walked up the road did she where she went went the road or she just started walking and she just she literally just walked SL okay what's going on she literally hit me but this is my daughter she's Angry Kid so what happened I'm trying to get up um she started cursing me out and yelling at me why I I have no idea I guess so you guys are coming from birthday party I guess cuz she had to pick me up and she's helping me out and my mother I do everything for her you're leaving a lot of stuff out so you guys were at the party was she at the party too no so you had to call her let's start that you called her yes so to pick you up yes she started arguing with me at first I said p over mhm she punched me in the face as you can see I'm missing half of my eyelashes if you could find her and ask she told me to pull over the car and get the [ __ ] out because I'm a bag and then she called me a dumb [ __ ] and then she told me she wants me out of the house and then I'm a CAG and a dumb [ __ ] and then she got out and she's like I'm calling the cops you just hit right here while you're driving yeah all right and then did you hit her all yeah I did I pulled her hair and H back this after she hit you that you hit her back was that to get her away from you or were you just to get her away from me cuz I'm driving we're going to [ __ ] crash if I don't pull over yeah will you Le to right a sworn statement um is she writing a statement it's completely voluntary the statement just helps us uh yeah I guess I want to know exactly those from there to this exact moment right now okay she started yelling at me I don't remember why so you have no idea why I don't know she started yelling at me she said I have to pick you up from a [ __ ] party she was screaming at the top of fell long you didn't respond to her on the phone you didn't respond her when she was yaling at you no I said pull over and let me the [ __ ] out of the car that's what I said you didn't call her any names before that like during the argument no I didn't call her any argument she was yelling as scaming at me her mother who pushed her out of her [ __ ] my [ __ ] vagina I got 13 goddamn stitches pushing this kid out of my I'm just saying I'm just saying that talking to you right now okay I find it extremely hard to believe that your 17-year-old daughter was screaming and cursing at you and all you her I do everything for this kid she was driving and also hitting me so she was also swerving in the road for no reason she was hitting you she was hitting me cuz we were arguing cuz we were fighting is not correct it's not real oh my God you're taking her to jail yep why based on the information we've got we've determined her to be the primary aggressor we have conflicting statements but again that's where we're at okay nobody's pressing Char This Is Us pressing charges so she's got two sets of twins at home like babies waiting for her I'm going to get fire from my jobar it's just a misdemeanor charge it doesn't matter I'm on probation oh you are yeah for what for um I got into like a bar fight you're missing your probation yeah for for battery yeah is there a special condition of no alcohol yeah wonderful I know you got don't really agree with our decision on this she's also on probation one of the conditions of probation is no alcohol and not only that but her probation is for um a battery so um so we're going to have that charge as well [ __ ] I am just [ __ ] them aggravated assault what the initial charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon yeah that was dropped oh was it with the bottle yeah oh wow you said she has twins is are the twins in the care of somebody right now that's the father you're the father yeah all right you're going to be in care of them oh yeah they're all remember the um Bing alley with the bottle that oh that's where I know her from okay they dro the aggravated assault you just all right I'm [ __ ] like I'm I'm going to lose my job I'm going to lose everything so [ __ ] not to worry about you want me to call them and tell them who your job because you're not showing up for [ __ ] work tomorrow am I going to how long am I going to be in jail for see the judge in head so you're going to have first appearance in the morning there's no bond until the judge reviews everything and then he'll set a bond amount then and then uh it'll go from there because she is a minor she's she's 17 right M so dcf's going to be notified so they're going to come dcf's not they're just notified cuz it's policy they're going to talk to you make sure there's a safety plan in place that kind of stuff and then the state attorne he going to follow up with with you and her so and additionally you just told you were on probation I'm the one that arrested you last time it's a a VI regulated crime that arrested you for last time and your condition for probation is no no alcohol right now I can just tell right now just based on your eyes and and that you consume intoxicant today so you're going to be have a violation of probation as well all right can she call cell phones from the jail I'm going to lose my I'm going to L everything what does it matter Amber I'm completely they don't have to take me to jail man they really don't you're drinking when you're not supposed to I was the one on the last call from the bowling alley now I vividly remember you cuz the whole ride you kept screaming at me on the ride of the jail last time I'm sorry you kept telling me you were Beth Dutton that's really not who I am though I know I know but you're not your best self when you have alcohol but it wasn't me who hit me it was her who hit me I will never forgive her for this who did it to yourself I mean I call the cops cuz I'm getting hit in the face and then I get arrested they have school tomorrow they have to have their bags packed he doesn't even know what to pack for their lunch or anything I know how to pack their lunch no you don't you don't even know how to do their homework okay has nothing to do talk [ __ ] get I let your mom know that it's not you pressing charges this was at the end of the day his decision and it's collective decision adults you have to act like adults behave like adults that's the expectation and she is your mom so regardless what happens with this eventually you going to both have to forgive each other and move on and get to a better spot but that's for you two to do in your own time but I don't want you feeling guilty about this okay you tried to leave that situation so this isn't their first time know it's not the first time so when she does get released from jail there's going to be an automatic no contact order put in place so technically she's not going to be allowed to come back to the house until the case is resolved am I going to be on the page again what page the flag page that's like so I have no idea I don't have control over that a so embarrassing if Jennifer was embarrassed by a little press release with just her mug shot on it just wait until she has the pleasure to watch herself here on copcam Nation she was booked into jail and held there until she could finally bond out 16 days later in the amount of $115,000 she was ordered to have no contact with her own daughter and to stop consuming drugs or alcohol but we all know how that worked out the first time is there speci condition of no alcohol yeah she plad not guilty and filed a motion to suppress her prior confessions and admissions I probably took right for her yes absolutely this apparently worked out for her since the courts eventually gave up and dismissed all charges from this incident allowing Jennifer to keep being Jennifer while building a rather substantial criminal
