On July 15th, 2025, at 1:00 a.m., the night air buzzed with more drama than a reality show reunion. A single mother of five decided the world needed her music, loud and unapologetic, while neighbors and officers scrambled to keep up. Windows rattled, tempers flared, and what seemed like a simple noise complaint spiraled into chaos. >> I have five kids, so I'm going to have my fun outside. I am a single mother. Y'all can't breathe back here, please. On July 15th, 2025, at 1:00 a.m., officers were dispatched to a residence in response to a noise complaint. Upon arrival, they found a neighbor playing music at a blasting volume and refusing to turn it down. >> We're outside enjoying our night. We're not disturbing the piece. >> You are disturbing the peace. I'm getting neighbors calling on you guys. They're saying you're being too loud after I told you guys after I was in the >> like 2 seconds ago. >> You had to turn around. So, they called like two seconds. >> No, I didn't I didn't clear the call. I parked down the block. I get to hear all the way down there. I did got called the first time. Well, >> do you want to You want OV's for loud music or what? Excuse me, sir. No, no, no. I see that. >> It's okay. It's okay. I live here. I live here. >> Peep it. >> I've been living here for three. It's okay. I've been here for 3 years. >> I've been here for 3 years. >> OG would let it go through. >> I know. I didn't deal with your phone. >> That's what I'm talking about. Beautiful kind with the blue eyes and the blonde hair. I've been here for three years. >> Okay, >> you can. And that's my girl right there. Moral of the story. >> More story is >> you're going to be Moral of the story. >> Wait, please don't have her lights on. It's >> not her. You don't have >> an apartment, too. Please. >> They don't. That's not even This is not where the music's coming from. >> It's literally coming from a speaker right here. >> It's my speaker. And I live at about four apartments on this block and I can take it here, there, and there. And nobody can do nothing about it because I pay rent. I do what I want and everybody know what the like I'm not disrespecting nobody and it's okay. It really doesn't have to be a big deal. We just turn down. I know, but this is not my first rodeo. This is orchard luck. >> For the last like 5 years, it's been more than music being a problem over here. >> Like seven Hold on. Time out. Excuse me. I'm not here to talk about the history of old. Okay. So, don't come over here talking to me about music. >> Hold on. Sit down. >> That's the whole problem. >> Calm down. >> I will. >> Excuse me, beautiful kind. >> We're not having issues with anyone else but right now. >> Excuse me. >> All I'm asking is a turn down. >> Excuse me. >> Y'all been over here. I've been over here for almost 4 years >> and music is the least of y'all concerned. >> I'm well aware. >> Okay. So, please do me a favor. But the concern tonight is you guys >> I don't give a flying as long as I'm not fighting. I'm not being disrespectful. I'm not being combative. That's fine. And if you're disrupting the police time out cuz I know it's probably her right here upstairs that called the police. It don't matter. Honestly, I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but it technically don't matter. >> Please be quiet. It don't matter who called the police on y'all on me because I can take this speaker which is mine and I can take it to my apartment building. Hold on. Wait. And then y'all still going to get a call. And then I'm still going to play my music because I still pay rent. It's still my birthday. And I can I'm not fighting. I'm not shooting. Please shut up. I'm not shooting. I'm not fighting. I'm not cursing y'all out. I'm not getting into it with my peers. I'm enjoying myself. Officers arrived to what could only be described as a sonic assault. Music blasted from the speaker while the main character orchestrated a performance of entitlement and defiance. Every request to lower volume collided with proud proclamations of rent paid freedom. In her mind, her birthday granted a cart launch to assault the eardrums of the entire block. >> And the fact that that's a problem is a personal concern. So y'all can get in your car and if y'all get another call, then y'all can take y'all can do what y'all need from there. But moving forward, I really don't care. So y'all can have a good night. And if they choose to call y'all back, then we can go from there. And don't just sit around the corner and be like, "Yeah, y'all music was too loud." So I know it's a problem concern. Be 100 with me. >> Sorry. Listen, I just I ain't being 100. >> It's okay. No, you are being 100 because them people up down there, they called the police because I was It's not your first time. It's my birthday weekend. >> Turn it down. is I listen y'all lucky I'm not on a speaker cuz I will have it at my full potential because I pay I pay more than everybody else on this block to do whatever I feel necessary too is you can't Erica please be quiet please be quiet >> but if they call y'all back if they call y'all back if they call y'all back if they call y'all back come talk to Hey, I got Don't talk to