On February 11th, 2024 at Orlando International Airport, what started as a minor dispute over a baggage fee at the Frontier Counter escalated when a passenger became irate and threw a water bottle at the supervisor. Cops pull up and boom, the terminal turns into a full-blown drama scene with confessions, denials, and pure chaos. >> Why the other party involved? >> She's going to bite me if I try to pick this. >> Okay, so what's what's going on? What happened? >> She was talking too much. So I told her if she kept bothering me, I was going to throw a water bottle at her head >> and I threw a water bottle at her head. >> Okay. So you do know that would be considered battery, correct? >> Okay. >> All right. My little one sec. >> So she just admit that she even she threw a battle. So what you want to do? >> I am pressing charges and she's not fine with I need her information. Okay. She stood right there. I was on the computer in front over there and she literally launched that P after me. All right. I said if you want press, we just need some statements and [ __ ] We go down. She ain't want to just press charges and go from there. >> Yeah. >> You need a breather. All right. Say hi. So um what do we get? Um and then somebody got statement and then we write a statement. What happened? Okay. Cuz she she admit anyway that she she fling the bottle. Pott one of these one. Yeah. Cool. >> All right. Cool. >> Give me a hand. Check my back. This is >> No, I'm just here with me. >> Lock it. Okay, there it is. So, baby, >> where's your hiding? >> You can look at my It's still wrapped around. I'm buckling right there. >> You can tell whoever call you back. >> Unfortunately, what you did is that she considered batteries are unwanted touch and she wanted press charges. You will be going. [Music] >> Who's your idea? Is it here? >> I don't know. >> From the jump, the vibes electric. The girl just straight up admits it. Yeah, I threw the bottle. No filter, no hesitation. It's bold, almost cocky, like she's flexing honesty as her defense. There's no guilt on her face, just that I'm over it attitude. The officers cool as ice. They've seen this scene a thousand times before, but her energyy's wild. Instead of spinning a Saab story, she drops the truth like a mic drop. [Music] >> Okay. So, if I was being tormented, why am I going to jail? >> Because what you did, which was throwing a bottle of water being tormented the whole time I was here. So, why am I jail? If I was being tormented the whole time I was here, >> tormented. >> It's on camera. >> Okay. But what do you mean by tormented? >> Like harassed. I was being harassed the whole time I was here. I was like mentally. >> Okay. But then did anybody touch you? >> Okay. Still it's it's the same. >> Okay. But then No, it's not. So when you're touching someone is different. >> You just threw a bottle at >> So what do you think that is? >> She harassed me. >> But did she did she touch you though? >> What's the difference? >> What do you mean was the difference? I mean if you can't tell the difference then I will tell you >> all all it is that you going through. I'm going to go >> right now. All you could do is you could do all of this through Frontier website. You could have your help me go right on the website. >> What you want, right? >> I'm sorry. >> You wanted a response. >> I I I'm lost. Sorry. I lost. >> She's saying she wanted a response, but then you're the one that's getting it now. So >> that's what I'm saying. this. You just you're just causing more trouble to yourself. That's >> I don't deal with harassment. >> You don't get it. But you'll get it. >> You don't get it. >> All right. You got to realize your behavior is unacceptable. >> Okay. Harassing me is unacceptable. >> So, as for right now, you will be um on arrest for um battery cuz she want to press charges. You're going to be on a no-fly list, so you cannot fly with Frontier. And then you're going to be trespassed off of this airport. So you cannot fly within any goal of public. >> But you guys were tormenting me the whole entire time. >> I'm sorry. >> You guys were tormenting me the whole entire time and then expecting me not to do anything. >> Who is you guys? >> The whole time I was here, the staff was harassing me. From the time I arrived at 700 p.m. yesterday. And if you have camera footage, then go look at it. You already know. So from 7:00 p.m. yesterday, I was harassed all the way till now. You know how many hours that is? >> Yeah. But your behavior don't warrant for that. Still, regardless of >> you don't harass nobody. That's the same. That's just then I would want to press charges. That's fair. >> And