we're traveling and she I guess her meds she said she had taken them before and never had anything but I guess she got drowsy on them we've been driving for hours so she crashed and I woke up obviously and she's like I'm pulling off over here I'm like what are you doing we gotta stop and she just kept driving are y'all dating or something yes okay yeah all right well we're gonna read you something here in a little bit we'll ask you some questions okay yeah yeah all right you have the right to remain silent do you understand each of these rights I'll explain to you all right explain like what happened like what's going on how'd you guys end up all the way in the woods at the back of the landfill yeah I mean I do a special work and if it weren't if she wasn't in the car you guys wouldn't have me here now you do special work and what kind of special work is that but um she was having a medical emergency she called me I was out here at the lot she drove here and I tried to just steal her car so you they were just not not so pretty much nothing had happened so you're saying you were having a medical emergency out here she she was having a medical emergency she came and you were out here and I was out here she drove herself while having a medical emergency yes to me here where where did she meet you at here like on a lot like up there on the ground like just around I was just on a lot working okay so whoever she knows how to work around here yeah it's a Flagler County lot I just come around here to more fog work on a lot I don't know I know it's county-owned and I know I can come out here and hang I've got I'm not sure if I have approval but no one usually comes into view what kind of what kind of work you walk right there what what kind of work I told you I'm a lifeguard we build stuff out here it's like a workshop which county where you just use it as well you build like the Lifeguard stands straight up like we just like you guys practice swimming in the lake over here and do like no no no no no no no no we're gonna swim we're doing the ocean in a pool but we don't swim okay building stuff for work not necessarily buildings I was just here in the medical emergency and she crashed and she knew that I was there she crashed and then she drove over here and she wanted me to take her to the emergency room as soon as possible whatever there wasn't like so you were if you weren't driving with her like sleeping in the car and then the crash happened then you guys ended up over here we live we're boyfriend and girlfriend I was in the car she like I've been in the car at the lot wherever like we've been she's been sick she's had meds I've been I've been smoking weed I've got a med card A lot's happened in the last few days but all I know is we've been around here she just wrecked and we're here now earlier you said that uh you were in the car when she got an accident you guys woke up like in the shop like you guys been driving a long time and then we've just been traveling let's restart I'll give you a fresh start because we're both kids let's just try again let's just say I'm awful lot of substances not a lot of marijuana so it's not fresh I don't know exactly what happened all right ask me questions no just you tell us what happened from start to finish we already know I'd just like to hear from the horse's mouth you can't talk about cameras what people saw there's cameras we got a license plate on it I think I'm done talking here in my story okay so you don't want to say anything else you want to stick with that yeah just stick with that okay what I have already we can work with that appreciate it do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you yeah I need an actual like purple yes or no what I see I see Spanish I see just speak English okay okay thank you okay all right what how did we end up here what's going on I don't know I have no idea how you're in handcuffs in the back of the car okay what more products did you take today you're you're this is your normal state no I haven't seen it up on days where I haven't even either my stomach just hurts so you just told me three days I haven't been steadily eating for about two times so how much marijuana did you smoke today we might have smoked it I I didn't give him I didn't package one so if he packages okay where do you guys live where do you live um if you're homeless where were you guys coming from oh I'm actually not sure because I'm not familiar with the area where we where when you got in the car today where did you get the car at oh I'm in here yeah somewhere today you just went and rented the car today from what airport Daytona I think so is that where you were going to that's where you where were you guys going we just needed a car to get around and do errands you can pick up my prescription it started Walgreens for three days what prescription um you can ask just go out of Walgreens I'm not I'm asking you asking you it's over the counter okay she got the car at Daytona Airport he went to the pharmacy and you were going where to run it we were gonna get groceries go back to the house clean up where's the house the condo you guys already talked about it where's the condo is I just got here so I have no idea is I've been here the whole time about no we don't have any information about a condo yourself right now so there's no problem other than that it could be so you in the passenger seat and before you hit the rocks and went Airborne um I don't believe me I was told you when airborne and then you hit another car oh yeah my head was in the floor though your head was in the floor yeah okay I wasn't I wasn't saying no okay okay why didn't you get out of the car whenever the deputies on scene ask you to get out of the car because there were dogs outside yeah but they weren't they were on a leash there's no reason that's a common thing yeah dogs that you knewana Lee okay we're gonna eat you out of this car okay [Music] can we get this out of your hair if you'd like to it's just tied awesome Todd they're not gonna let you have that in the jail obviously you can just cut it off I can untangle it I just I can do it with cuss on too is this like sacred to you or something yeah I'm actually half Lumbee from North Carolina okay would you want me to put this in your property okay come down I'm wrong this is actually I have no idea she just kept driving and I was like wait I was like telling her stop but I