What's happening everybody? This is Ryan, your host. Today we've put [music] together two videos. First up, a woman who gets into a political argument at a hotel bar, hits two people, gets kicked out, and then spends [music] the next hour refusing to leave her room. All while calling the officers servants. >> Hey, this what we doing. Come on now. All I wanted to do was change. I got to change out the dress. You want the show? Stop playing with me, bro. >> I don't want to. >> And then we have a woman who's so drunk she jumps a curb pulling into a parking lot and then spends the entire arrest asking what she's being arrested for. >> What is it? 15 cops from one girl. >> Di you did nothing. >> You did not. >> Now I already know where both of these are going. So without further ado, let's get into it. >> And that's what it's about. Some stupid. >> And he came in my face. I smacked his little hand and he called the police. And put your hand in the black on my face cuz you lucky I ain't choke the out of you. >> Cuz baby, I'm a liberal arts major. I choke you and make the war of art and make paintings of your blood with my fingers. Finger paintings of blood. >> I hope you don't have to do that. >> I don't have to do that. But >> he called he made y'all had to call all the police on me for speaking the truth. I'm not voting for neither one of them. >> That's your national. >> That's what we was talking about in the from Staten Island got mad cuz I said everyone from Staten Island is rats. If you run to Staten Island, you snitching. >> Yes, I do. >> That's why she tried to get me to go to the room and they kept antagonizing me like I'm not about it. I'm for the politics and I'm for the truth. M baby, my grandparents died for this country. We've been drinking, but one thing I'm not going to let a person do is sit in my face and try to tell me there's a method to their madness like their perception really exists. >> I'm sorry. >> For what? >> Just leave. >> I forgot it's 204. No, we I'm on the bottom floor. I'm already leaving back to LA cuz my perspective in down south with you slave Willy Lynch babies has nothing to do with me. And that's the truth. You can try to har try to harbor me and all that, but all I'm saying is this argument happened because of politics. They try to sit in your face and say Donald Trump going to save the day when that is just about business. We was talking business. They got mad cuz I was streeting saying facts. She said she had a baby with a man who left her. And I said, "Why you mad? Cuz a bozo put a baby in your stomach and she called me a Why you mad you had a baby with a who can't pay child support? Whose problem is that? So now you want to vote for somebody cuz you bozo. >> Offended by everything, ashamed of nothing, entitled to everything, contributing absolutely nothing. That's the only way I can describe what I just watched. Uh, she started the argument, right? She put her hands on two people and somehow she convinced herself that she's the victim here. I mean, she's out here giving drunk life lessons that I think she needs to apply to her own life first. And to the woman she attacked, if you're watching this, please don't ever listen to someone like that trying to lecture you. Taking advice from a drunk who can't even hold her own life together makes no sense. Also, not everything needs a reaction. All right. The best you can do with people like this is just ignore them. Like seriously, just walk away. You'll save yourself a lot of stress in in life. Don't even bother giving them the attention they're looking for. Just keep your distance and move on. That's all it takes. >> If I hit somebody, you know they would have been bleeding. You see the arms this way or that way. Cuz if I hit you, it's going to connect. Ain't hit nobody. He going to call the police after calling me a black. I'm a witch. That's what I do. I do magic. I deal with these simplistic little people. But I'm not going to hurt nobody if they don't have no strength. He said, "Who was going to hurt me?" and then called the police. It wasn't my call. If someone was really in danger, they' be bleeding. And you can look on my record. I'll leave every victim bleeding and cry. Don't put your hand in my face if you don't want to get punched. We fighting about politics. They took it from politics to trying to say that a black woman's state of mind means nothing. >> 281 Bentley Street. >> Y'all here for no reason. She say, "I got to stop having drinks, but let the white people continue to drink." Making it like I'm the problem when called me. >> Okay, now she's giving me like full psycho vibes. Like, she's out of