and you you you can >> cuz that's not fair. Where's the supervisor? >> Absolutely you can. >> Where's the supervisor? >> Sure. >> Oh, sorry. >> Oh, she want a supervisor. >> As I said, >> let me go. >> Good morning. How can I help you? >> So, I've been arrested for the past 7 hours. And then >> by whom? I keep being arrested for the past seven hours. >> You staff harassed by >> Harassed by the staff. Okay. >> Yeah. So, I needed help. I ignored it. I needed help with my checking bags and I asked her for help. She couldn't get it smart. >> Who's she? >> Out of nowhere, she flips the script. Now she's the victim. They were harassing me. She claims turning the heat up. The cops stay calm, trying to keep her grounded, but she's deep in her own story line. Every excuse crashes into the last and the logic non-existent. This ain't anger at the system. It's anger at life. You can literally feel the tension simmering while the conversation loops like a broken Tik Tok sound. >> The woman, >> oh, the lady in the counter. >> The only thing I was asking her was for help. And I told her, "It's your job for customer service." And she kept getting smart and angry on. She kept saying stuff. So, I told her I'm like, "Please leave me alone." And then I threw a water bottle after. But I didn't hear her. It It just hit her and we started going back and forth, but she she was disrespectful. >> I get that. I get that and I understand. >> Why am I going? >> First of all, you're being detained right now pending investigation. As of right now, you're just detained pending an investigation. Okay. >> They harassing you and I have a fight to get on. >> I understand that. But Frontier, this has to do with them, right? Like they're rude or like you believe that they they will be harassed. No, no. I'm not saying that they were not. I'm saying that your avenue for that is from here, right? Like it's kind of like any business, right? If you go to a restaurant or business in the room, we only get involved when it becomes physical. What you can do is you can always, you know, complain to customer service to Frontier, but we don't we have nothing to do with Frontier, unfortunately. You know what I mean? We're only here pending our investigation. >> Then I don't >> we don't know that yet. As of right now, you detain pending investigations. [Music] Once we conclude the investigation, then we'll let you know exactly what's going to happen. >> But my flight leaves at 6. Why can't they just let me board? >> I apologize to her, but she knows >> because but you understand that >> when somebody gets you aggravated, you can't act. >> Okay, but imagine being harassed for hours. >> I get that. But what you in what you do in life, you back off. >> I did. I didn't do nothing the whole entire time. >> You just told me you threw a water bottle at her >> for 7 hours to 6:00 in the morning. No one harassing you. You can't do nothing. >> No, you cannot get physical in life. No, you cannot. No, cuz you wouldn't like that to happen to you. So, somebody touch you when you don't want. >> Y'all got harassed for 7 hours. Y'all not going to sit there and stand there. >> You're right. We will not stand there. We would just walk away and get somebody else to help us arrest. >> Probably call us. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You needed more resources. We got more resources for you. >> If you were harassing me, how the hell I call your house? You haven't. So, you could call 911. >> Can I just please check my flight? I do not want to go to jail. Like, I want to start crying. Please don't take me to jail. >> Unfortunately, we don't make the decision. Have >> pass. We don't make the decision. They make the decision. >> Can I talk to her or something and apologize? >> She doesn't want to. >> Can you ask her kiss my flight? I want to go. I do. I can't afford to go back to jail. I have heart problems. >> I threw water at her. I could have had a heart. >> I understand that. But the the moment that you you touch somebody when they don't want to, >> I didn't touch You can't take it back. You can't take Sometimes you can't take your actions back. >> Okay. Can I say sorry? >> No. You're You're here now sitting here for now until we figure it out. >> Okay. But I want to >> You might Yes. >> There are consequences to every action. >> By now, it's crystal clear she's not backing down. Still clinging to her they harass me story. Trying to spin it like it makes sense. But it doesn't. No matter how smooth she talks, the facts don't bend. The supposed victim wants to press charges. No talking her way out this time. The law's got her number and her I'm