CAN YOU NOT DO THAT? THANK YOU. The bottom line is you made a false statement on me. And again, I did nothing wrong. On October 3rd, 2025, a regular bus route turned into a legal [music] drama when a woman decided that paying for a pass was optional, but arguing was mandatory. She refused to leave the transit vehicle, testing everyone's [music] patience. Instead of just stepping off, she stayed glued to her seat, claiming discrimination and demanding a supervisor like she was at a five-star restaurant. It was a classic case of a small problem turning into a big [music] arrest. She refused to unlawfully transit conduct. Unlawful transit conduct. How's it going? What's your name? Right there in front. Unlawful conduct. Yeah, I'm on the Are you going to talk to me? What happened? So, she got on the bus and she walked past. Don't do that. Slandering me. As you see, she's listening to everything I'm saying and I'm I'm slandered. Okay, you just want her removed? Yes, please. Okay. I showed him my all-day pass. So, what happened? Oh, he just walked by him. Yep, I showed him my all-day pass. >> past. He just wants her removed. He's lying. That's why he's lying. Cuz I don't know why he wants me to remove him. Okay, well, you didn't let me But, did you actually tell everybody else to get on for free though? Cuz that's the form of discrimination. So, anyway, I'm on my way to work. >> Hey, show of hands. Who wants this lady to leave the bus so you can get on? Um who? Show of hands. Show of hands. Okay. Cuz I didn't get Well, actually, you got a body cam on cuz I I showed my pass. Yeah. Okay, so >> That's quite a bit of hands. >> I still Okay, anyway, go check everybody for their pass. That's not my job. >> Okay, well, should be his job. Thank you. The bottom line is you got to go. Yeah, I'm doing mine. Time to go. He has that You got to get off this bus. Okay, anyway, don't have nothing to do with that. He lied on me to you guys, so you So you know that I'm telling >> holding up right now. They want to get moving. Well, I'm on my way to work. So, what are you talking about? We can We can call your supervisor. >> What? What? Okay, your supervisor. Where are you? Check everybody on this bus thing. Not doing that. Yeah, okay. Well, then ask again. >> You got two options. Official misconduct. Yeah, you got two options. >> Official misconduct. I'm just saying I'm not getting full and going to services rendered, so let's make this a civil matter. Okay. I'm still moving forward. Thank you. Okay. So, two Check everybody on this bus right now. Two options. You're going to leave the bus >> on this bus right now. >> or you're going to get arrested for unlawful bus conduct. >> Okay, so that's a lie. That's a truck >> a lie. That's a truck charge. >> a pass where you leave. That's one of your options. Or you go to jail. Okay, well, there's a supervisor on the You leave or you go to jail. That's it. So, that's a threat. A supervisor It's not a threat. Her level of entitlement was absolutely astounding. It has to be exhausting to be this insufferable 24/7, especially when you're holding up a bus full of people who actually have places to be. [music] She kept yapping about discrimination while the entire bus literally voted her off like a bad reality show contestant. [music] She really thought she was winning the argument. Oh, it's a threat. So, you're abusing your power position or authority. Okay, well, he just lied to you guys. Your uniform is not clean. I'm not holding up anybody. I'm just saying. It's a truck charge. Keep your hand out of the purse. Okay, what are you talking about? It's a pass. We said we were We're going to tell you one more time. You have two options. While this camera's on, yep. Okay. Do you have a red light? So, did anybody else pay? Did anybody else pay? You let anybody else off for free though, right? Okay, again, performance discrimination. Look, we don't want to do this. It's Friday. >> Okay, RCW 9.91010. So, it's illegal and >> no such thing. >> Yes, there is. Full and going to services rendered and I'm not Rosa Parks. So, two officers right now, let me get a card. You have to get off the bus first. >> get a card. You have to get off the bus first. >> card. >> Nope. You'll get your card off the bus. So that these people can get get on with their day. >> These people, that's a racial remark. It's not a racial remark. >> Yes, it is. These people >> There's a whole bunch of different people. >> Check everybody. I'm just saying. Okay. Again, you have two options. >> Two options. We're going to wait for your supervisor. Two options. >> Hello. >> Either leave leave with us >> What I don't see your >> or you're going to follow Okay, Mori, whatever. What is it? D M O R I K A K W and a D Agapov. D A G A P O V. I would like your supervisor here because this driver just made a false statement of me. No, he's the captain of the ship. >> Okay, anyway, he's really not. When I just called So, are you cleaning this up cuz you're a public servant or not? Okay. That's that's the Don't do that cuz I'm talking >> arrest. >> Okay, no, I'm not. Yes, you are. No, I'm not. I'm talking You're not taking my phone. YOU'RE GOING TO GO to the ground. >> take my phone. You're going to go to the ground. Don't do that. Don't take my phone. Please don't do that. >> Don't take my phone. Put your hands behind your back. I got my driver's license. Okay, are you saying I'm not I'M NOT RESISTING? I NEED TO GO HOME. I NEED TO GO HOME. WHY ARE YOU TAKING