her mind. She's not even listening to what she's saying. And the cops are just standing there listening and building a case from everything coming straight out of her own mouth. I don't know why people feel the need to run their gutter mouth like that. [music] I mean, sometimes it's just best to use your fifth amendment, right? And just stay silent. And that is the smartest move, but whatever. It's probably not the best for her, but it's best for us because we're enjoying this. That's why we're here and that's what we want. Thank you, ma'am. Like, please continue and please never use your rights. So, we get to keep enjoying this. Meanwhile, the hotel management decides that she wants her out and the victims. They refuse to press charges. So, now there's only one job left for the officers to kick Miss Liberal Arts Major's ass out of the hotel. With all due respect, Crazy. Come on. >> That's why they want me gone. Come on. >> How much do you have? >> A lot. >> A lot. >> In the middle of the night. Where the am I going to go? Sit in front of their building for 50 hours. >> There's other hotels. >> No, it's not. You cannot check in before 2:00. And you know that. >> Let's get your stuff. >> Where am I supposed to go? To jail? >> No, you can check in in other hotels. That's not true. >> I can't. >> Ma'am. Ma'am, come on. Let's just do your stuff. >> The only place I could check in is those hotels with prostitutes and crackheads. hotel. >> It's past 9:00. >> That does not matter. >> All right. >> All the hotels in here. >> Just go. Just go. >> Well, no. We got to wait for you to pick up your stuff here. >> Just go right here. >> Stuff cuz if you refuse to leave, then you will go to jail. >> Listen, baby. >> Do not get close. >> Don't do it. >> Don't do it. >> You know I will never hurt you. >> Don't do it. Be aggressive. Grab your stuff. >> Can you please give me time to figure out where I need to go? >> You're 2 seconds away from going to jail. Grab refusing to stop arguing. >> All right. Come help me then. >> No, I'm not. >> Come on. Come on. >> We're not going to help you. >> WHY YOU DON'T WANT TO HELP ME? >> NO, that's not >> That's not our job to help you. >> Why are you treating me like I'm the problem? >> Hey, listen. I'm giving you your warning. >> Can you tell This is a warning, but why are you treating me like I'm the problem? >> Your stuff. If you refuse to leave this, I'm taking you to jail. >> We figure out what happened on the fight. That one is done. >> What fight happened? >> Well, there was an argument that apparently got physical. You even mentioned to me that you slapped the guy because he came close to you and put the hands in your face. She went like this >> and you said that to me. If I do that to you, babe, what is you going to do to me? >> Grab your stuff. >> Cool. Come and help me. >> No. GRAB YOUR STUFF. >> GO. >> Grab your stuff. >> We are here. >> Just go. >> We're already inside. You need to grab >> Just go. Well, I'm taking my time then. >> I got to do with this. >> I know you want to see it. >> Go. Stop playing with me. You know you can't do that. I call my granddad and he'll really get you locked up for real doing that for 34. >> Stop playing with me, babe. You need my money back. >> Are there any units holding us? >> You're bad. You're weird. >> You're so weird. What? >> I don't know what's in there. Grab the bag. >> Go get the bag. >> No, it's not my bag. Stop with the door, >> ma'am. Ma'am, >> all I'm asking you to do is grab your stuff and leave. >> Do you see the >> Do you want to help me? >> No, I'm not going to help. >> Well, stop touching stuff in this room before I accuse you for theft for high valued items. >> Grab your stuff. >> If you touch a high valued item such as me, I'm pressed. Stop playing with me. >> Wait, what? She just say high valued items such as me. Miss liberal arts major, did you just call yourself a highvalued item? I'm sorry to say you're not even close to being valued right now. Like, forget high value. Like, the way you're presenting yourself in front of the officers is is not high value. It's just straight up stupidity. It's actually a good thing the cops are letting her go because if this was a nononsense cop or like some badass cop, they would have kicked her straight out of the hotel and would not even let her step back into her room. Lady, your stuff would have been sent to you and that's it. And you'd be probably sitting in the back of a cop car right now. either either crying or yelling or something. So like just be thankful, stay quiet, and do what they're telling you. Leave. >> Why you got to have the door open while I'm doing