them. >> If they call y'all back, come talk to me. >> If they call y'all back, >> I don't >> I'm not trying to tell y'all to shut up. >> Yes. Yes. Yes, sir. >> Take it inside. Keep it low. >> There's kids inside. I have five kids, so I'm going to have my fun outside. I am a single mother of two sets of twins and one in the middle. >> Turn the music down. >> So, like, >> yes. What I said when I pass you volume for the music, right? >> I'm not doing it. >> Totally fine. >> It's not enough. >> It goes louder than this, we're going to have a >> fine. No louder than what I said. Go louder than that for them dogs chasing them kids and [ __ ] like that. I know something. We just come get y'all. >> It's okay. I'll be down there every day. >> It's okay. Back down. It's okay. >> And you can talk your [ __ ] Listen y'all when they go down there down there. Don't listen to that. I'm going to move to my apartment which is like four buildings down and then they're going to call y'all again. And then you know the real Listen, I know but it's not going to happen. I've been here for 3 years. >> It's been worse than this. You know what I'm saying? People didn't got here and you know that I don't people. I'm a mom. Okay. So I can listen to my music and enjoy my piece. >> When you're disrupting the entire block and I can hear your music down there with my windows down >> if I was listening to drill music like >> there's nothing you would >> shoot them up. Yes, it does matter. >> Yeah, it does. >> It's the music is too loud. That's all that matters. That's the baseline. >> Sir and ma'am are you saying? You will find out when I go down there and then they call y'all in like 30 minutes and tell y'all my music too loud down there. >> Negotiation attempts felt like verbal dodgeball. Each polite request to lower the volume bounced off her defiance like a rubber ball. I pay rent became the anthem repeated like a mantra reverberating off walls and eardrums alike. By her twisted logic, since she can't have indoor concerts because of her five kids, the entire county, children and adults included, must be awakened to enjoy her outdoor symphony. Are you riding an OB or not? >> I'm going to if they don't turn it down. >> Oh, it's OB. >> Ordinance violation. We have to pay the city. >> That's fine. But you also got to know who lives here for that. >> So, here's the deal. If you want to write an ordinance violation, >> it don't matter. You have to leave and come back for that. >> Yeah. Huh? >> You have to because listen, give me a just identify yourself. >> Wait, understand where I'm coming from. Do not raise your voice. >> Okay. Because y'all being disrespectful to me. >> You're drunk and disrespectful. All right. First of all, I can walk a straight line right now and I'm on property. >> Just chill. I don't care. >> I'm at home. Wait, I don't need your help. >> We're not trying to have issues here, but you're making this a lot more bigger deal than it needs to be. >> Just hear me out, though. We've been listening for like 10 minutes. >> You haven't said anything prior to the situation. >> I get what you're saying. You asking me to respectfully turn my music down to respect. >> That's why I get what y'all saying. Y'all think I'm being drunk and disorderly and >> you are being disorderly. >> Listen to me, sir. >> Wait, I asked you to listen. I listen. >> You lived here four years. You're a single mother, got five kids in the house. >> When we pull away, you're going to take your music and continue to be disrespectful. >> But I can do it right here. >> No, you can't. >> But I can't pull up. >> You can. And then you're going to get OV. >> But do you know who I am to get a OV? >> If you don't identify yourself, >> you going to take me to jail? >> You can't. It's called trucking. >> Y'all don't come over here. >> We can rap now. >> My kids >> and all of y'all are new. I'm going to tell y'all right now today. Neither one of you have been a bigger deal than it needs to be. >> Excuse me, [ __ ] You being pretty chill with us. >> Turn it down. Pause it. We going to rap. We going to rap in silence. >> Y'all please just quiet. Just let me speak. >> The music. >> No music. We going to rap. >> Okay, I'm going say this. Oh, I'm stepping in merch cuz y'all got me up. ever. I mean, please be quiet. Just hear me out. >> Neither one of you three have ever been on orchard before cuz I've never seen y'all. >> Never. I've never seen y'all. Whether it's for Ashley and >> I was just out here like two days ago. >> Excuse me. Were you for Ashley and Rob? >> Yeah. >> Okay. That's what I'm saying. I know. Were you knocking on my door at 8:00 in the morning, the next door neighbors? No. >> We work night shift. We don't work. >> Okay. I'm here all the time. I work I work 8 to 5. I sleep. >> Is this relevant to what's going on? >> Yes. I'm telling you why. Wait, just give me a second. What was that? Just shut up. Just give me a second. >> Shut up. >> Here's what we're going to do. >> It matters. I don't care. I don't care. I know. And then you're going to park around the corner and if you feel like >> and then you feel like my music is too loud and then you're going to park around the corner and then