I thought and he was like, and I was like, then I threw it out real quick. He said, "What the fuck?" And I was like, "Bro, I wasn't going to do anything." He was like, "Yeah." Yes, you are under arrest for aggravated assault. Go ahead and step out. Yep, go ahead AND STEP OUT. >> GET ON YOUR STOMACH. GET ON YOUR STOMACH NOW. It was supposed to be a happy 34th birthday, but instead of cake and candles, [music] this guy got a smashed windshield and a death threat. On November 8th, 2025, he [music] pulled into the police station looking like he just escaped a horror movie, claiming his girlfriend went full psycho on his vehicle. Apparently, his better half was still lurking in the parking lot with their toddler, making the officers move faster [music] than a clearance sale. What's going on? Uh rough night. My birthday. Happy birthday. Thank you. I'm 34 now. What What can you tell me about tonight? I heard that busted your windshield. Yes. She's in the parking lot with our toddler and our Okay. It's running right now. So, she's still in the car right now? Yes. 16, can you come out here? Okay. What's on her purse? Uh so, suspect still might be in the vehicle. I'm just going to make sure she doesn't Yeah, I'm just making sure she's not free to [ __ ] go so I can go talk to him. Which Which car is it this one? Yes. Broke the windshield while they were driving. Uh that's why he's still in the car if you want to go see. Our baby was in the backseat. >> Okay, just to make sure cuz I guess last time he said that she dipped out before things got settled. So, I just want to make sure someone's with her so she doesn't [ __ ] leave if she's a suspect in this. Yeah, that's fine. >> Okay. Cool. All right. Do you have the keys to the car? With you or does she have them? Uh my mom just left with them. So, the the car that's on right now >> Yeah. She has the keys to those? Yeah, and she's out of town. Okay. So, I Okay, I'm so confused. So, The car running till it shuts off. And then it's be there till 3:00 when she be back 3:00 or 6:00. Okay. Okay, I'm not I'm not quite understanding. So, the keys right now that are that belong to this vehicle, do you have them on you right now? No. Your mom has the car keys, is what you're saying? Yes. So, how is the car operating without the key? The fob. So, where is the It's a hybrid. I don't know. Where's the fob? Uh it's Butler. I don't know. So, if you shut that car off, it won't it won't turn back on. Okay. So, your mom turned the car on, took the key with her, and the car's been on ever since. Right. Okay. Okay, I was just curious cuz I didn't know if she was able to take off because normally Yeah, she can she She can take off if if she wants to. Okay. The guy was a total simp, letting her sit in the car with the baby after she allegedly pulled a knife on him earlier. It's truly annoying because most people realize you don't actually have to live with crazy people, but he seemed perfectly content playing the victim while his girlfriend plotted her next move in the front seat. It's a hybrid, so it's on and off. >> Okay. So, are you The The incident had started. We were driving down town creek. We're approximately 3 miles from Duck Inn. Okay. And she pulled a knife out and said she was going to kill me. Okay, how'd the windshield get broken? We were driving later. I took her word that she wasn't going to stab me. Mhm. She started kicking out the window after we got out of Pine Hills. Mhm. Then I guess the mirror busted it, you know. Okay. >> the mirror off and that's where it's mostly shattered. Okay. And that, you know, the the bumpers and the Are you going to 28? Cool. The handle of the knife is in my left hand on my left hand right now. Okay. And where's the blade at? I don't know. I was looking for it. She never never recovered Okay. So, who Who [music] owns that vehicle? It's my mother's. >> Your mother's? Okay. Basically, what I I just need a report so I get property fixed. So, your mom would have to call up here since it's her property. Considering this whole happened, she's the victim in this, not necessarily you. However, you are a victim of assault and it'd be aggravated assault considering it was with a knife. So, do you want to do anything about that? >> Uh I can always do what she does, press charges and then not show up to court. Okay. Where Where'd she put the knife up to you at? >> She held it up in her right hand. So, she just held it? Yeah, and looked at looked at me while I was on the drive at 60 miles an hour with our child in the backseat. Where's the blade? I don't know. You don't know where the blade is, but it's possibly in this car? Possibly. I I've asked her to give it to me. She said she threw it out with the handle. There was where she threw it out. There's no reason why she didn't go. Okay. Let me talk to her. You guys can go back inside. I'll talk to her real quick. When the