on March 1st 2024 the officer stopped the car because the driver was following another vehicle too closely it was raining so the officer advised them to maintain more distance the officer approached and asked the driver for their license which was not present the officer also asked about the driver's ID and name the driver mentioned not having an ID and was asked to pull into a parking lot for safety afterward the officer began pading the driver driver down for weapons as there was a slight odor of marijuana how's it going you're just following that car in front of you a little close that's all it is not a big deal it's just raining so you got to stay back little you got your license with you you stay in Alabama or you stay over here I in Alabama okay did you have your ID on you by chance you don't have it what's your name huh what's your last name huh I'm just asking I'm out with you guys so well you got the registration Insurance pulling this part so we don't get hit by a car you can look it up on your phone and I'll check back with you in a second okay you good uh I had a little piece of paper uh it's a all state car but step back here for [Music] me I don't like you jumping out of the car you got any weapons on you all right face that way can I Pat your down weapon real quick huh you ain't got no weapons on you we got a medical card huh I smell a little bit of weed it's not a huge deal but I don't want you to laugh stand right here got anything on her what's our last name Tristan what happened come back here take your hands out of your pocket for me what's going on you been for used to get out of the vehicle that's what's going on I know what happened nobody told me what happened or why it'll be explained to you in just a few yes sir the officer then requested the driver's last name which was met with confusion the officer explained the situation indicating that a warrant existed the driver became defensive and uncooperative which led to the officer detaining the driver to investigate the situation further the officer mentioned a warrant for disorderly conduct from a month and a half ago what's her last name she going to get it or she going to go to jail you don't even know who it is I know that that makes sense well this is going to go about it I'm going to make it as easy on y'all as it is you know y'all make it on me so you make it difficult on me I promise you ain't going to help you out I'm picking to you have any idea on you at all okay what's your last name yeah yeah I'm going to explain it to you once and uh you refuse at that point then you're going to go to jail okay um the car smells like weed he doesn't have a medical marijuana card so I'm fixing search a car but it's not mine it doesn't matter so so you can either provide your name or you can go to jail it doesn't matter to me okay what's your last name what's your first name got a handful on there you want I'm not acting AOL oh my goding your ass I'm up pulling away from him then we going to take that as act told me she had a 39 Oh 39 oh so you have a warrant what's 39 you have a warrant for what I don't know we about to find out though why went to put put hands on you and you decide you're going to act a fool and you got Dum I don't have to no I do not you being I don't know what your warning for that you I didn't want yes I can and I did I lawfully can yep we awfully can't detain you until we figure out what the Lawrence's for so now you f to catch probably another charge for obstruction obstruction what as the officer attempted to detain the driver there was resistance and the officer warned that obstruction charges would follow the officer informed the driver that resisting arrest could lead to further legal issues look at that show it your ass again yes we just condu was I don't know you told I don't know what I don't know I don't either because we had to go hands on with you I didn't know what the [ __ ] doing doesn't matter though you let us do our job and you don't end up face down on the ground well I don't know what I'm being roasted for I didn't even know that I had a warant or nothing okay so you do so until you know what's go on because you know these handcuffs go on just as easy as they come off yeah so she has no idea what that warrant is for warant I don't even know what that like I don't even know what that charet is I don't know it's a simple I even know how War it wasn't worth all that or you well I didn't even know that's I don't ever get in trouble CU this weird like I never never get in trouble with nothing so like this is my first thing ever getting like I guess you did it right I'm in college and I'm in college so like I don't know how old are you I'm 19 okay well I mean you got to go to jail now even if you did have a warrant you still can't why you mean why why I don't cuz you can't resist but I police if he tells you to turn around put your hands behind your back we can detain you just on the plain smell of marijuana hey eventually the driver admitted not knowing about the warrant but was informed that the arrest would proceed the officer explained that the charge was a misdemeanor and the driver might face probation but the bond would be set just lean up against it okay it's from November November yeah so two month a month and a half ago what' you do the only other thing I can think of is This is whenever we were um the cop pulled up when I was I was living at uh Sant Villa at on West that were you part of that fight with the dogs and all that that pull I was one that P the dog yeah I don't understand why I got that I don't understand why I got that though there was it came out and apparently there was a bunch of dogs involved and then you were chasing after person and somebody chased that no I was just pulled on was it between you and Kayla huh Kayla Hudson no okay and Lauren I remember she was choking and I pulled I had pulled a dog off of her and she came at me and I came at her but nobody had swung on each other or nothing or nobody hit anybody okay so I don't get why I'm trou for that though I don't know dear I wasn't there I heard about it but I wasn't there what's going to happen like I'm going just sit in jail for days it's probably a it's a second degree misdemeanor disorderly conduct you have miss me or now for what obstruction obstruction so I'll probably get probation or some [ __ ] you would't even probably get probation for something like that what happen you're going to jail now and then you'll have a bond for you should have a bond for both and once you bond out then you're good to go but if I can't bond out like I don't have money to you can hire a bondsman for 25% but it's a minimum of 100 bucks is it but I don't have my people's number like give we give your phone yeah during the questioning the driver explained their involvement in a past incident that led to the warrant mentioning a fight that involved dogs the officer explained that obstruction charges were added due to the resistance afterward the driver was informed about Bond options and was told that the driver could contact someone for help the officer noted that the driver was not familiar with legal processes but reassured them that things would proceed as they should after some final exchanges the driver was detained and the bond amount was set at $1,500 you'll get your phone you'll get contacts yeah cuz like okay yeah my Wi-Fi is is that your phone on the hood that was the one that yeah okay all right not to crack it while you're pulling away from me I I didn't know though like I didn't know girl why you getting mixed up with this stuff you got a past H sweat softball hoodie on you play softball for no one my one Florida Highway Patrol I'm guessing I got to drop my car off the mechanics that's what I should have did it's messing up real bad that's one of the reason why I live my car you remember me from arresting you back in like 2017 back in the day when you were doing a bunch of shenanigans oh yeah I don't do yeah I just worried that sitting out I got a drug problem here in there but I just wored what what do you use little we that's SM I don't know how long you back but they messing with know and everything else down here and it's it's stupid I I don't do F Well people don't know that they're doing F that's the problem they they're mixing with all different sorts of [ __ ] so n if you're good with him you're good to get back in your car and get out of here [Music] man she got a phone in
