YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. FROM THE FIRST MINUTE, OFFICERS were crystal clear. She was trespassed. Leave now or go to jail. Simple math. But she treated it like a debate club tryout. Instead of walking away, she planted herself deeper. It was wild watching someone fight this hard just to stay at Walmart, like the automatic doors were guarding A LIFE MISSION. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. DO YOU WANT DO YOU WANT ME TO DRAG YOU? ONCE THE BADGE NUMBER WAS ENTERED INTO the chat, the logic fully clocked out. She demanded badge numbers and questioned the officers as if rules didn't apply to her. Every warning bounced right off. This was exactly why people get arrested. No pause button, no exit strategy, just non-stop talking until consequences clocked in early for work. ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW, DUDE? I HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK you for your badge number. I gave you my badge number. I GAVE YOU MY WHY ARE YOU YANKING ME AROUND like this? I am going TO SUE YOU. ON MY WORD, I promise you on You can sue me all you want. I don't give a damn. You are going to jail right now. You are a criminal. You've been trespassed. You didn't listen to You're GOING TO JAIL. YOU ARE GOING TO JAIL for trespass after warning. And resisting an officer. I'M GOING TO PULL UP TO HER CAR. HER ID is in the car. Okay, so when when you guys tried to arrest her for the trespass Let me just pull up to her car and get her ID. Huh? Okay, yeah. Okay, he's going right now. He's going to get her ID and get her car. He's going to get on the Get her Can we take it down a notch, please? I don't want to roll the window up, but you're you're giving me a headache. It's way too early for this. We're going to get We're going to I got another officer going to do that, okay? Yeah, we're going to do that. We're going to do that. Okay, we're going to do that FOR YOU, OKAY? YEAH, I AM. I SAID take it down. I'M GOING TO ROLL up the window, okay? Have a nice day. When you're When you're ready When you're ready to calm down, I'll roll the windows back down. Asking for the badge number wasn't the problem. Refusing to leave while doing it was. She framed herself as calm, reasonable, and targeted while actively doing everything to escalate. She tried so hard to be the victim of something that she forgot the part where she actually leaves the property. You calm down now? Okay, I'm going to roll your windows down now, okay? We're going to We're going to repeat the process if we we continue doing that, okay? We're going to repeat the process of me rolling the windows back up if we do that again, okay? We're getting your keys. We're going to lock your car, okay? Like I said. I don't know what's going on, okay? All right, we talked about I'm going to roll the windows back up. You are Your your voice is If your voice is not at my level I'm assuming you're upset. I'm assuming you're upset for you You're in a private You're in a private parking lot, okay? You're probably trespassing. Are you going to let me finish? Okay. I wasn't here. Was I Was I here Was I here? No, I wasn't here. So, I don't know what's going on. I don't know what was going Okay, we're going to do this again until you calm down. I wasn't here. I don't know what happened, okay? I'm just the backup officer. There's no reason to be yelling. I don't Again, I don't know I don't know. I don't know, but now you're going to get this badge number. It's going to be on the arrest report. So, I'm sorry that it went down that way. Again, I wasn't here. I'm just the person that Okay. I'm sorry you feel that way. But again, I wasn't here. He's going to He's going to get it. Okay, there's no There's no such There's no such thing as that, okay? It's called It's called It's called a warning, whether it be verbal or written. And then if you Ma'am, ma'am, if you're going to If you're going to ask me a question If you're going to ask me a question Ma'am, if you're going to ask me a question, let me answer it, okay? Okay, regardless of how you feel that it was given, okay, if he gives it to you verbal and you don't move at that point, it is trespass after warning. Regardless of if you feel or not that is correct, that is the law. Okay, you are in a private establishment. You could be trespassed for no reason whatsoever being on a private establishment, and if you refuse to leave or you don't leave on command, that is trespass after warning. Therefore, you are under arrest. Okay, I know this officer. He's not here. I I It doesn't matter how you feel about how he talked to you, okay? It Unfortunately, it is what it is. Okay, if you feel disrespected If you feel disrespected, then I'm I'm sorry for that. Okay, the the part the part about yanking if you don't if you don't comply, which I saw you weren't Ma'am, though Ma'am, you were you were you were bracing yourself the whole time. That officer had to basically drag you. Okay. The moment karma hit, the script flipped instantly. Suddenly, it was about respect, pain, and being mistreated. Yet moments earlier, warnings meant nothing. Compliance only mattered once arrest became real. It was a masterclass in self-sabotage. This woman didn't need enemies. She was already her own worst enemy. Okay, you're going to get it. It's going to be on the It's going to be on the arrest report. I can't answer those questions again because I came 5 minutes after the call. I can only Unfortunately Unfortunately, that doesn't Remember we talked Remember we talked to Hey hey Remember we talked about I'm going to roll the windows back up where we're up here, okay? We can talk