on October 28th 2023 a police officer noticed a vehicle driving in a reckless manner weaving and speeding in traffic recognizing the danger the officer decided to take immediate action by pulling over the vehicle to prevent any possible accidents start me second please is your car in park yeah it is yeah okay are you okay yeah have your ID with you yeah can I have it please why were you driv n the train tracks I was not ma'am I saw you pull off the train tracks no I did not I was I I promise you you're on my my dash camera coming up and I'm telling you okay I promise you no okay you idea with you after stopping the vehicle the officer approached the driver's side and began the investigation by speaking with the female driver as the officer engaged with her it became evident that she was showing clear signs of intoxication such as slurred speech impaired coordination and the smell of alcohol the officer requested the female driver to provide her ID as part of the standard procedure during a traffic stop please please I I need your ID no please I need your ID you're required by law to give me your [Applause] identification you just had it in your hand ma'am what's your first name Shelby Shelby I just need your ID please please no I need your ID no you can either give me your ID go to or go into custody you have to identify yourself to me shall we so I need your identification it's in your it's in your hand show we provide me your driver's license please show we give me your ID please no please no it's going to ruin my life please what are you talking about please is not going to go to jail after multiple refusals from the driver to provide her ID and license the officer instructed her to exit the vehicle when she refused to comply with this order as well the officer was left with no choice but to forcibly remove her from the vehicle to ensure the situation remained under control control once outside the vehicle the woman began to cry possibly overwhelmed by the situation or realizing the gravity of her non-compliance this action by the officer was necessary to uphold the law and ensure the safety of everyone involved out the car please please don't sir custody due to her continued non-compliance and resistance arresting her proved challenging as she resisted violently kicking the officer and making it difficult for him to restrain her the officer struggling with the woman's aggressive resistance eventually managed to forcefully Place handcuffs on her wrists no my life is just now what's going on please I was just trying to home of the road that's all I was trying to do is go the back the [ __ ] BR please just let me go oh mying God just going side I trying to go home [Applause] [Music] oh she was driving on the train tracks H the more whatever the website we used to write write the actual search War itself okay after completing the search and discussions the officer placed The woman Inside the patrol vehicle with the situation under control they transported her to the police station for further investigation at the station she would undergo additional questioning processing and possibly face charges for her actions including resisting arrest attempting to disarm an officer and driving Under the Influence synopsis she was driving on the train tracks yeah on the westbound westbound came off all Hazard like she went North on 63rd she did a u-turn by a I got behind her stopped her she stopped like this there was nothing going WR won't give me your ID it's her hand won't give me your ID um I'm going to ruin her life ruin her life it's all over like just give me your ID she just back inside the car I think she's going to grab the shifter and go so grabbed her pulled her out of the car [ __ ] was off there