MY PHONE? OKAY. CAN YOU NOT DO THAT? THANK YOU. I'M NOT FIGHTING. YOU'RE LYING. Put your hands behind you. I'm not fighting. I'M NOT FIGHTING, SIR. CAN I get my phone? Okay, I wanted to get off and I showed you my pass. Only the most arrogant entitled people inform the police that they are not under arrest while being physically detained. She even had the nerve to call the officer's uniform not clean while she was facing a trip to jail. It was a bold strategy [music] to insult the people holding the handcuffs. But I showed you my pass. Don't do that. I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting, sir. I'M NOT FIGHTING. CAN I GET MY PHONE, BAG, PLEASE? WHY'D YOU MAKE ME DO THAT? I did not. You didn't give me a chance to get off the bus. I gave you like 3,000 chances. OKAY, BUT HE LIED. DO YOU KNOW THAT'S A BUSINESS MISCONDUCT? >> GOODNESS. YES, it is. Do you know he lied? Okay, everybody else have a nice Friday. Yes, thank you. Get up. Thank you. Come on. Thank you for putting me in a hostile situation. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, sir, for putting me in a hostile situation. We're going to grab your information real quick. Yes, sir. I didn't do anything wrong. Okay, you are under arrest. For what? >> Unlawful bus conduct. Oh, that's a lie. Nope, not a lie. Yes, it is because I got on and I boarded with anybody on the bus. I was talking to his supervisor, so again unlawful official misconduct on a false statement. And I didn't do nothing wrong. And he let everybody get on the bus for free. >> negative, everyone can downgrade. Oh, but guess what? There's somebody in the bus and they got alcohol. Oh my gosh, he didn't take them. But thank you for being a predator behind the badge. And I was not harassing anybody, but check everybody cuz they got alcohol on the bus. Thank you. She looked at me. Here's my all day pass. Yeah. Okay, ma'am. Can you bring it to me so I can see it? Well, you don't have to see it. Blah blah blah blah blah blah. You know, she went off. I'm like, "Ma'am, I need to see the expiration date And then she goes like, "You're harassing me. Um who's talking to me?" Yeah. "You're harassing me. Y'all making me late. They they said you're late. You know, just drive." And I said, "Ma'am, can you please please come show me your pass?" >> Yeah. And I already showed it to you. You need glasses. All right, ma'am. Just step off. And here we go. And here we go. Okay. The bus driver did the right thing by calling for backup because [music] dealing with someone this purposely ignorant every single day is a nightmare. It was painful to watch her act like a victim while she [music] was clearly the one causing all the turmoil. She had 3,000 chances to walk away but chose the hard way instead. Thank you. Can you get a um your supervisor here? Can you get your supervisor here? He's on his way. Thank you. Cuz I didn't do nothing wrong. He made a false call. Okay. I can tell you what, I believe him a lot more than I believe you. >> Okay, well then that's not okay because that would be a I don't know what's going on with you but still my age difference Yeah, thank you for taking me to jail for no reason. I'm still pressing charges. I'm still pressing charges because he took me to jail for no reason. On a Friday, 2025, what time is it? It is 4:52 p.m. >> 4:52 p.m. Thank you. The bottom line The bottom line is he made a false statement on me and again I did nothing wrong. So for what I said official misconduct, again I did not do nothing wrong. So no female came and searched me. Have you ever flown on an airplane before? You guys, again, yes I have and you guys are not females and so where is a female to search me? We don't have a female officer. >> Okay, anyway you shouldn't have males because you still patted my bag regardless. Are you done so I can explain to you? Okay, anyway a false call was made on me. Are you done so I can explain to you what's going on? Are you done so I can make A false call was made on me and you made a false statement about me. So Again, we're going to get a copy of it on the bus and I'm still going to be a part of the civil duty. So thank you. Where is your supervisor? Oh yeah, where's your supervisor? Cuz again, you guys are still doing something wrong anyway. Are you done? So, I can explain to you. >> He's coming. Okay, I'm waiting to speak to him. Okay. So, if you're not going to let us talk, okay. >> go. I was going to explain to you I didn't do nothing wrong. >> like a civil person. I didn't do nothing wrong. Okay, well, you can lie all you want to. Okay, nobody's lying. Some people live their lives in constant turmoil, flapping their gums non-stop, and over talking others until they finally hit the pavement. Even while cuffed, she was still trying to throw shade at officers for putting her in a hostile situation that she created entirely by herself. [music] She truly believed her all day pass gave her immunity from basic human decency and police commands. Uh, let's go over here. Yep, he made a false statement to me. So, anyway, I called anyway, and I'm going to always keep riding the bus. Thank you. Okay. Is your body cam on? Yep. Go ahead and move that way. Thank you, cuz I didn't do nothing wrong. I can't wait to get this one over. We get here, we walk on, just pretending talking to you on the phone. She's been trying to talk to me. Yeah. Oh, is it really? This is my admin complaint. Oh, okay. We say, "Oh, hey, you're holding everybody up." Then walk you