vehicle driving recklessly on the road exhibiting signs of overs speeding and creating a hazardous situation for others concerned about public safety and the possibility of a serious incident the officers initiated a traffic stop bringing the vehicle to a halt upon approaching the car they encountered a female driver who appeared agitated and unwilling to [Music] cooperate Jesus Christ get out of the car now get out now get your hands up do it now get your hands up shut the car off do it now want keep your [ __ ] hands up keep your hands up I got take out of the car do it now you're out of the car do it now step out instead of the officer's attempts to maintain a professional demeanor and deescalate the tension the female driver refused to comply with their instructions if you run I'm going to tase you face the car hands behind your back stop resisting you almost hit me you should be trained a little better what are you doing should be what man' why are you shaking I'm not Shaking All right you almost ran me over no that was a setup oh you set me up did you set this up no is there anything on you any weapons anything sharp that doesn't look like I have weapons people hide things everywhere 5 place all right let's take her back is there anything in your mouth they decided to place her into custody to prevent further escalation she screamed and resisted their efforts but the officers acting within their Authority managed to place her under arrest and secured her inside their patrol vehicle wow this is so they know she had they can't just leave me by [Music] there is absolutely no reason and touched my body for absolutely no reason and that's illegal have you just arrested me for no reason when you should have asked me in the car are you lost is your blood sugar low are you diabetic you should have asked that before you arrested me why wasn't diabetes runs in my family actually so I could be diabetic now and you just put me in handcuffs because of my name you should feel pretty pretty stupid that you arrested me for no reason didn't say are you lost when you saw that I'm from Illinois okay and that I could have friends in Wisconsin okay her disruptive behavior showed throughout the journey to the police station making it clear that she was unwilling to cooperate or acknowledge the gravity of the situation I could have been visiting my mom in the hospital at Madison and my navigation system got halfed I lost my phone and you arrested me for no reason and she just don't have a cup and what it is true what a dumb ass you can me in so much trouble if I had money because you arrested me and put me in a hot vehicle a hot vehicle if I had money I would sue the [ __ ] out of you for arresting me for no reason didn't ask if I was diabetic or if I was lost because you did not ask for my license and you did not listen to yourself you are making me sit in a hot police vehicle but I am dehydrated and thirsty and it's summer and there's no air arrival at the station the officers escorted her to a separate room designated for questioning instead of their repeated attempts to engage her calmly and constructively oh that was a good one too F to be a all right you can't have this let go no who by who says you're in our custody no hey somebody else come over here please mhm you should have taken the away before I got bomb okay I could have my all right so I believe you are under the influence of something during the questioning process the officers noticed signs that the female driver might be intoxicated recognizing the need for clarity the officers conducted sobriety tests to confirm their suspicions I don't know if it's drugs or alcohol so we're going to go through some field sobriety tests I am going to have to take off your cuffs okay you got to listen to what we're saying otherwise you're going to be to the bench again okay does that make sense mallerie you did this to yourself you did it to yourself okay I was not going 60 M an hour in a 30 m hour Zone all right so first test please stand up you're going to face me take pictures your feet place it together heel to heel toe to toe and your hands are going to be down by your sides for this test you are going to follow the tip of my finger and just the tip of my finger with your head and not your eyes you suffer from any medical conditions TR by polar just there absolutely nothing wrong with me I take medication okay that's the only medication that you're on what else would I be on I'm not sure some I'm skinny I take all that is not what I said reputation in have you had any head injuries in the last couple months why would I have a head injury I don't know people's medical history you should have asked that before you brought me to the jail you should have asked me what was why was I driving so fast you should have said are you diabetic are you from Wisconsin we actually we can go over those questions right now before we there no reason any prescribed medications no I don't need to take it anymore I take Xanax when needed so that's a prescribed medication why wouldn't it be prescribed all right do you have any medications with you today look in the purse you have it unless you just sent me upor so yes or no no however the