You ain't You feel me? You you getting me like you trying to get under my skin. Like you feel me? I understand I cheat on you. Okay. Like [ __ ] [ __ ] happens, [ __ ] So [ __ ] I went back upstairs then she just doing the most. She on the phone with her friend just doing the most. After that we started tussling. I tried to grab my [ __ ] She took my firearm. She threw it over the docket. As you see the neighbor want to pull up the camera. It's proof. She threw my she threw my firearm and she threw it over the docket. So mind you, I was already going to come upstairs. You feel me? Get my stuff so I can grab my clothes until I take a shower. My cousin, he blowing up my phone. He come upstairs and he see all this [ __ ] going on. So, mind you, I'm outside. Not my car keys. I don't have nothing. Like, >> she didn't let me, you feel me, take anything. So, after that, he went upstairs like, "Hey, you know what I'm saying? Just give me the car keys and I give it to her and give me the shoes." I have no shoes on. Then that's it. I went with him to go follow the drop car off and then that's it. And I just came back. when I came back. Um, so so she had my key, she took my my house key off, >> get my house. So I had to call him right there and he had to let me inside my house. So then after that, uh, I just told her like, you feel me? Like you going to come get your stuff, you know, just come get your stuff. Like that's it. >> You feel me? Like I ain't feel like it should have got down to this far because it's like you doing all this punching me and doing all this [ __ ] cuz I'm cheating. But I'm not I ain't call the cops cuz it's like I'm wrong. You feel me? So, >> okay. So, what happened inside with the fire? Inside the house? You said that you was trying to grab your stuff. >> Yeah, I was trying to grab I was trying to grab my gun to grab my stuff and that's when she took the firearm and I was chasing her in the house and she threw it over the balcony. >> I'm thinking like I don't know like [ __ ] maybe she going to kill herself. She already she's cutting herself and everything cuz you feel me all the [ __ ] I be doing. But like I didn't want it I didn't want it to uh yeah escalate. So, I was trying to grab my [ __ ] and just go like just leave, bro. That's it. I ain't put >> So, when you when you came back upstairs, you had the firearm on you already? >> What? The firearm? No, I ain't had a firearm. No, it was already upstairs. >> So, the firearm was in the house? >> Yeah, the firearm was in the house on the dresser. >> So, you went to grab the firearm from the dresser? >> No, I went to grab my stuff. I went to grab some clothes, my firearm, my keys, all that. Before I can get out door, we tussled. Then the second girl, allegedly her boyfriend, dropped her own version, claiming she chucked the gun while the neighbor's camera caught every move. She insisted it was all self-defense, while the other kept firing accusations like a machine gun. Now, the cops were stuck playing referee, trying to figure out who's capping and who's telling the truth. >> So [ __ ] that's when she threw my [ __ ] and I guess she took my key off my she took my house key. Like little petty ass [ __ ] like little girl [ __ ] you feel me? Like you could have been grown about the [ __ ] and but you want to she like to play victim bro. Like I'm not sitting here telling the cop you beating on me doing all that cuz I end grown ass woman. But like I don't know. She threw my [ __ ] So [ __ ] I don't even know where that [ __ ] at. I just immediately just left with my cousin. I ain't even I won't be worried about the [ __ ] If you put my firearm up [ __ ] it's clean. >> Where's the firearm in the house? Inside the house. >> No, I don't know if she threw it over the balcony. I don't know. She threw it over the balcony. Chill. I was looking for it. I just hurry up and slid. But yeah, >> so you haven't seen the firearm since she threw it? >> Nah, I just immediately just left. Just left with my cousin. That's it. That's it. But >> okay. So inside the house, >> we was tustling. Yeah, >> he's tustling over the firearm. >> No, we wasn't tussling over the firearm. She was just in my face like, "Oh, why you keep cheating on me? Why you keep lying?" Like little [ __ ] like that. >> Okay. But like I say, bro, it's not no, bro. I'm chilling, bro. I I ain't even want to get the cops involved, bro. Cuz we always end up going back to each other shortly. Like, it [ __ ] be pointless. I'm wasting y'all time. And then couple weeks later, she back inside. You feel me? That's why I don't even have time to even do all that. But [ __ ] like I said, I I just text her. I told her like, you know what I'm saying? You can come get your stuff. You know what I'm saying? You don't got to come inside. I don't want you coming inside my house. That's my house. My name is on the lease. You can also get that information in the office and [ __ ] That's it. Like, you feel me? I put your stuff outside. You ain't got to come in. I don't want you touching my stuff. That's it. Ain't no beef. I don't want to fight you. I don't want to you cuz at the end of the day, I know what's up. Like, I'm going to share tears regardless. Like, bro, we've been together for like 4 years, bro. So, it ain't even worth me like going to jail some more [ __ ] My bad if I'm talking too much. >> No. >> But yeah, that's really that's that's all that happened. That's it. When I got here, when I came back from my cousin, she wasn't here. Like I guess she went to her grandma house and tried to open the door. Now I got to She ain't she probably not going to give me my key back if you ask for it. But I do 22. >> Have you been Have you had police involved with domestic incidents before? >> No. >> So you're not you you're not really like this isn't normal to you yet or >> you don't have any experience with this yet? >> No. So, do you understand how how how seriously law enforcement is required to take domestic um incidents? And the reason I'm telling you this is because we got a call from neighbors and she didn't call us by the way. Just just understand all this >> cuz it's not the first time us fighting. But the problem is once police are involved in a domestic situation, >> like we are required by the law >> to fully investigate >> and come to some kind of outcome. So, >> no, no, I understand. I totally understand. Like I said, this >> crazy thing, this was a 4-year relationship already crumbling under blame and zero trust. The