officer finally approached the car, [music] the lady's story was leakier than a screen door in a thunderstorm. She claimed she just knocked the mirror, which somehow shattered the entire windshield. It's hard to swallow that innocent act [music] when she was kicking out windows and waving blades while they were cruising at 60 miles per hour. Sadly, they are parents, yet they were acting like reckless teenagers on a joyride. I won't make you get out if that window rolls down. Does the window roll down at all? Do what? No? Okay. What happened tonight? Last night he came to my house at like Well, You You I knocked the window. Okay, and it broke the windshield. Okay, what What's he saying about a knife? Oh, uh well, I was getting in the car with my mom so I had my My grandma said, "Here." And I had my little pocket knife with me. I threw it out the door. And he's like, "Why do you have a pocket knife on you?" And then I had to explain to him. And we was out there for like 30 minutes. Okay. Okay. So, what does he have in his pocket? He's got a a handle of Huh? I don't know. I have no clue. Okay. Is >> Oh, that's probably from this. Yeah, that's from this. Well, no. So, it's a handle to some It's like a a like a metal like chrome-ish not chrome, but like like a silverish handle to something. And it looked like it could be a kitchen knife. Okay. So, he was saying that you were driving down the highway and you raised it up at him. No, I wasn't Well, I don't I wasn't driving so I don't know. No, no. I'm talking about when he was driving. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Sorry. Sorry. Yeah. Okay. So, so he said that you rose it up at him and stuff. Huh? No, I didn't raise it up. No, I threw it out the window. And I was like, I was like, "Well, what could I got?" And he was like, and I was like, then I threw it out real quick. He said, "What the fuck?" And I was like, "Bro, I wasn't going to do anything." He was like, "Yeah." He was like, "Why did you have that?" And then he went on for like 30 minutes of why. So, I don't know. Okay. So, why were you scared to get in a vehicle with him? Um well, I wasn't really scared to get in a vehicle with him, but he came to my house like unexpectedly. Kind of really like unexpectedly again, but we have a kid together so Right. The comedy of errors reached a peak when she claimed she threw the knife out the window to [music] prove she wasn't a threat. There was something very off about this chick as she couldn't even keep her lies straight for 2 minutes. She tried to deflect by bringing up past drama about being thrown against trees, >> [music] >> but the officer wasn't buying the look what I got defense. Oh. Okay. But he's done this before. He's like literally like He threw me against a tree. He's He literally almost me one time. He Um I was listening for this. He like choked me, but not like that. I mean, I choked myself. He didn't choke me. I don't know. I don't know. I'm just drunk. Okay. When you guys were driving down the road, you just randomly pulled out a knife and was just like, "Look what I have." And he was like, "What the fuck?" And then he threw it out the window? I threw it out the window. Why Why'd you bring out a pocket knife? Huh? And she didn't know if he was going to cuz he I mean, he came in and he was like, "Hey, you know." And she was like, "Hello." Like, "We've been through this again." And he's like, "Well, what's up?" But I'm like, "Hey, hey, what's up?" Huh? Yeah, he has knives in here. Okay. >> I I just brought me a little one. >> Let me Let me grab that real fast. Here, this is his. Okay. And then there's And I don't know why there's There's all kinds of stuff in here. Okay. And I didn't stab him. I I Clearly cuz he's not bleeding or anything. Yeah, I'm going to call my grandma and I'm going to have her come and get me. Well, no. Hold off on that. My mom's already down the road. She knew where we were so Okay, yeah. Hold on Hold off on that. So, she admitted to pulling the knife out. However, I don't think that's a handle to a knife. Um she's saying that it was a pocket knife and then as she pulled it out, she threw it out the window. I don't know what he's got in his pocket. I don't know if that's a handle to a knife or not. But, that is. And so, right there. I'm going to take that into him and see if that was what apparently she used or something. So, yeah, you don't have to for that. She kept insisting it wasn't a weapon even though she admitted to taking it specifically [music] to defend herself if things got south. She was basically trying to reinvent the definition of a weapon on the fly. She kept digging her own grave with every rambling explanation, [music] completely unaware she was about to get what she deserved. So, this was in the vehicle? That was the one that I saw something. And so, this isn't the one that she >> No, it's definitely this