you're going to come back because you didn't have a phone call. And then you're going to say, "I heard your music around the corner and it was too loud because you picking with me." But in all reality, it's people out here stealing and robbing and you worried about music. >> My turn now. >> I don't My turn now. >> I kind of don't care. >> I don't care. You >> kind of work for me. >> No, I do not. >> So, you're not a public servant. >> Our tipsy tornado wasn't making it easy for officers, arguing non-stop while simultaneously shouting at her accompllices in this musical mayhem. According to her personal law book, since free thieves and robbers roamed the streets, cops had no right to question her about the decibel assault. It became a tugof-war between law and lunacy where the soundtrack itself was wielded like a weapon. >> Okay, first of all, >> it's okay. >> I don't need a phone call. >> It's okay. >> If I park around the corner, hear the music. >> It's okay. I technically don't give a >> Okay. Go ahead and play. Are you going to identify yourself? >> You taking me to jail? >> Are you going to identify? >> Are you going to identify yourself? >> Time out. >> You either tell us your name or you're going to be arrested. It's that simple. >> Okay. Give me a reason. >> Because we need to issue an ordinance violation. >> But Wait. Time out. >> No, we're not. >> Wait. Wait. Wait. Hands behind your back. >> Y'all not taking me to jail for nothing. >> I'm not complaining. >> Behind your back. >> Come on. Grab your phone. Where y at? Where your phone at? >> I'm fighting. >> I'm fighting. >> I'm fighting. What's going on, gang? >> I'm fighting. >> What's going on? >> Am I fighting? I'm >> standing here. Go grab it. >> Am I fighting? >> What the Come on. >> Am I fighting? >> Am I fighting? >> Excuse me. >> Excuse me. >> Am I fighting? >> Excuse me. Before y'all rough house me, >> ask me a question cuz I'm not resisting. Am I? >> Am I resisting? You said let her go. >> Back up. >> Back up. >> Back up. Everybody back up. >> I'll talk to you in the squad car. >> Wait. >> Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. >> Can we talk right here? Listen. >> Listen. Y'all being aggressive. >> I'll take her. But just I'm here to get her out of the way while we deal with RS. >> Hey. Can we talk? >> No. Get in the car. >> Y'all don't like the way I was talking to you. Get in the car. >> I will. Get in the car. >> I will. Don't do that to me. Hey. Hey. Don't touch me, gang. >> Go to my house. Go to my house. Go to my house. >> Come to me, bro. Y'all weak as hell, bro. >> You pound on that door one more time, I'll pepper spray you. >> You pound on that door one more time, you're getting pepper spray. That's your one warning. >> Hey, you knock it off here. >> This is your one chance at home. >> Do not pound on this door one more time. That's my hands. >> Put your feet in. >> Talk to me, please. I have kids at home. Why y'all being so abusive? >> You're going to get sprayed. >> You better stop. >> This is your last chance. You do that again, you're getting sprayed. >> I can't breathe. I can't breathe. Please, please, please. I can't breathe. Please, please, please, please, please. I can't breathe. Please, please, please, please, please help me. I can't breathe. >> Finally, the officer's patience snapped and our human definition of stupid got adorned with cuffs. It was actually time out for her. Then came a storm of chaos that could have qualified as its own natural disaster. Even after being secured in the back seat, the drama didn't subside, earning her a generous sprinkle of pepper spray, a new milestone in the marathon of bad decisions. >> Please, please, y'all, please. I can't breathe. I got kids at home. Y'all, please help me. I can't breathe. Anything, y'all. Please. My name is I don't have no problems, y'all. Please. No, y'all. No. Please help me. Please. Yo, police. Y'all pull over. Please help me. I'm so sorry. >> I told you to stop pounding on that door and you just didn't. >> No, it was my hands. Y'all, please hear me. Y'all, I can't breathe back here. Please. >> I will open the door in a second. And you got rescue coming to look at you. >> Please help me, y'all. I can't breathe. Just outside just a friend. Crack the windows or something. Please, y'all, I can't breathe. Oh my god. Please. Please. It's y'all. I can't breathe. Please. I ain't never been bathed before in my life, y'all. Please, God. I'm not a villain, y'all. I'm just trying to enjoy my birthday, God. Please. Please, y'all. I didn't do nothing wrong. I can't breathe. >> Can y'all help me? Please help me. Help me. so bad. >> Honestly, the pepper spray deserves a standing ovation. It somehow rebooted her brain. Suddenly, our diva was now coughing out her name, apologies, and endless, "I can't breathe, please." What had been the epitome of entitlement turned into a sobbing mess in the back seat, hopefully, spray and cuffs combined finally teach her that birthday anthems don't need to rattle the entire county. At 1:00 a.m., the woman was charged with obstruction and resisting arrest. In the end, if you enjoyed the video, hit that like button and drop your thoughts in the comments.
