On December 11th, 2025, deputies arrived at a gas station to find a woman who had decided the property was her personal real estate. She didn't just hang out, she moved in, belongings and all, while reportedly damaging the AC unit. When the manager tried to evict this uninvited tenant, she responded with a flurry of curses. It was a classic case of someone thinking public access meant private bedroom, and the police were about to serve her a very loud eviction notice. What's going on? What's going on? >> These people keep coming in the bathroom. We trying to get rid of them, but this one, she came and she bring all her belongings right there. Okay. This is why our AC not working every single time. And we trying to get rid of her, but she sit on it cursing me out till we can't move her. Okay. All right, you want to trespass? Yeah. Okay, no problem. Do you have an ID on you? Yes, I do. All right, where is it? None of your business. Okay. So what? Okay, that's fine. Is it in your car? Yes, don't do that. Give her your ID or you're going to end up going to jail, okay? You don't want to play this game. Nobody wants to do this. >> no game. Ex- I play games. Ain't no game being in the life. Are you going to give me your ID or not? Yes, I do have the ID. Where is it? No, when I get them, give it to you. I'm going to get it. I'll play me right now. Give me the money and get out of my car. You're slave. Where's your ID? No, that's my business. Right from the start, the attitude was louder than the problem itself. Deputies showed up expecting a routine trespass warning, but instead walked into pure defiance mode. She admitted having ID, then treated the question like a personal insult. That stubborn energy set the tone immediately, and the warning signs were already flashing bright red. I'm going to ask you one more time. I'm going to ask you one more time. No, that's my business. You got to get out. Nope, police. That's my phone. Got it? Hold on, hold on. You had your chance. You want to be stupid. Nope, you had your chance. You're done. Thank you. That's all right. My bag. It's over there. We're 10-4. All right, what now? The car. Why am I getting arrested? That's why you don't get in a cop's face. Because you don't like a freshman. Nope, nope, you don't jump in a deputy's face. It don't work like that. Yes, you did. Feet in. She had every chance to walk away, but she chose to play a game where the only prize is a pair of shiny metal bracelets. As soon as she got in the deputy's face, the find out portion of the evening officially began. It's honestly hilarious how people think they can physically challenge a cop, and then act surprised when they end up eating a face full of patrol car. Can I have your ID on you? You want to trespass or you're also going to jail. I need your ID now. You can take all her stuff and you guys can chuck it in the trash can. Cuz it's on your property? No, I don't think so. All her stuff here. He got to clean all this boy. Yeah, there's a whole bunch of stuff here. I don't know if it's hers. Yeah, there's a bunch of stuff here. See, I'm not coming. Yeah. She grabbed for this. Yeah, that's that's for her. This thing right here, you know, when you hang it right here, look, that's break it almost to knock off. Yeah. I don't know, she grabbed for her bag and I wasn't taking any chances. All right. Look at this [ __ ] Like I'm a criminal. Look at this [ __ ] nobody. You got to get out of here. Slave [ __ ] nobody. It was clear she wasn't just having a bad day. She was auditioning for a role in a courtroom soap opera that nobody wanted to watch. She claimed she wasn't a criminal while actively resisting the very people who could have helped her find a shelter. She seemed to think that being entitled was a valid legal defense. I mean, I cannot ever. The [ __ ] What's going on? That's all my [ __ ] Crackers. I don't give a [ __ ] Eat this for the moment. Never. No. [ __ ] what? Hey. Coffee. Yeah, yeah. Awesome. Hey, Maurice. At this point, it was comedy gold as she literally tied herself into a pretzel in the back of the car. Her mind told her she could do anything, but the laws of physics and the Florida legal code had a very different opinion. She was making it as difficult as possible to even document the arrest. She was a total mess. I will. Don't touch me. That's really me. I shouldn't be that way. But what I follow is I don't know, whatever. They're on this car. This is the result. No. You can't get away. You can't [ __ ] I already I love it. You can't [ __ ] This [ __ ] ain't nothing to you. Yeah, all that. Crack me and a [ __ ] that I'm doing some bad ass [ __ ] Yes, I am. The [ __ ] the law applies to you. The law. Come, [ __ ] come get it. She continued her nonsensical rambling, proving that some people are too stupid to realize their bad attitude is why their life is bad. She was throwing out every insult in her limited vocabulary. It was like watching a toddler have a meltdown, only this toddler