female refused to participate in any tests further complicating the investigation are you currently under a doctor's care not a real one obviously have you been hospitalized in the last year yeah I have for no reason just like I'm here for no reason all right any specific medical thing you were in for what medical thing that you were hospitalized for no I just got thrown in jail in the cyboard for no reason are you on a special doctor prescribed diet no I eat what I want and digest that's why I'm skinny are you allergic un like that police officer that can't chase after me are you allergic to any medication food or other don't have any dietary restrictions eat what I want have you ever had Patric were you arrested in Indiana were you arrested for that I was thrown in jail and sat in SS for 5 days or six days I don't know do you use alcohol or drugs I drink alcohol when I get pissed off are you mobile can you do what I can do can you do this and your car and I haven't worked out in three years that's prettyy good C given her refusal to comply the officers conducted a breath analyzer test which provided definitive evidence of her intoxication this is a preliminary breath test it is not admissible in court it's just to see where you're at okay have you taken one of these before have you yes do you take it toed no you should for what reason cops are scumbag assol alcoholics usually people high tattoos but you can tell a bad person from the way they stand talk and act and if they listen to people you shouldn't touch a woman for absolutely no reason any of you you should ask if you've been molested or have PTSD and if your blood sugar is low or if you're lost M why are you driving so fast you don't arrest someone for no reason that has severe p PTSD 30 m hour it Trigg PTSD is dangerous and you could have killed I was signaling for help yeah I don't have a phone on me my GPS was not working and you arrested me for no reason I had PTSD and this triggers it and this is not F going to listen to this officer right now throw me in the cell for no reason I'm going to have you take a big deep breath in to on Blow kind like you're blowing up a big balloon okay I you can do a breath in and keep on keep on keep keep on keep good than you the test results confirmed that she was under the influence of alcohol validating their concerns about her reckless driving and erratic Behavior even after the confirmation the officer stayed calm and treated the woman respectfully and professionally however her behavior did not improve instead she became more aggressive and unpredictable before we ask you any questions you must understand your rights you have the right to remain silent anything you say can and will be used against you in court law you do realize that what you're saying you're supposed to say when you illegally arrested me all right I'm going to continue I he such a nerd you look like a squirrel you're so ugly you cannot afford a lawyer I don't know I hope you're a that's how ugly you are be appointed for you without charge prior to any questions if you decide to start answering questions at this time you can any question do you understand your rights no cuz I was just sitting here roasting you that's fine I just need to get and I'm completely the woman tried to attack an officer physically this sudden and aggressive act posed a serious threat to the officers safety and forced them to adopt a firmer stance after securing the situation the officers placed her in a jail cell for her own safety and the safety of those around her you have enough give me get stop sit down now stop doing no you need to sit down and listen to me sit down don't do this [ __ ] in jail I am reading to you information you are getting on my last nerve I been so kind to you this whole time sit your ass down I getting people here to pick you up for something you did wrong now you're going to listen to me you don't have to say [ __ ] you're going to listen to what I'm saying you have four citations they are municipal you're going to see a judge today so the rest of them he will probably talk to you about the first one is for resisting obstructing an officer you took off from a traffic stop I wait that's 69 a minute you waited 1 minute that is not a long amount of time the next one is for exceeding speed zones you're going 60 in a 30 m hour Zone this is your notice of hearing this has a date on it that says September 4th your court date is going to happen today so don't worry about this you're not going to sign it I don't trust you with a pen that's all your information you're going to get it when you leave you have no idea what's going through my head what I would do to you oh you have no later the female was brought before the court to face the legal consequences of her actions she was charged with multiple offenses including violation of traffic rules disorderly conduct resisting an officer driving under the influence and aggravated battery these charges highlighted the seriousness of her actions and underscored the importance of responsible behavior compliance with law enforcement and adherence to traffic safety regulations the incident served as a reminder of the potential dangers of Reckless and impaired