what I need? >> I don't know what's in there. Grab your stuff, >> BABY. I'M NOT no gun. >> Okay, I don't know that. GRAB YOUR STUFF. >> GO OUTSIDE if you scared. >> I'm not scared. Grab your stuff. >> You are scared, >> ma'am. Grab your stuff. >> Damn. You want to invade my property for some move? Move. I got stuff. Move. >> Don't lock the door. >> I NEED TO CHANGE. MOVE. Grab your stuff. >> All right. Bet. This what we doing. >> Come on now. All I wanted to do was change. I got to change out the dress. You want the show? >> Grab your stuff. >> Yeah, I am. >> Put it up. Put your clothes on. >> Now, you know this is illegal, right? >> Put your clothes on and >> you know it's illegal, right? And let's go. Throughout this period, Simone made numerous disjointed and emotionally charged statements. Some referencing [music] identity, power, and perceived injustice. >> I know it's sickening. Go. >> I'm not leaving to you, guys. >> Go for what? >> Because you're trespassed from here. >> I'm trespassed. >> Yes. They they just gave you your warning. >> She gave me a trespass. Go get my money. >> Get out of my face. >> Stop playing with me. >> Stop. >> Oh, no. I'm out. Stop. Now you're going to jail. I got out your face, babe. I got out your face. >> If you keep acting up, you're going to you're going to get Are you Are you going to put your clothes and >> Yes. I just want you to give me my space. >> Well, we >> I want you to give me my space. You're not >> You want space, but you're coming towards me. >> I'm not going to hurt you. >> I DON'T KNOW THAT. >> I'M NOT GOING TO HURT YOU. >> You don't have to come this close that I can SMELL YOUR BREATH. >> SO, WHY DID THE MAN HIT ME THEN? Why did he come in my space and hurt me and put his finger in my face? >> That was not me. >> That was not me and everybody what I went through. >> So why is it fair? >> Need you to get your clothes on, >> ma'am. Get your clothes on. >> Fair. >> Get your clothes on. >> Why is it fair? >> You guys don't play a fair game. >> Okay, we don't play fair game. >> I need you to put your clothes on. >> No, you're giving me THE MOMENT OF TAKING MY MONEY and me. >> Get your clothes on. You me every time. >> Get your clothes on so we can leave. >> I do not want to take you to jail. >> For what? I'm going to be out the next day. >> Doesn't matter. You still don't want to sleep in jail. >> I don't care about jail. I care about justice. >> Okay. >> And that's what you you know what? [snorts] You men will never get it. It's not fair. >> Tr. It's not fair, babe. >> Once your stuff is back, >> it's not fair. >> Here's something worth pointing out. The officers have been incredibly patient like this entire time. Yeah. They've not raised their voice. They're not threatening her. They're they're literally just asking her to pack her bags and leave. And like that's it. And she's standing there threatening to sue them for touching her luggage. I mean, I genuinely think how these officers do this every single day. like without losing their minds. Like she's been in this hotel room for a while now, right? She's still going and she's still arguing and she's still calling them babe. Like still threatening everyone in the room. And I just want to pause here because she actually said, "Stop playing with me, bro." to a police officer who's just standing there waiting for her to pack her bag. You >> do what you do to people like me and you know this is not fair. I just need a minute. >> I'll give you exactly one minute. >> The officers allowed her another opportunity to pack her belongings and leave. During this time, she made phone calls, [music] continued speaking incoherently, arguing, and delaying the process. I do hit people for fun. I do. I remember the first one I played. >> I hit him and I beat the case. >> I did. I kicked him in a and he said he didn't have a >> and if I could I >> I thought we agreed to stay quiet. >> Nope. You're in my space. >> So just pack your stuff. >> Nope. I'm psycho. Play with me. All you want to do is play with my for free. want to play with my money for free and say that I'm being kicked out, but you continue to let people to drink past the time that they're able to drink. It's a joke. >> You guys are a joke. Sonic joke. >> Is your banks done? >> No. >> The car's coming up now. >> Yeah. Bring that cart. >> It's coming. >> It's coming. >> Finish. >> Done. I can throw it all on the cart. Just bring the cart. >> Just finishing locking those. >> Throw it on the cart. >> Open. You don't want to zip them up. >> The bags. You don't want to zip them up? >> No. You on the time schedule. >> The car's right here. >> There we