on August 30th 2024 officers were dispatched to Basil's Pizza located at 89 Washington Street following reports of a disorderly individual causing disturbances the staff reported that the person was verbally harassing them and had refused to comply with requests to leave The Establishment the situation escalated to a point where the staff felt unsafe necessitating police intervention to address the behavior and restore order in the restaurant not touch me stop resisting do not touch me stop touching me stop touching me stop touching me stop touching me stop touching me stop touching me stop touching me upon arriving incident officers encountered a highly aggressive female who was causing a significant disturbance the atmosphere in the restaurant was tense as patrons were visibly unsettled by her behavior so [ __ ] stupid I'm oring we are in line you got to leave though relax they're so stupid out of my face touch me ever again get in my face do not get in my face please don't you [ __ ] touch me again the officers initiated their investigation by approaching her to assess the situation the woman was confrontational arguing with the officers and demanding to know why they were intervening despite their attempts to calmly explain the situation and encourage her her to calm down she remained uncooperative escalating the disturbance further the officers repeated their requests for her to lower her voice and cease her disruptive behavior but she ignored their instructions it was clear to the officers that she believed she was above the law acting as though she had no obligation to follow the requests of law enforcement stop don't you [ __ ] touch don't you [ __ ] touch me [ __ ] do not get in my face don't get in my [ __ ] face either okay you understand that don't get in my [ __ ] face you need to leave you have to leave this attitude contributed to the growing concern among staff and patrons about her potential to escalate the situation as the encounter progressed the officer determined that immediate action was necessary due to her refusal to comply and her continued harassment of the restaurant staff and other patrons when the officer attempted to place her under under arrest she resisted physically this resistance manifested in the form of thrashing and pushing against the officer making it challenging for them to control the situation in addition to her physical resistance she Unleashed a torrrent of abusive language directed at the officer using offensive words in an attempt to intimidate and provoke them don't [ __ ] put your get out you have to leave you are such a super little [ __ ] no he's not he's actually not all right you got to go you're such a little [ __ ] Robo Cop right don't you [ __ ] talk don't you put your hands touching me stop touching me stop touching me recognizing the need for a swift resolution the officer maintained composure and adhered to their training using appropriate Force to secure the woman after a brief struggle they successfully placed her in handcuffs ensuring that she could no longer pose a threat to herself or others the officers then escorted her out of the restaurant where the the situation had drawn the attention of onlookers the officers made sure to keep the woman under control while ensuring the safety of bystanders once outside the officers began gathering information from Witnesses who had observed the incident they spoke with various patrons and staff members all of whom provided detailed accounts of the woman's aggressive behavior and the impact it had on the atmosphere in the restaurant witness statements were crucial for documenting the events that transpired and would be important for any potential legal proceedings get off of me stop talking [Music] me the one with the white short all right after collecting sufficient information from Witnesses the officer ERS placed the woman inside their patrol vehicle the decision to transport her to the police right as they began the journey to the station the woman's Behavior completely changed from argumentative to helpless as she realized the gravity of her situation she started to plea to be let go repeated saying she has diabetes and wants to go home despite her breakdown the officers remained professional and focused on the task at hand they understood that maintaining control of the situation was essential not only only for the safety of the individual in custody but also for the public the ride to the police station was marked by her continuous plea for being let go refusal to cooperate and frustration over being under arrest which only served to reinforce the officer's initial assessment of her behavior during the incident at the restaurant all right we're going to have uh one female 1025 she's coming up now 676 36.1 ma'am you're under arrest that is it he me I have Tye 1 diabetes okay okay so that that doesn't that doesn't give you the right to to put hands on one of your own officer he was touching me no he yeah cuz we're trying got leave in my face and we asked you to leave and then you kept being aggressive eventually no no that's not how that works when we tell you to leave you leave she has she has her insulin and her bag you want to no huh no she okay you want to call Ma you were under arrest I will leave I don't that's too late you're under arrest she she smacked you right she put her hands on you well she she got in my face and then I said 46 years old I am not I do p for Liv you guys have to stop this please now you have a record it's that simple 676 36.5 upon arrival at the police station the officers escorted her into the facility ensuring she was properly processed they began conducting a thorough investigation into the events that had transpired at Basil's Pizza this involved documenting her behavior the responses from the staff and patrons and any evidence collected during the initial response she put she put her hands up in on stop hurting me nobody's hurting you man you're hurting me stop there were about man there's about 100 cameras that caught your the way you were acting including our own wrong I didn't do anything wrong a [ __ ] Pizza p try I know I'm trying I'm a diabetic please stop no you can't do that please stop this ridiculous let's go about what about what is this a female right about what about what I um insulin is diabetic doctor insulin is liquid isn't it it is right so this is the insulin pen you have two you have two different pills here exactly ins is two different I'm a type one I take two different types but this is the insulin here they're both two different insulins so you have insulin and the P there are two different insulins she has she has insulin that what you have no I'm a type one okay so there are two types we we have a rig coming these loose pills are those part of it I mean I want to go home well you're that's not going to happen why not right now process then you're most likely get released I don't understand I don't understand I ordered pizza somewhere and I don't understand that's the issue my friend Melissa was with me tonight nothing happened bad we were both at a bar that was good nothing happened so you just completely forgot everything that happened in the last 15 minutes no not at all nothing happened okay that's my insulin that you're going through recording a pizza parlor go find something that's a real later the female was brought before the court where she faced multiple charges including disorderly conduct and resisting arrest the Court