normally, okay? So, I understand you got five kids, but unfortunately it doesn't it that doesn't change the fact that you can The only person that can I'm going to go to I'm going to roll your windows until you until you calm down and I'll lower the screens, okay? Let me know when you're calm. Let me know when you're calm, okay? Let me know when you're calm. Morning. You're still not calm. You're yelling. We still can't I still can't hear you. I opened the door because I hear I hear yelling. No, that's that's not that's not because we don't have any women available. So, ma'am Yeah, it is for for officer For officer safety before you place in the back of the vehicle, we are allowed to search you with the back of a hand. Ma'am, if you're asking me a question, let me respond to you. I am telling you that you are incorrect. I am telling you that you are incorrect. I'm going to roll the window I'm going to close the door again. Yeah, it is. So, what happened with this one? So, um she's been I was off last week, but yesterday when I came in, my store manager advised me that she's been like loitering in the parking lot, coming in to use our bathroom, like shower stuff. So, yesterday I made contact with her. She was super rude and nasty to me. She's like, "Why are you talking to me?" It's my job. So, she was super short with me. I advised her, "Hey, you can't loiter here. You're not allowed to." So, today as I'm kicking everyone out like I always do when I work in the morning, Yeah. I see her car, so he's working up there. I'm like, "Hey, you mind coming over there? Help me out and trespass Just verbally trespass her and get her out of here cuz she's parked over here." Super nasty right away with him, cursing at him, calling him names and everything. And then she just wouldn't leave. Like told her like 100 times, she's like, "Hurry up and just leave. Just leave." And then she just kept running her mouth, cursing and everything. She's like, "If you don't leave, you're going to jail." And she's disrupting the business out of the parking lot. We got an event going on, so if she's refusing to leave, yeah, we got to arrest her. Yeah. And then she didn't want to get out of the car. She was resisting him and everything, was fighting with him. There you go. It is what it is, though. Exactly. Cuz you have no big no right to do that to me. Yeah, yeah, we talked about that. Yanking all on me like I'm I'm violent. Really? Cuz I was sleeping in my So, this corner? She had every chance to stay quiet and walk away, but her ignorance, arrogance, and big mouth just would not let her. At some point, you had to wonder if paying rent might have worked better than investing so heavily in hair, nails, and this performance. We're going to swap We're going to swap handcuffs. Spread your Spread your feet. We're going to swap handcuffs. Y'all already done had me arrested and put me in a wall for 10 minutes. In a long time of the jail already for nothing. Do you have anything I don't have anything on me, and I didn't even want him touching me and touching on me. Okay. He touched me already, and he ain't even touch on me. I don't I didn't feel comfortable with him even touching all on me. Okay, MA'AM. I'VE BEEN ABUSED BY Y'ALL ALREADY. AND I'M THROWING THE [ __ ] OUT OF Y'ALL. All right. Have a seat. Trying to make ME LOOK BELLIGERENT AND VIOLENT. As the scene cooled, reality finally spoke louder than her mouth. Officers explained the law calmly and repeatedly. She reinforced every stereotype imaginable. Not because of who she was, but because she refused to stop when stopping was still free. So the female put you in BRC AT THE TIME? AND he pulled me out and yanked me out of it. 78287. >> You are not allowed to write me a ticket or nothing. You do. And what? As soon as I pulled my phone out to to to to type it IN MY PHONE, HE YANKED he yanked me out of my vehicle. Is that proper procedure? It just has to do with uh with resisting a lawful I wasn't there. Yeah, I'm sorry. I wasn't there. I can't say for sure. I was sitting in my vehicle. You see how my vehicle is parked pulled out of the parking spot. I had my seat belt on asking him for his badge number with my phone in my hand to type it in. As soon as I started TO TRY TO TYPE THE their badge numbers in, he turned we stand opened my door, turned my vehicle off and proceeded to yank me out of my vehicle for asking for his badge number. Just for my records, I wanted to get I wanted to get a trespassing. I HAD MY ID in my hand willing to give IT TO HIM SO THAT way he can give me a proper trespassing. Mhm. I needed my paperwork. the police. A lot of I wanted my paperwork. That's all it was. I'm sorry you've gotten you've had bad experiences. Polk County treated me a lot better than Orange County did. Are you from Polk? >> No, I'm not. No. Not going to be from here either. Do you have the uh Would you have the opportunity to go back to Polk if you like it better? No. No. I've been here 20 to be treated like by the police all because I'm going through some sh May I ask what's going on? >> of y'all that I'm going through. May I ask what's going on? I'm a good listener. I know, it's okay. I'd rather talk to my lawyer. Okay. Cuz I'm definitely going to need one. By the end, the irony had settled in. She wanted paperwork and ended up with charges. She wanted validation and got silence. If her brain worked even a quarter as hard as her mouth, she'd be running labs instead of arguing parking lots. The entire situation wasn't cruel. It was predictable, recorded, [music] and painfully unnecessary. The woman was charged with trespassing and resisting arrest without violence and sentenced to 1 day in jail.