off the bus. He's captain of the ship, you need to leave. Nope, not leaving. Okay, you got two choices. You can either leave the bus, or you're going to get arrested for unlawful bus conduct. Finally, she's on the phone, supposedly with you. I've asked you multiple times to leave, you're refusing to leave, you're under arrest. Okay. And then the fight was on. What did the What did the driver say about you? >> The driver called you guys because I was on the phone, and he made some statement that I would refuse to get off the bus. But, I had to actually stay on the bus because he had been allowing some people to get on with alcohol. The bus was unclean. So, as I was on the phone Uh, don't know. >> with uh administrator for Pierce Transit, he still made a false statement. What was What What was the false statement? He still on the phone? >> said to 911 about me. So, you don't know the statement that he made that's false? Okay, well, what he said was that I had a pass, right? Uh-huh. Then he was demanding me to come up and show my pass, but as his boss says, I can sit down cuz he saw my pass from the window. He's not blind. Can you try to back that up? >> ask you to show your pass to him, the bus driver? I sat down and showed it in the mirror and he could see my pass. Right, but did he ask you to show him your pass? He didn't ask nobody else, but he did. I I didn't ask if anybody else >> Okay, but again, he asked me to show the pass, but he wanted me to be flirtatious with him. I don't have time for that, so I sat down safely. Okay. In the backseat of the cop car, she was still claiming she did nothing wrong and accusing everyone of being predators. It was clear that some people are just not fit to be in society if they can't control themselves. Watching her try to play the race card against a bus driver of the same race was the ultimate second-hand embarrassment moment. So, and >> Because I observed everybody getting on bus for free, and somebody was on the bus with alcohol. I don't think that they allow for free anymore, especially on Pierce >> Okay, well, that's what he did. You can go get Pierce County bus? Get the camera. Get the camera. Yes, he did. Okay. Get the camera. So, he did that. So, So, my my only understanding is that he asked you at some point to show your >> my pass and he let everybody else get on for free. So, you can pull those cameras up. Okay. So, for him to take a vote, for everybody to say what? For me to get off? Well, that's that's that's We have to We have to abide by what the Hear me out. We have to abide by what the driver says. >> Yeah, I'm just saying the driver lied to you guys, okay? >> The driver asked for you to be removed, is that correct? >> What? The driver asked for you to be to get off the bus. Okay. And that's that's what we That's where we have to come in. Is that's And that's why we're involved in this. >> lied. >> Okay. And on that, but you talked to a supervisor about that? >> I I made a complaint about it. >> for Okay. I sure was. Okay. Okay. Well, that's I mean, that's probably who to take it up with as far as like uh But I was arrested for no reason, so I'm still talking. >> for what's called unlawful bus conduct because you didn't get off when you were asked. >> no what? Unlawful bus conduct. >> Okay, but that's still that's still fake because he did not ask nobody else to show a pass. So, keep on coming with fake statements. Thank you. I didn't say anything about you or about anyone else. >> check him. Okay. Cuz he called me a false statement. >> needed from me? Do you have a body cam on? I do. Okay, so he made a false statement. So, again, I didn't get full enjoyment of services rendered on my way to a doctor's appointment. It's the driver that we have to listen to. >> okay, the driver made a false statement. So, listen to him or not, he still made a false call. Okay, well, you can take that up with their with their supervisor, which is how it looks like you already did. official misconduct of this officer right here. >> good? Yeah. Okay. Well, so so I would continue that um if you if you already contacted their I want to make a report about him, though. Because he should have asked everybody for a pass. Everybody on here. That would be fair. That's what the public service do. That would be the fair enforcement officer's job. I'm just saying, again, you're officer, so you're using your power of authority to get me off the bus because I'm a black female. That's still wrong of you. >> didn't you say that the bus driver was black as well? That doesn't matter. I don't understand how that's >> Okay, well, if you don't understand, it's two uh what? One male against one female is still official misconduct. Thank you. Okay. You're welcome. Okay. So, don't act like I'm talking about you because anyway Okay. sober up, officer. In the end, her loudmouth [music] defense didn't save her from karma. She spent the entire encounter digging a deeper hole with every word. It was a long, loud Friday for everyone involved, and all because she couldn't just hold up a piece of paper. [music] She traded her bus seat for a jail cell over a fare. The woman was charged with unlawful bus conduct. If you think the bus driver deserves a gold medal for patience after dealing with that level of entitlement, make sure to hit that like button. It's truly mind-blowing how some people can turn a simple bus ride into a full-blown criminal record just [music] because they love the sound of their own voice.