one. It had Can I Can I see that real fast? So, this isn't one of the like barbecue forks? That's This was a knife cuz I don't see a edge on it at all on either side. The both sides are flat. >> It had a point on it. I know it. >> It had a point? >> Yes. Okay. This is what he had. This was the handle. What is this? That's the one that I had. That's the one that you had? >> Yeah, that's the one I took out of my grandma's. Got you. Where's the blade at? Uh I don't know. You You don't know? I have no clue. Okay. But, this is the one that you picked up and was just like, "Look what I've got." >> Yeah. Okay. Was anything attached to that? No. What was Yeah, a blade was. A blade was attached to that. Okay. Okay. Why was that in your pocket? Oh, this had this Yeah. Because uh it's a bit because I was I just in case something happened and I didn't have a way to get out of the situation I was in. So, you took it with you as a weapon? No, not as a weapon, sir. Um I took it with me so when if something did happen to me, I could, you know, get out of the situation like if I got So, defend yourself with a weapon? >> the side of the road But, it But, it would be used as a weapon to To defend yourself, correct? Okay. Not a weapon, but What what What else would you use it as to get out of a situation? I'm going to play. Okay. So, why would you take it with you if it's not good as a weapon to get yourself out of the situation? I don't know why you would have taken it if it wasn't going to be a weapon to get out of the situation. Well, we came straight here. We was just arguing. I didn't I never drive never did anything against that. Like I mean, I never like really like harmed him or anything. So, when you held it, did you threaten him? No. Okay. How'd you hold it? Can you show us? No, I didn't I didn't threaten him or anything. I would like to What's what I got. And I was like, And then he was like, And I was like, and I threw it out the window and he's like, "What the fuck?" He's like, "Would you really get out?" I was like, "No, I would never do that." He's like, And I got out and I helped him find it. Logic and all that. Where did that occur? Where did you >> That was We was arguing before that. But, we wasn't arguing. We was just like I was in an argument basically. Trying to get through something. So, yeah. But, other than that, at all. All right, go ahead and step out for me. Okay. The birthday surprise finally arrived when the officer told her she was 100% going to jail for aggravated assault. Her jaw hit the floor, acting shocked that threatening someone with a knife has actual consequences. Watching her struggle with the seatbelt [music] and plead for mercy was pathetic, especially considering she did all of this in front of their child. Am I getting arrested? I got 100% huh? Am I getting arrested? Yes. Yes, you are under arrest for aggravated assault. Am I getting arrested for assault? >> Yep. Go ahead and step out. Are you serious? Yes, ma'am. Go ahead and step out. >> touch him with that. Uh you don't have to for aggravated assault. Go ahead and step out. Please. No. Chelsea, go ahead and step out. Chelsea, don't make >> going to give you any more options. Go ahead and step out. >> Okay. Chelsea, go ahead and unbutton the seatbelt for me. I didn't even touch him with that. Are you serious? This is way more than I can afford. Go ahead and unbuckle yourself. Chelsea, go ahead and do it, okay? I'm going to do it. Yes, ma'am. Please. No. We're going to go ahead and do this, okay? Chelsea, come on and do it. >> even have a blade on it. Chelsea, unbuckle it. Seatbelt, please. Chelsea, that's it. Come on. Go ahead and put your hands behind your back, okay? Do you have anything? I'm scared. I'm scared. I'm scared. Lay on your stomach. Lay on your stomach. Lay on your stomach. Lay on your stomach now. Put your arms back. That was [ __ ] stupid. I'm so scared. Go ahead. I'm scared. I got it. Yep. Okay. It's my knife. Put your hands I was I was my [ __ ] knife. Yeah, I bet that hurt. All right, stand up. Thanks. Oh, wow. All right. I'm hungry. What are they? All right. I'm so hungry. Yeah, I'm a girl. I did. County 29 log 195, let the jail know we're coming straight in. This just happened in the parking lot. Sorry for the no heads up. >> want to go in here. I really don't. >> Well, you're definitely going now. I will shut up. >> [laughter] >> Hey, hey. I said, if you want to come in, you can. They're coming. It was a fittingly chaotic end to a story that never should have started, leaving a toddler caught in the middle of their parents' toxic circus. This was a birthday she definitely won't forget. This whole situation was a disaster from start to finish, and honestly, [music] the guy is lucky he only lost a windshield and not his life. She was slapped with heavy charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest without violence.
