your prank on April 30th 2019 at approximately 11:53 a.m. deputies responded to a delayed report of a domestic disturbance the incident had occurred the previous day around 3 p.m. involving Gemma and Paul who have been married since 2009 Gemma informed the deputy that she had been cheating on Paul with another man since February 2019 which led to a physical altercation between her and Paul I'm cheating to him and he hurt me really bad he put his gun on my forehead and slapped my face many times kick punch my shoulder many times pull my hair really bad it all right so yeah so um I need you cuz I need you just to run so when did this happen yesterday all right so yesterday what happened from start to finish what happened yesterday he just he just found it he went for he found what he found yesterday uh he went I said to him I going for work this is a start yeah I'm going for work and then not to and then I said to her I'm going for work but I'm not going for work I go for my boyfriend so he went for my work and checked me and I'm not there yeah so he found me I went for my boyfriend where did he find you at he knows I'm really cheating for him yeah I understand you're cheating on him um where did he find you when I come home so when I come home so you told him you were going to work yeah and then when he went to your work and you didn't really go to work no and then when you went to work or when you went out he went to your work to to verify that you're at work you were never at work you were at your boyfriend's house and then when you he came home and then you came home and then he confronted you on why you weren't at work so I said to him I said I lie for him I said I go for work like that running around like that I said no you do not you see your boyfriend like that so so so he found he thought he just guessed and he got it right yeah he right so and then after that after that that he's really mad and then he said get out in my house and then he called me a lot of time a wh a lot of many F me a lot I'm a [ __ ] I'm a [ __ ] I'm a many okay so when did it become physical and who I'm sorry before you answer that who else was home when this happened nobody just me and him all right what what time was this at roughly uh that happened is like at 3:00 in the afternoon yes and your daughter wasn't home no okay yeah 3:00 because she's got church L okay and what about the little one that goes to Old Kings uh she come home for 5 okay so nobody was home just you and your husband yes okay so you go out to work yeah you go to your boyfriend's house he goes to your work yeah he sees you're not there he comes home you come home at 3:00 he confronts you on why you're not at work he says I know at your boyfriend's house and you say yes I was at my boyfriend's house correct yeah okay and then he start you guys get into a verbal argument he calls you different names and and derogatory insults then what and then what that's his starting part thing and then he gave me a luggage he gave the he gave you luggage luggage to put my stuff okay and then he said get out in this house and then I'm packing my stuff when I packing my stuff he start hurting me when I'm packing so why you where were you at when you were packing your stuff where am I yeah inside the house where inside the house at the room in your bedroom yes do you share a bedroom with him yes you guys still sleep in the same bed yeah but we sleep in the in the same bed but in my daughter that it she's in the middle okay so you're packing your stuff in your room that you share with your husband yeah he could while you're packing your stuff he comes in and does what and then he starts hurting me how hurting me like this hurting me so he's slapping you in the face in the face and's slapping in my face his hand is open yeah open like this back and forth back and forth back and now how was he smacking you very hardly really hard really hard okay so I said to him how many times roughly um maybe 15 times so he just kept smacking you yeah smacking me but I didn't did you ever try to defend yourself no yeah because I feel myself it's my fault too because I'm cheating for him and he said hit me hit me I said no I'm not hit you so so he kep the one hurting me and he kicked my butt he kicked your butt yeah like your rear end yeah okay and then he push me on the floor and then and then he get the gun and try to all of this was in the bedroom yes no it's not only the bedroom also in the living room and then when the when I get the stuff my you know the luggage I put on my car when I come back get my another stuff he pull my hair really really bad really bad so my neck is really killing me right now okay and when when and where did he pull the gun out at the bedroom in the bedroom yeah where were you standing up I standing yeah and I standing and I let him where did he get the gun from his gun he's got protection he's got a license he has it on his person or he has no did he put it in a nightstand did he put it in a closet is there a safe did he have it on him no he just put in the closet okay so I'm going to run it back down again cuz I want to make sure I understand so you're packing your stuff up he comes over yeah and he smacks you multiple times in your face with an open hand he's smacking you right okay and then he pushes you to the or he kicks you in your butt and then he pushes you to the ground when he pushed you to the ground he went into the closet and go grabbed the gun and then when you stand back up he came back and pointed the gun at your forehead yeah I when the time when the time I was his um get the gun I just back up go from my bed and then he just pulled the gun without bullets and click how did you know there was no bullets in the gun I don't know I went when he clicked I said why I said to him why before before he pulled the trigger you knew that there were no bullets I did not know you did not know no okay and then I said to him why is no bullet and he said I'm not put a bullet to you because I want your life is miserable okay I want to watching your life he wants so you said why didn't you put any guns in the bullet you said that him yeah I said to him did you believe that he was going to shoot you I think so because he's really mad so you believed that he was he said he want to kill the guy and kill me okay so um after he pulled the trigger then what happened and still hurting me how was he hurting you slap my face again he continued to slap your face yes and then push me same same thing okay how did this separate I just I separate I just ran away yesterday say it again he ran away you ran away ran away because she he said he can get out my house so I that that's mean that run away right yeah okay so and then you came into the car and you left or you like I just came in my car and left okay did you go to your boyfriend's house after that um you got in your car and you went somewhere no I I'm not went for some more I just you just hung out here yeah I just I just went for my friend not my boyfriend because I know he tried to kill me yeah and what's your husband's name her over andp me one day she going to Walmart she went straight back okay so you went to Publix to see that cuz she said she was going to work so you just went there to to verify if she was going to work or not no I went there to have lunch with her oh okay so you went to go so she said we'll have lunch 11:00 I went to the TM so at 11:00 got someone coming back from DM oh she might be out lunch but now stop so her car okay so then what you went home back 12:30 car still so and then what and it was my birthday happy birthday do you have a gun on you or no all right we're we're just going to SP about everybody work and customers and stuff like that yeah so then I said you want tell me where you really were and she said what I said I went over there have lunch with you to car W she go go I went up to Sito gas station the gas station street I said go your car was there I went down to the beach see if your car was down there sometimes she takes lunch down can I say I went there 11 1230 so so then she we got angry at words and stuff like that I said come I give you two weeks you and your boyfriend find a place cuz I can't have my wife having a boyfriend this has been going on since February so angry words not stuff going on and shouting and stuff like that okay that's it so where where are you guys arguing at my kind yeah where at in the house upstairs in the kitchen bedroom okay she said I'm leaving right now so I went c big suitcase downstairs took for her but AR Contin okay did um she ever hit you at all no did you ever get physical with her no I grabbed her hair like this once you grabbed her hair just like that and I said happy I saying happy birthday to me to her yeah and then um at any point did the firearm get involved at all did you ever like take the gun and maybe point it at her forehead she told me to get it out got got it out but I didn't point it say so she told you to go get the gun she said get your gun and Sho me now I said go jump off the pier you want knew that cuz she tried to commit suicide back in February how oh last summer sorry so she tried to commit suicide last summer so she told you today or yesterday I'm sorry when you guys were arguing was so you Sayang happy birthday to her you grabbed her hair and you like sing you yeah so that was after the gun thing she said go get your G it I just you unloaded it yeah it was all right I
