[screaming] Nope. >> I have every leg. All right. >> I bet I was killed four times this year. Did you see my front windshield? >> On December 20th, 2023, what began as a routine complaint call in Wood County suddenly took a serious turn. Heather decided that threatening human services was a great way to spend her Wednesday. [music] But she clearly didn't think through the getting caught part. When Marshfield police tracked her down, they didn't just find a trashy woman. They found a more shocking secret. It was a chaotic mix of legal delusions and poor [music] life choices that turned a parking lot into a courtroom drama. >> Do you see him? I'm just a little bit more. >> You step out for me, Mark. >> Turn to face the car. >> Talk to Jason. Face the car for me. >> Oh god. Okay, just you threw your hand back to me. >> Y >> I handed my hand back to you like I said. >> Thank you. Thank you for that. >> And I'm sitting right in front of police department, right? >> I'm sorry. >> Obviously, I'm sitting right in front of the police department, right? >> Yeah. >> This is the post office or >> clockway. But yeah, >> I didn't hide. Do you have any do you have anything on your marks? You want to pull a sticker for me? >> What's that? >> Okay. Can you step back here with me? >> I had no idea what she's doing, man. >> What's that? >> I just wait for her to finish this stuff here. So you throw my stuff in. >> You have an idea on anything like that. Mark >> told Jason want to talk to him please. >> I don't know if he's working anymore. >> Help me. You better come. I want to talk to him. We better do something about the >> I'm sorry. >> I said you guys want me to work for you anymore? better talk to him cuz I didn't care. >> Yeah, like like I said, Mark, I know he was working earlier, but I don't I know you were in contact with him, but I don't know if he's working anymore. >> Just trying to before I went in. >> Keep your hands up where we can see him. >> Yeah, it is. >> Both of you look vehicle. >> Keep your hands where you can see. >> You have to tell me why. >> I said you're under arrest. >> How's my phone doing? >> That's not what we're talking about right now. The officer was just trying to get some basic compliance, but Heather was already busy lying through her one and only tooth. It was clear from the jump that these people probably took the short bus [music] growing up. She was more worried about her son than the felony threats she just made. The tension was rising fast. >> Um, I called you guys over that. >> Do you see him? I'm just getting my shoes on. >> Heather, the vehicle, you're under arrest. >> For what? >> For threat to human services. >> You said that you were going to them. You're under arrest, Heather. Please step out of the vehicle. >> See this? It's taunting me. >> Heather, please step out of the vehicle. >> So, can I do a citizen's arrest then on you guys? >> I don't know what that means. >> Oh god. Cop. It doesn't know what a citizen's arrest is. >> I can't copy you. It's just being difficult. >> Yep. >> Can you please step out of the vehicle? You're under arrest for threat to human services for telling them that you're going to them. No, that's actually not what I said. >> All right, Heather, I'm going to ask you one more time to please step out of the vehicle, otherwise we're going to remove you >> for what? You guys have been taunting me. >> Heather, you are under arrest. >> You guys have literally been taunting me. >> Are you going to step out of your >> Heather, you can sign my under. But what about KJ Vicki? I don't I'm not talking about what you're doing right now. I'm talking about Okay. So, vehicle. >> Get out of the car now. You're also going to get I'm sorry. I want a supervisor. >> He's coming. But you're getting out of the car. >> I won't get out until I have that legal right. >> You don't? >> Yes. Actually, I do. >> Heather, >> out of the car. You're under arrest. Are you going to catch more charge for resistance? It's that simple. Heather, >> get out of the car. >> It was peak comedy watching her argue the law when she looked like a cigarette butt at the bottom of a beer bottle. She had less teeth than a toddler, but felt qualified to school the officers on her legal rights. Her obsession with being taunted was just a sad excuse for being [music] difficult. A forced exit was definitely on the horizon. >> Can I get Okay, then I want to do arrest against you guys. >> You what? >> I want to do a search arrest for you guys for stalking >> and harassment. Okay, >> you're under arrest. Get out of the car. Not until supervisor comes >> out of the car. >> And I do have that legal right. >> Yep. You can talk to her at the police department. No, >> you can come out of here. All right. Are you >> um excuse me? Nope. >> I have every legal right. >> Put your hands behind your back on your stomach. >> Get your hands. Put your hands behind your back. You guys did hurt. I just got spin. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Hit my head. >> Heather, we tried to do this the nice way. We didn't want to do this. >> I didn't cry. I said I wanted supervisor. Now >> please relax. >> Heather, he's here now. >> Now I need medical attention. >> Now I'm going to go to the hospital. We'll get you checked out. I'm not on anything. >> Okay, just stop moving around. Okay, >> I just can't be upset about my kid. >> Stop moving around. >> No, I'm not going to stop. >> Well, you're making these handcuffs tighter and I can't lock double lock them so they don't get tighter on you >> cuz all you guys you guys can't do your jobs for anybody else. But unless it's against me. >> Okay. >> One, two, three. >> There we go. >> Oh, you lock my car, please. >> I'm going to grab my phone out of here. You wanted that. Okay. >> Yep. Go right on ahead. >> No, I want to stand here and watch, please. >> Yep. Uhhuh. >> I'm going to buckle you up. >> And my paperwork better not disappear either. Yes. Give me a disorderly conduct ticket, too. I don't give a [ __ ] While Heather was busy being a dramatic mess, they found drug residue in the car, [music] which surprised absolutely nobody watching this. Her companion Mark was also getting cuffed for his own [music] warrants, making this a family reunion for the books. They tried to buckle him in, but he was acting just as stubborn and confused [music] as she was. It was a master class in how to turn a bad situation into a total catastrophe. The hospital was their next stop. >> All right, I want you on for us. Okay, >> get you up checked out at the hospital here. Okay, >> all right. >> I'm bouncing off the ground. >> All right. >> So glad I loaded up. You guys stopped you beforehand. >> Okay. We're we're trying to make it a little more comfortable for you. Okay. >> But we want to make sure that we're not going to be fighting or anything like that, too. Okay. >> So, if I already told Jason I was going to come in peacefully, right? >> Did I not? >> Yeah, but that was earlier today. >> Okay. I said I was coming in today, correct? I was coming in peacefully, but I did not tell Jason that. Okay. Can you step up for every time I told him I was going to do something, I did it, dude. Believe me. Yeah, the sun is cover. Yeah. >> All right. Can you put your foot down so I can put that thing on? >> Yeah, >> we're putting the seat belt on you. >> Right off. I don't care. >> Mark, we have to put a seat belt on you. Okay. Put it off with the inbag on the door here. >> I can put in a little bit more place. Thank you. [clears throat] >> [laughter and sighs] >> She car at the hospital. The chaos didn't stop and Mark looked like he was barely holding it together. The officers were trying to get his vitals, but he was more interested in being a difficult patient. Some folks are tough and [music] ruthless, but these two were just stupid. Even one of them was toothless. The medical staff was in for a very long and exhausting shift with this pair. >> Hey Mark, we need you in the bed. Okay. Can you stand up, please? That's good copy. Okay, Mark, on to bed. We have to get your vitals. Can we get your arm out of your sleeve? >> Just ain't >> Huh? >> Just stay on there for now. They got you. right now. >> Do we need it or no? >> We'll wait for a second. >> You guys got anything you can give him? >> Yeah, we're going to Yeah, I'm going to put some orders in right now. >> Bring them down. pieces of just >> Yeah. Hold on. >> Just do it. >> Listen to that. Stop. >> You need to calm down. Do you understand? You don't want me to do that? Do it again. Huh? Go ahead. Do it again. >> NO. DO IT AGAIN. DO IT AGAIN. [clears throat and snorts] >> What is going on? [screaming] >> JUST stop it. You mother piece of >> Do not yell at me. DO NOT SPIT AT ME. YOU DON'T DO ANYTHING. YES, you did. >> I DIDN'T SPIT AT ALL. [screaming] >> I DON'T SPIT UP. LET ME MAKE LET ME MAKE THIS REALLY CLEAR. This is only going to end one way. You going to jail. >> Don't move. >> Don't move. Do you understand me? >> I'm asking you a question right now. >> One day, I promise you that. >> No. >> Mark started screaming and carrying on in the hospital room like it was a private stage for his tantrum. The officer had to get firm because he wouldn't stop yelling or acting like a complete maniac. He even claimed [music] she didn't spit despite everyone in the room seeing her do it. He was busy [music] making threats about what he'd do once he got out of prison. It was a classic bark with no bite situation. >> Oh yeah. >> Not today. >> Not today. But when you'll >> be out of prison one day. >> They're hanging in the side of of a >> or they're in the >> You're going to get You're going to make that happen? >> Negative. But if one just wants to come up here and stand by until we get them medicated here. >> You're okay. It's okay. >> No. Knees don't bend that way. Little pig freaking whatever you are. Hey Andrew. >> What was that? Ah, she's got your flashlight. >> Can you lift lift your left leg up there, Mark? >> Can you get a hold of that leg? >> Turn around. Okay. All right. Sit back. Sit back. There's a seat behind you. Oh, there you go. There you go. Bend the slide, Mark. Okay. No, you have to sit back. Put your feet up. There you go. That That's good. Good job. All right. Can you sit back for me, Mark? You're all right. Sit back. Here. Sit back. Just relax. It turned out that Mark was actually Heather's uncle, which [music] honestly explained a lot about the family tree. She went right back to her favorite tune, claiming the officers had been taunting her all day. She was still trying to act like a victim [music] while everyone else was just exhausted by her. >> I ran hot. I don't know if you heard her, but she did a good comment saying she was going to kill her off when she got out of here. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> What? >> I did say, >> you're good. You're good. Don't worry about it. Okay. >> I got you. Is Mark your uncle? >> He is. >> Yeah. Unfortunately. >> Yeah. I didn't know that. >> No, I get it. >> I'm going through love. I don't >> No, you don't need to go through anymore. [snorts] That's why we don't want to make this any That's why we don't want to make this what this was together. >> But you guys literally have been taunting me. >> How? You called us like four times today. >> They called once even last night. >> Oh, we haven't we haven't done any We haven't even talked. We tried finding Mark today when he went over to uh Misty's place. That's the only thing that that's the only time that your name came up and your name didn't even come up in that other than we know that he was with you. Because honestly, nobody knows this our family. I got adopted out. >> That's what I'm saying though. Like nobody your name we haven't done. We haven't even tried contact you and done anything with you. [snorts] >> You called us. You called us. You called us screaming about checking your kids and then you Nobody will tell me. >> And then you called the human services. So that's why we had to come and talk to you and you did what you did in the car. >> I talked with her after I started the break. So, I don't understand what you think that we're what we're harassing you about. >> You guys were driving around. >> You were a block away from murder four times. I mean, you guys have done nothing. >> Huh? >> Been almost killed four times this year. Did you see my front windshield? You guys [snorts] wouldn't even take a police report on that. >> But yet, you run me against me. Now, [snorts] all I wanted was my son to find out if he was okay because I know what he's going through right now. It's why I'm adopted out. >> Did Mark eat anything? >> I honestly I can't tell you. I cuz >> she said he's fier. Yeah. >> And that is I don't know if we >> I went he does this is pretty >> I went >> just cuz the nurses it would help the nurses. >> I don't I didn't have I don't know I can tell you >> like I met up at St. Vinnies. >> Yeah. In the end, Heather's loudmouth and legal fantasies landed her right where she belonged. [music] She tried to play the role of a legal expert and a victim, but she just looked like a mess with a bad attitude. It's hard to feel bad for someone who threatens [music] public servants and then acts shocked when reality makes its grand appearance. Some people are just destined [music] to be a cautionary tale for everyone else. Heather's day of defiance earned her two counts of bail jumping, disorderly conduct, and resisting an officer. She eventually pled no contest and was found guilty on three of those charges while one bail jumping charge was dismissed. Her uncle Mark didn't escape the law either. [music] He was arrested for disorderly conduct and a prior domestic case and had to pay $543 in court costs. Do you think Heather's legal rights argument was [music] the most delusional thing you've heard this week? Or does Mark take the cake for his hospital performance?