go, ma'am. All yours, >> come on, man. Do you got Don't touch it. Report you for theft. Louis in there. Don't touch it. Don't touch nothing. >> Come on, man. >> Stop touching stuff. >> Stop playing. Come on. >> For real. I don't want you touching nothing. I don't trust y'all. Y'all stole something. >> So, you ask for help and then we bring the car. We're going to help. >> Babe, you said no. Just back up. Back it up. Back it up. Back it up. >> Let me get the water cuz I'm up right now. I'm really drunk. >> Just don't move in a place where I can't see. >> Okay. >> Cuz I don't trust you. You're a pig. >> Okay. Let me tell you what she's thinking here. She already planned this in her mind that at this late hour, she's not going to find a hotel room anywhere, right? Like, so she's so she's just like, "Let me do one thing. Let me use my brain and come up with a plan so I have somewhere to stay for the night." She's like, "All right, let me just spill everything. At least I'll have a place to stay for the night." It's better than wandering around in the streets and going from hotel to hotel. And on top of that, she saved some money, too. So, right now, that's exactly what she's trying to do, right? She's confessing everything in front of the officers like, "Yeah, I hit them. I enjoy hitting people. I'm a threat to everyone. Just so the officers arrest her and she gets to spend the night in jail totally free, right? That way tonight's taken care of and tomorrow she'll figure out where to sleep next. By the way, clever strategy. >> Stop. No, I got it. Go ahead. >> Don't be a man. Move. Go ahead, ma'am. >> Move. I'm not a man. I'm a sir. I'm with them. Mama, don't. So touch your stuff. Don't touch nothing. I got it. Just don't touch nothing. I don't want to sue you. Just move. Just don't touch nothing. Move over here by the wall. Walk in the line. [bell] Ah, you touch your stuff. I'mma sue you. Touch something again. Ah, don't touch the button. Don't touch that button. I might hit the red one. I'm so serious. You think I'm playing? I'm capable of destruction. >> I like destruction. >> Okay. >> Don't play with me. Don't play with me. Go. You're making me nervous. Come on, >> ma'am. Just leave property, please. >> Stop walking behind me. >> Just leave property, please. It's not going to be on your way. >> It is my way. is wrong with you, you stupid mother. >> Stop acting like I'm really following your rules. I don't live by your rules. You're just a with a badge. You think you doing something? You're a servant. All you little servants. >> You have two options. One is to call the Uber. Another one is to leave property. >> You think I care about your time? I need to find a room like a reasonable tourist. >> You're going to find a room from the sidewalk. You're not going to stay here. We've been here for over >> Push your cart then. I told you it's going to take 45 minutes. >> It's been more than 45 minutes. I gave you more than reasonable time then >> to leave property. >> Come on. Push the cart. Push their property to the street and then it's the >> Are you going to call the Uber? >> Yeah, I am. Once you touch the cart, >> go ahead and call your Uber. >> Find my shoes. >> Ma'am, call your Uber. >> Stop talking to me, bro. man. She's just trying to provoke the officers no matter what. And she keeps getting on their nerves again and again. She's trying to push them. She's trying to get under their skin and disrespect them. And but yeah, on one hand, she's funny. I got to give her that. But on the other hand, she's drunk and like really really insufferable. Things could have been so much easier for her. She's needed to cooperate, but she thought, "Hey, why not? Let's do this. And I'm telling you, uh, this is the only thing going through her mind right now, right? She wants them to arrest her. She's clearly trying to provoke them into it. Like, arrest me. At least I'll have somewhere to stay for the night. You don't got no power. You weak. Well, shut up cuz you distracted my greatness. It's 10:00 at night. Let me find another room on my budget after this took 15 days of my money. >> I paid this Not you. >> You don't have no money for 15 days. My room is $157 a day. And you don't make that. Push the cart. [music] Stop playing with me, bro. >> I don't want to go to Bab. >> I'm fed up, babe. It gave you more than enough time to do what you needed to do. >> It's a heel. >> It's a heel. >> Stop moving around. >> I'm not going to embarrass you, but all I'm saying is just push it to the heel. >> At least let me get the shoes. >> Come on, baby. >> Right there. >> It's all good, babe. >> Can you just push the card? >> No, ma'am. >> Why you going to wait until I get outside to take me to jail? asked you something. >> I'm trying. I'm trying. I'm really trying. Wait. Wait. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. No. Okay. I'mma leave, babe. I'mma leave. I'mma leave. >> Under arrest. Hold on now. She's biting. >> No, I'm not. >> Stop fighting. >> I'mma leave, babe. I leave. >> We gave you to clean up. Stop fighting. Stop. Stop ripping it. Oh no. Ah, there it is. The moment the handcuffs come out, right? Suddenly she's ready to leave. Like they they always always every time I've seen this, they suddenly agree to leave. The second handcuffs come on. Like Simone was charged with four counts of resisting an officer with violence, four counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, and trespassing. Four counts of each. All from a political argument in a hotel bar that she started. That's crazy. Anyways, let's move on to case two. And I promise this one's a completely different kind of chaos. So, in this case, this officer is just calmly doing his night patrol, right? When suddenly [music] at an intersection, this lady comes out of nowhere. She's not looking at anything. No left, no right, no traffic, no nothing. She just goes straight where she wants to go. like almost like she owns this entire street that almost turns into a crash with the officer. And at that point, the officer already knows something's off. So, he decides to follow her and watch her driving pattern. [music] And then becomes clear she cannot even stay in her lane. She's all over the place literally again like like she owns this place. And when the officer turns his lights on, she doesn't even pull over right away. She just keeps going for a bit, then finally stops at a parking lot. And as soon as she pulls into that lot, she literally drives over a curb. [music] And at this point, you know, I know the officer knows it's 100% a DUI case, a straightup drunk driving situation because these are exactly the kind of patterns you see with drunk drivers. Even a beginner would not drive like that. Hey, stop the car. Stop the car. >> Oh, no. You're good. Do you got your driver's license on you? >> Yes, I do. >> Can I see it, please? >> Absolutely you can. >> Can you turn the car off for me? >> Yes, I can. So clear and close it out for >> I'll have you get that for me. >> Thank you. Thank you. >> What's your name? Emanuel, one second. Okay. >> Is Tang go 13 available? Emanuela say >> oh lord um [clears throat] where you coming from >> yummy >> yummy >> y >> okay and where are you headed to >> my house >> where's your house >> brain in Federal. >> Well, right in Federal, >> you want to take me to the to my house? >> No, no, no, no. Just hang tight. Okay, I'll be right back. Okay. >> Ew. Ew. Okay, we'll talk about that lady in a second. But first, I don't understand one thing. Why is the officer spitting everywhere? Like, that's so disgusting. Just look at her. After watching so many of these videos, I I get it when a suspect, some nasty suspect spits on someone. At least that makes sense because we know that they're acting crazy and being disgusting. But [music] an officer just spitting around like that for no reason. And look, I'm I am always supportive of police officers, but what on earth was that? Like that's not professional. And and to be honest, it's disgusting. Negative aura for the officer here. I'm going stick the sign, >> brother. >> Emanuel. >> Oh my gosh. By herself? >> Yeah, sir. >> Oh boy. Yeah. >> Hello. >> Hey. How are you? >> How are you, miss? >> I'm good. >> What's your name? >> You know my name? >> I don't know. I just got here. I literally just got here. I'm on South Lexus. I I just got here. >> You want to take me to jail? >> Why would you say that? >> Huh? >> You know where you are? >> I say you know >> where you were right now. Huh? My sleeping. >> Are you okay though? >> I'm very okay. Are you having any medical issue? >> No, I'm not. >> You don't need an ambulance. You You don't feel like going to the hospital? >> No. >> Okay. >> I do not. >> You want to take him to jail? Take him to jail. >> Why would you say that though? >> Because I know how this works. >> How what works >> for me? >> How what work? >> You know why you got pulled over? >> Yes, I do. >> Why? Again? >> Cuz I'm going too fast. >> You were going too fast? >> I have. Okay. Are you going home right now or something? >> Do you want to take me home? >> Where's home? >> Get in my car. Take me home. >> Where's home? >> And don't with me. >> Huh? Where do you live? >> Right. Right across the street. >> What's the address? You said take you home. I don't know