first girl leaned full-on victim mode like it was her only part. But the second one spoke and suddenly the story flipped like a pancake. You got to wonder was this ever love or just four years of chaos dressed up like romance? >> Let me tell Let me tell you what we know so far based or what what information to us. >> So why didn't screen record and then >> FaceTime? It's not it's not record. >> I mean you can still screenshot and screen record. You can still screen record while you can't say why she didn't do that. That's just that's why we got the call and then we got here and then she basically told us almost >> except for like the whatever happened inside the apartment. There's a little iffy. She doesn't even deny hitting you. She said she hit you first. I think I'm not sure. >> She doesn't even deny that. So, she's she's been she's been pretty honest with us. >> No. >> And to the even to the part where you said she came and threw your gun out, she even said that. So, she has been extremely honest to even even putting herself in a bad light. However, in her statement, she also told us that you pointed a gun at her head and she was terrified that you were going to do something. >> I didn't do that. >> Okay. Then we also have the friend on FaceTime that said at one point when you were in frame, you were holding a gun. >> So, right now, >> all I did was try to get my gun and get my stuff and get out. >> While you guys were tustling, >> you said. >> So, so, so this is where I kind of Yeah, I know. We're kind of been in the sun. Well, we'll come out here in the shade. >> Yeah. So, so this this is where where things are kind of not really matching up right now. >> Uh, so I understand you were trying to leave whatever that you guys are having relationship issues. That's normal. >> At some point in time, >> she was packing her stuff up or one of you guys were packing stuff up. >> She was toughing up. You were maybe bothering her. >> I don't miss. Can Can we We just need No, just just hang out on your car. We're wrapping We're wrapping this up. >> Okay. I got to leave for a flight at 5. >> All right. All right. Well, you can go upstairs, but let just like give her her privacy over here. >> Yeah. Go upstairs. Go ahead upstairs. >> She has a She's getting her stuff out to leave. >> She's trying to She's She's trying to bounce. >> Okay. Okay. >> Um and we'll ask her for the car key now. So, but here's >> though, cuz can somebody watch her? Like, she could be going inside. >> She's already inside all day while you're gone. We That's >> But she could be taking >> She has res she has residency. It's not. >> You are worried about the wrong thing right now. Don't Yeah, but don't worry about that. >> No, this is I don't think you realize how serious this is right now. >> How was she taking out? >> This I don't think you realize how serious this is right now. >> I do understand. She hit me first. >> You were in the house. We understand you hit you first. You're saying the gun was on the dresser? >> Yes, the gun was on the dresser. >> And then then what happened to the gun? Who who grabbed the gun? Cuz she you guys were tustling. >> Yes, we're tustling. After we're done tussling, that's when I tried to grab my stuff and walk out the door. That's when she pushed me. She took my gun out my hand and she threw it over there. That's when I just left. I left. My cousin was here. I can She knows my cousin was here. That's when I sat in his car. He went upstairs and said, "Can you give me her keys?" She gave me She gave him the keys and she gave him my shoes. I was outside batfooted >> pointing a gun at her >> because that's her friend. They can all day. They can lie all day. I can I can I can call and say she pointed a gun at me. I can do that all day. You feel me? >> Her own words started tripping over themselves like a clumsy dance. Officers straight up admitted the first girl's story actually made sense. But this one denied ever pulling the gun like it vanished into thin air. That denial had cops side eyeing her hard because the receipts weren't matching her script at all. >> That's her friend. Her friend going to stand 10 toes behind her. But it's like I love her, bro. So for her to even try to do some slimy ass [ __ ] saying I point a gun at her because that's that's that's dumb as [ __ ] I didn't do that. I told you what I did. Threw my gun out. >> That's all it was. She hit me like was punching her and doing all >> and trust me all that's going in the report. >> We're not h we're not hiding. >> We're not painting her in a positive light. But the problem is the >> She's saying you held the gun to her. The friend is saying you held the gun to her. We know for sure that she went and threw the gun out. So a gun was involved. It's not like an imaginary gun. >> Yeah, she threw Yeah, she threw my gun out. She threw my gun out. >> Okay. So, I don't know why she trying to say because if that's the case, why were you still in the house? If I didn't say well, she was probably in the house because you you left. She said that you >> No, I'm saying if I pointed if I pointed the gun in at her head in the house, why are you still here? You had plenty of time to leave to go to >> Why did you Why did Why did you leave? And then why didn't you come back when police were here? >> Especially I was really out. I ain't going to lie. I was really out. I had to follow my cousin. He got a new car. So I was when they called me I told them I don't know what time I'll be back but I will be back. This is where I stay at. This is where I live at. So I will be back to my home. It's not like I was trying to >> But we know we know you but we know you you were here and you saw police here >> and you didn't want >> you said >> because you called you called her and you asked her why we were out here. >> No, it's because somebody told me somebody told me I'm afraid that stay in this neighborhood and they told me that it's police over here by your house. So yes, I did call her and I said why do you have police at my house? That's exactly what I said. And I can show you the text messages. It's like >> No, we heard we heard. It's like that's not >> I can show you I can show you everything. Like it's it's >> not like I'm not trying to hide from y'all or bug from y'all. I know I was going to talk to y'all regardless. Feel me? But it's like >> So you didn't say that she's stressing you out cuz she was saying stuff like you're stressing me out, bro. And >> I did say that.
