on July 31st 2023 an officer responded to an incident involving a young woman causing a disturbance as reported by her mother hello what happened looking fory Sol she took off she took off soon as yall call we went back they had a check on her well somebody called and told us to go check on her and then soon by the time got up here she ran past us she she just came in here you where she ran no most likely she probably ran out that way but maybe probably in the wood somewhere how she been here got here just got here proba about two hours ago upon arrival the officer spoke with the family to understand the situation and gather details the family explained the behavior of the 18-year-old who was reported to be agitated and disruptive based on the information provided the officer then approached the young woman and attempted to deescalate the situation copy I think I may have found her hey allly allly come here you want I just want to talk to you what's going on to the huh you're not taking me to the C allly relax you're not taking the relax Al can I talk to you Ally no I know that's what you're doing you're trying to take me the I'm trying to talk to you what be honest be into custody for further questioning however as the officer moved closer the woman's Behavior escalated she began crying yelling and directing offensive language toward the officer her yelling assaulted the officer the officer repeatedly warned her that additional charge including resisting arrest and possible felony charges could apply if she did not cooperate but going where to the hospital at this point they got to check you out for your injuries man get off me bro you not pushing them to me relax you just relax let go my arm he can't let go because you're acting like that bro reasonable Force the officer managed to restrain her and she had to be tied to a stretch or too in order to transport it to the station for further investigation all right perfect I got our legs we're with yeah she's got bipolar okay so she is is it like aggressive where she's known to just go like yes call him the rage y okay I'm sorry I know this has got to be not easy for you to see but she's getting she's getting help yeah she an adult huh she's an adult that's the only issue with that is just it's kind of up to her when it comes to the followup yep you ever been arrested before no she's probably going to get summons one if she has no prior hisory she's going to be put on the summons and then it's kind of a part of her mental condition almost I I don't want to say that she's not responsible for what she does but that does play a role in her getting the way that she gets so she's probably going to get put on the summons but it's up to her as an adult to follow up with the mental health treatment if she doesn't want to that's the sad part we can't make her same with you you just kind of got to be there and encourage her it's all good brother it's all good I'm like later