was a grown woman. Look. What's wrong? You got to get my phone, [ __ ] Okay, I wasn't here, I just got here. You wanted to help? No, I'm sorry, you. But put your feet in the car if you want to talk. >> I want my phone and my bag. >> If you want to talk, you need to put your feet inside. Put your feet inside. >> Okay, go ahead. >> You need to talk to me. You want your phone? You ain't going to forget. This is your phone. Go get yourself. Speak to a [ __ ] Thief. I want my bag. I want my [ __ ] This [ __ ] ain't even on. This [ __ ] ain't fake. We have personal. I'm going to call the police. and I don't want to go to the bathroom. Okay. Are you hurt? >> know what I'm hurt. Where do you hurt? My Your heart hurts? They broke your heart? No, I'm going to have my heart broken. You have a broken heart? >> I don't be putting my heart my heart is broken. Did they tell you to leave? I'm ready to die. >> Okay. I want my bag. I want my All right, you're going to get your stuff. Don't worry. I Did they handcuff you in the front or you keep putting your handcuffs in the front? >> Oh, I did. I said myself. They were from back I did it for I'm able to do anything. You're mine. You able to do anything you like. Sorry. I'm fine. Have you had anything to drink or eat today or eat? What? Have you eaten anything? Why? Cuz you you're not making sense. I didn't know if you ate anything. You're not making sense. Your blood sugar low? Do you have diabetes? >> Oh, yeah. I ate [ __ ] on my blood sugar. I always have vital signs, but The deputy told her to put her feet in the car, but she was more interested in her phone and her bag. She treated the patrol car door like a suggestion rather than a boundary. She kept demanding her belongings as if she were checking into a hotel rather than being processed for a crime. It was peak entitlement mixed with total confusion and the officers were clearly reaching their limit with her nonsense. Okay. Have you had alcohol, too? Yes. How much alcohol? So much. I didn't >> Okay, so you want to be sarcastic. All right, well. Anyways, I want my bag. >> Okay, your bag is coming. Listen, don't be hitting the >> my bag bag. How I did you nothing? I did nothing wrong. I call him right there. I seen right there. >> [music] >> Please. They put their ass door. They put their ass What's up? Hey. My car my my my my >> Don't be hitting the window. Don't be hitting the window. We're going to put your window. We're going to put your cuffs in the back. I want No, we're going to put your handcuffs in the back. Can I get my [ __ ] No. Oh, I want I don't even know what you're saying. You don't know what I'm saying? No. You have a seat. Is anybody running? Is anybody running? Ain't nobody running. Camera running. I hate y'all. >> Oh, camera running. Yes. Camera running. You got right. Oh, yeah. I'm running camera. Put your hands behind your back. I won't do it. Put your hands behind your back, ma'am. No. Just put your hands behind your back, please. Listen to me. I can't see. Listen to me. Put your hands behind your back. >> got no help what you're doing. She was talking so much trash that she didn't even know what she was saying anymore. It was pure comedy gold watching her try to argue her way out of a situation that was already signed, sealed, and delivered. It was a classic case of someone needing rehab more than a jail cell. She was acting like a total drama queen making sure everyone knew she was the star of this chaotic production. I don't know, [ __ ] Shut the [ __ ] up, [ __ ] I'm stealing your [ __ ] Cracker, shut the [ __ ] up, [ __ ] She ain't doing that [ __ ] Who are you talking to? I hope you all right. You're [ __ ] ass. No, you're [ __ ] Find out, [ __ ] >> Put her in the back of the car. All my [ __ ] gone. I need to take a picture. Hey guys. Do me a favor. I'm going to have to get her out so I can take pictures of her. But I want to do this in a controlled manner here. And by the way, I'm live still, okay? So, I want to get her out. I want to take a photo of her uh Did she get hurt at all? No. We need EMS here? No. No, okay. So, I'm going to get a photo of her front, sideways, and then I'm going to do a close of her face. You [ __ ] want to do it. I don't know if I'm going to do it. And one of the things I regret is taking all my Come on. What are you doing? Laying down? Why? I'm sleeping. Okay, you want to sit up for me real quick and we'll get you more comfortable? Why? Why do you care? >> Cuz I want you to be comfortable. She was practically tying herself into a pretzel in the back seat, which would have been impressive if it wasn't so pathetic. The deputy couldn't help but let out a little laugh at the sheer absurdity of her movements. She was falling out of the car like a sack of potatoes, proving she had zero control over her limbs or her life. I don't want you to be uncomfortable. Man. Woah. Woah. You're falling out. See, I told you that was going to happen. Put your foot down here. Come on, put your