As they approached, they observed the driver's behavior and checked for any possible violations with a K9 dog on standby. What made the officers decide to pull the vehicle over immediately? Hello. But then she went from 0 to 100. Her battery fully charged to argue with them. It was like something inside her switched and she became angry out of nowhere.