what's the address. >> I'm pretty sure if you're a cop and got my license, you know where my >> I just want to make sure you're not lost. >> Homie, I'm not lost. Do you know what city you're in? >> Yes. >> What city? >> Beach. >> Okay. What road is this behind you? >> I'm not. >> Thank you. >> What road is this behind you? >> Yeah. Great. >> Huh? >> Great. Do you want to take me to jail? I'll take you to jail. I'm done. You don't have to. You don't have to do this. >> Can you step out for a second? Sure. >> Why? >> Because I'm asking you to. But why? Why are we asking? >> Because I'm asking you to. I'm not allowed to ask you to step out of a car. >> No, actually you're not. >> Actually, I am. >> Why? >> Why is there 15 cups for one girl? >> Okay. >> What? >> And that's 15. >> How much you have to drink? >> She's wasted. Is she so drunk that she's seeing 15 cops right now? She literally did her own field sobriety test before the officer even got out of his car. The swerving, the curb, the not being able to stay in her lane, all of that. Like, she did the work for them. And then she asks if he wants to take her home. I literally can't tell if this is confidence or if the alcohol has just completely taken the wheel at this point. >> I have not. >> Are you sure about that? Yes, I have. >> It's very very apparent that you've been drinking. I can smell it on you. I can look at your eyes. The way you're talking to me. >> You are extremely You appear extremely intoxicated right now. >> Take me home. >> We don't do that. >> Take me home. >> We're not taxi service. >> I literally tell him, "Take me home. >> We're not the taxi service. Can you step out of the car, please?" >> No, I can't. >> Are you refusing? >> No, I'm not refusing. >> Okay, then step out. Can I please call my dad? >> No, you cannot. Just have step out of the car. >> I want to call my dad. >> You can do that after. Step out of the car. >> No, I can't. >> Just stop reaching for anything in the car, please. >> I'm not doing anything bad. >> Just step out >> at all. >> So, here's what's here's what's happening. Okay. I know you've been drinking. I can smell it. I can see I have plenty of evidence by just looking at you and speaking to you and smelling whatever strong beverage. That's not going to happen. That's not going to happen. That's coming from you and the car. So, I'm asking you to step out so I can continue my investigation and hopefully give you the chance to prove to me that you're not impaired. >> Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Come this way, please. >> Can this >> No, no, no. It's dark over here, so we need to see what we do. >> Well, there's a >> You can come over here if if you don't want to stand on the light. Miss >> officer, I'm sorry. You have the key, right? >> I feel very >> I feel very unsafe right now. >> All right. Let me let me for you. >> I don't touch me. >> Please don't talk to me. >> I was asking you to step out so I can continue. >> And I did. And I did. And I did. Right. >> Would you be willing to perform in the Philippines in the in the parking lot so I can >> I want my lawyer here and I don't want to talk to you. So I don't want to miss my decision whether or not to arrest you for everything else that I'm telling you. >> I don't care what you're telling me >> in court. So that's why I'm asking >> I don't care what you're telling me right now. I want my lawyer here right now. >> I want my lawyer here right now. >> I'm going to ask you just one last time. >> Now she wants a lawyer on the side of the road at 10:30 in the night. I want to explain something here that a lot of people don't actually know. You don't need to get a lawyer at the roadside during a DUI stop. Your right to an attorney kicks in after you're arrested and being questioned. Not on the side of the road at 1000 p.m. No lawyer anywhere in the country sitting by the phone waiting for this call right now. I promise you that. >> Step out of the car. >> Oh, my lawyer here right now. >> I a joke. >> Oh my god. What the >> Why? >> Hey, stop stop resisting. >> I I'm not resisting. up. Just put your hands behind your back. >> All right. You do for DUI >> for DUI. >> You have never even >> Oh my god. >> No, I did not. >> Got a female here right [ __ ] now. >> Are you kidding me right now? Where's my car? It's going to get towed. >> Oh my god. >> [ __ ] >> What the? [snorts] >> Jesus Christ. >> Where do you Where do I hold on? No. >> Hold on. I'm sorry. Hold on. I want my word right now. >> That's fine. >> And the [ __ ] right now. I want my [ __ ] word right now. Go ahead. I want my lawyer right now. >> Let's have a seat in the car.