foot here for me. Put your foot here for me. No, I know. Come on. What? Just put your head out here for me. Yep, just put both feet. Stand up. This is my sergeant. He wants to talk to you for a second, okay? I'm like Woah. Well, it wasn't me, but you can look at the picture. What's your name? What's your name? What's going on here? You're making me laugh. You're making I don't know. I give up. I don't know. I need to take a picture. I just want to see your hands. I know I got it. I'm saying I'm sorry everybody. I'm not >> Okay. Nothing going on? I'm going to Okay. Where's the guy that was back here? Right here. Okay. I don't know. >> All right. You know where he went? He left? Where he went? Where he went? Where he went? Oh, man. I don't know. They said someone else was back there with you. Is someone else back there with I ain't telling. You go find out. Oh, I don't care where he I ain't no snitch. Okay, well then I want to go find out. I ain't going to tell you [ __ ] >> in the Let's sit down. Get her back All right. Have a seat. There you go. Get comfortable. Tell me where Shall we Hold on a second. I guess so. I got to go back to my photos here. I got a photo. And the lieutenant says uh that's the AC. So, I want to show the fact that they're trespassing, too, and they're not just trespassing, but they're living. This is all her property. that black bag. I don't know what was in that black bag when she went for it. That's when we grabbed her and pulled her down. Pulled her down there. Put the entire homeless camp in here. The deputies took a moment to document the scene, showing exactly how she had set up a permanent residence on top of the store's infrastructure. It wasn't just a backpack. It was a full-on camp that was actively breaking the building's AC. When she went for that black bag earlier, the deputy had to take her down because you never know what's hidden in a squatter's inventory. The deputy explained the situation to the sergeant, highlighting the black bag she lunged for, which was the moment the controlled manner of the arrest went out the window. She claimed to know the law by the law, which is a phrase only used by people who definitely do not know the law. So, let me guess. So, you came over here. So, so you lean her over here like this. That's basically what you did when she went for the bag? Okay. Got you. Have you checked her bag yet to make sure there's no weapon in there? But this is the AC that you put it on. This one right here. Okay. So, let me see it see here so I can see the photo. He's checking on you. Making sure you're okay. This is why I don't look. You don't care if I breathe. I do care if you breathe. That's why I'm checking on you. >> No, no, no. You don't. Yes, I do. I know what's up. >> I care about you. You don't give a [ __ ] about nobody. That's why I have no choice. I'm laying on the hot asphalt. I want to run. You got to care about yourself first. >> I care about me. I'm careful. But guess what? I know the law by the law. Okay? Okay. So, I follow my mind. I don't follow law. I don't got no law. I know the law. I did nothing but be out there. I'm homeless. Right now. Yeah. And I wish I'm taking you to court and sue y'all. Aw. One thing about me, I don't give a [ __ ] Don't say that. Don't say that. I said it and it's done. >> That hurts my but that that's what I'm hurt for. I'm saying my feelings. Yes. You can feel your feelings. Come on. I'm saying my feelings. I just met you. I don't know about you. I'm sorry. Damn. I said I said You hurt my feelings. I didn't say stuff like that. You. Why are you so mean? I am. I mean it. I said Why are you so mean? >> This is what it is. Honestly, I'm going to get away with getting away paying me. But I'm saying that you're telling. I ain't saying nothing. Ask me. She went back to her favorite hobby, insulting the female deputy's appearance. It was bottom of the barrel stuff, calling her names and rambling about cancer and crackers. It was a desperate attempt to regain some power, but she just looked like a legal blind lady screaming at the sun. She ain't going to find out, [ __ ] If you want to put on your handcuffs, you're [ __ ] You're a You look like a man. Ugly ass [ __ ] [ __ ] ass [ __ ] Why you give me attitude? But I want a woman. If you want to give a man, but I'm both, [ __ ] [ __ ] Want to be me, [ __ ] I don't want to talk to you. If you want to make me keep on talking, I feel like I didn't say nothing. Get the [ __ ] out of the goddamn [ __ ] busybody ass [ __ ] You [ __ ] goddamn crackers. How about that, [ __ ] If you ain't natural. And my route Ain't no rule or law. These are She kept making bizarre comments that actually had the cop bursting out laughing. It's hard to stay professional when someone is acting this ridiculous. She was definitely the main character in her own tragedy. Her mind was her only guide, and it had guided her straight into the back of a police cruiser. Thanks. Appreciate it. Go this way. Thanks.