when someone's driving a car you know it's hard to get him to stop I'm not just gonna throw it in park you know she's really tripping dude I don't know I'm not I was not baked I don't even know where I was at you feeling okay just woke up I literally just woke up I wasn't sure if we were like we're back in the woods or what had happened all I heard was crunching you feel me I woke up and then I and then we're in the [ __ ] woods and there's tops everywhere and she said we got an accident kind of thing you feel me yeah so I don't know when she crashed I don't even know uh I know we're at a county lot because this is where I was you feel me like I come here sometimes because I know people aren't gonna [ __ ] with me if I just want to walk around like they never hit me for trespassing here because I know people that work here like firefighters and they do work like just tell me stuff man County stuff up in Flagler like lifeguard firefighter police you know any of that they have these Lots like we got the barn in Volusia you know that one yeah so like whenever you're down bad you know I've had a bad week maybe my girlfriend's pregnant like that that sends me into a murderer I just want to be by myself in the woods so I'll go to places like this you know that's my deal I don't even that's just real talk I don't even care if I'm mirandized or any of that for this I know we're driving right now and it's just me and you so you could probably use this but I hope there's no court files that we have to you know all right do you understand not at all no I'm not I'm I live in the scratches I'm fine sir no problem yes I understand okay I'll get food is it gonna be like a entertainment Hospital say or is it just like go to the hospital it's just all right all right all right awesome thank you I'm not gonna write handcuffs to the battery I am for how long perfect what are the charges go ahead restart okay and how is that on me though because I just woke up in the car in the woods okay we were sleeping in the woods or whatever way down in the car in the woods all right that's definitely how's that fleeing if I'm parked in the woods with a different plate all right all right hey I was just in the woods chilling at my camping spot like that's where I'd go too and she knows when to pull up and she just came I got on the weekends and weekdays whenever I text you when I'm going out there and I just go out there and go Goblin mode that's why I'm wearing this I'm I'm a Native American I don't know if you know any of the Heritage behind that all right I guess I'll keep that to myself although there are laws about Native Americans and how they're processed and whatnot so we'll keep that in mind hey did they did they pick up my uh gray and blue Sunglasses by chance awesome perfect thank you so much those are sweet we get a um law enforcement discount on the natives if you're interested what was that I'm pretty sure I get one of those discounts too exactly you know what I'm saying I was just saying for for you like that I really like the natives personally like they have good like peripheral rap because you know what I'm saying and I stick with the Oakleys yeah yep those are pretty sweet as long as they're like polarized and like I like the reflective ones because it really like people can't see where you're looking you know keeps you mysterious but now they're actually super good for the beach because like staring at that sun and the water off like the reflection off the water all day just destroys your eyes I'm sure you feel the same way about the reflection of like the sun off the cars you know perfect perfect before you walking together I'm gonna try to keep my junk covered I said I'm gonna try to keep my junk covered all right well if it tends to fall I'll see if I'll grab it and try to hold it up for you no I think this thing's tied on pretty well all right I've been watching any nursing nurses inside a lot of nurses or children uh keep me away I do it definitely don't want to deal with that if you could do this baby even go in and grab me a pair of their scrub pants or something before I even get out or if you have any if you could just stretch that over me over my front so it's like not really not going to show anything I think we're good too I think that's pretty good all right that's him oh Jesus [Music] these are always the good bags thank you they were Shake everywhere there's a half maybe three grams in it but that was it that's all I found so far I hope so they got a bunch of shoes and clothes I don't know a bunch of us brand new on hangers that's hard whatever it is okay there you go oh yeah they're into some cosplay or something oh yeah somewhere looks good to me a couple expensive pair of shoes that's it find the license plate yeah composers [Music] I don't know I think that they were a totally different craft oh really yeah we hit two more cars in front of the school or at the school but the game boarding was right behind him did they catch him oh my God because that would have been so sad he was holding so fast on that thing I told him I love it there's no way you stop it yeah he was airborne and you know his car shot into it he was out of control there and there was no way out so we came back around okay this couple had themselves a day at the landfill to remember forever Stephen racked up six charges including felony fleeing and eluding a police officer hit and run resisting a police officer without violence trespassing on school grounds possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia Victoria ended up with four charges in total including trespassing on school grounds resisting a police officer without violence and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia Stevens bond amount ended up totaling 19 500 however it appears Stephen took it upon himself to lower the amounts via pen as the court noted that inmate changed Bonds on his own said they were wrong Victoria's bond amount ended up totaling three thousand dollars they were both ordered to have no contact with each other as a condition of pre-trial release Steven's arraignment has already been held and his pre-trial hearing is set for September 7th Victoria failed to appear at her July 11th arraignment do you believe Steven's version of events or should he have pled the fifth in front of the police that day leave your opinion in the comments either way we would love to have him on the