innocent acts running on fumes. >> And next time you call somebody else. >> Okay. But I don't want to go to jail and I don't. >> I understand that. She doesn't want to get hit either. But you did it. >> Just stay here for now. send you the luggage. >> So, I'm not catching my flight. [Music] >> How long will you do a bond? >> I can't answer that side of the um the system. I can't answer 500. Actually, >> it's better. >> She's from I have no go to jail. It's going to be a,000. >> It's going to be a,000. As I said, if all of that, you could avoid all of that if you're just cold right now. >> What? >> You could avoid all of this if you're cold. Somebody was harassing you. For future references, >> harassing me the entire time. >> She can't fly. >> So, I can fly out of another airline. Just not Frontier. >> Not Frontier. You're on a no fly list. They were not. >> You can do anything else? >> I can't leave right now. >> No. >> Are they going to refund or what do they do? So, am I going to be there overnight? >> Cuz that was a supervisor. >> So, when I Oh, you never know. I was >> So, when I when I go there, >> I'm going to be will I be able to see the judge first tomorrow? >> More than likely tomorrow. >> Cuz tomorrow is let me go >> cuz right now it's Sunday. So, tomorrow. So, for your bags in your box, we're going to have to put that in our >> property and evidence. >> When you said you kept getting arrested, what do you mean by that? >> By us. >> I kept getting arrested. I got arrested for jaywalking. I got arrested for I got arrested for jwalking. >> I got arrested for jing McDonald's bus. And then I got arrested for >> here in Orlando. I was trespassing. >> Here in Orlando, I think so. This came from This came from Miami because they gave me if you open my room, it said they they tried to charge me for trespassing. I was at a holiday in waiting for my friend to applicate me so that I could get a room or get a Airbnb and they just said I was trying to I was having a hard time [Music] arrested in Miami >> for trespassing >> for trespassing [Applause] [Music] >> trespassing level one a side at space number 14 and passenger van versus unknown vehicle. No injuries. Level one a space 14 and 15. >> And just when you think it's cooling down, she casually drops her wrap sheet like it's small talk. Trespassing, jaywalking, loitering. Girl, what? The cops jot it down without blinking. Clearly not their first rodeo. You can see it in her eyes. That mix of chaos, loneliness, and regret. She's technically free, but trapped in her own loop. And then when I was outside, I was still trying to ask my friend to see if he could get me over and they asked me to leave, but I had my luggage. >> 298 and 295. We're both going to be 51 of that 85. >> And I said, "Okay, just the rest of you cuz I didn't want to argue for that single, please. >> It takes a lot for me to get worked up. So >> most times people argue with me, I just look at them like they >> stupid wanted to argue or arrest me." So I told him arrest me cuz I was living in a hotel. >> I got arrested and they put my stuff in property and evidence and that's why it just says evidence. >> Yeah, I just noticed that. >> But it's just like shoes in there cuz they all didn't fit in my suitcase. >> But they what? >> They didn't all fit in my suitcase. >> Oh. Huh. You guys are good. >> Yeah. >> Where's my ID? >> We have it. Huh? >> My >> You'll get it back in a moment. We're using it cuz you're under arrest. [Music] >> So, the jail normally takes everything. >> I'm going to take it. >> Not anymore. Well, he'll try. >> No, you can try, but >> as you can tell, >> she was also trespassing Miami. >> This is her wallet. Her phone is in there. I turned it off. Okay. >> This is the only thing that supposedly we can take to the jail that was giving mafet a hard time. >> Where's my ID? >> But like a big >> We have your ID. How many times you going to ask? >> Put it back in my wallet. >> It'll get back in your wallet when we're done with it. >> Ready? I need it in there. >> All right. One, two, three. Jack, can you unlock me? >> This doesn't get I'm going to reach over. Are you okay? >> Got it. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> The officers close it out like pros. No yelling, no rough moves, just straight professionalism. The calm energy shifts the whole tone. Respect earned and lesson learned. They guide her to the squad car with dignity, ready to finish things by the book. She was charged with battery for throwing a water bottle at an airline supervisor. She was also trespassed from the Orlando International Airport and placed on the Frontier Airlines nofly list.
