I want you to take your hands off of me I just asked you to get off and you're not listening get off on November 24th 2022 officers responded to a call reporting a disturbance caused by a highly intoxicated female the caller stated that the female became disruptive when she was denied access to his vehicle I'm friend to you act I'm not friend to you you act like I'm not a friend to you AC like I'm not a friend to you you get off me to me nobody touch don't resist do not resist as they intervened they identified one of the women as the suspect and attempted to take her into custody to deescalate the situation however the woman resisted their efforts raising her voice and repeatedly questioning the officers about the reasons for their actions her refusal to cooperate and her agitated state made it challenging for the officers to proceed calmly ma'am do not make this photo excuse me I know my rights why am I under arrest why am I underr because you're resisting I'm not resisting I'm asking you're resisting you're refusing the hand copy and that's called resisting all right but why am I under arrest disorderly conduct disorderly conduct because I'm having you're screaming out here cursing and yelling cursing acting in a fighting manner okay what's the deal what's going on because my friend wanted to go home and I'm trying to talk to her and say hey let's let's get in the car and I'm not trying to be a bad friend so I'm waiting for her nobody is disorderly contact nothing is touching me I don't know why I'm under a breath despite her continued resistance the officers managed to place her inside the patrol vehicle to contain the situation while inside the patrol vehicle the woman remained uncooperative she continued screaming loudly creating further disturbances I don't understand why I'm under can I have my phone where is it it's in the car right there I'm I'm talk to your friend I'm going to stand here I'm going to get your phone can't have your phone with you right now I'm going to go get it and put it in nobody's telling me why I'm under arrrest no no it's not in disorderly nobody touched you nobody was screaming nobody was saying anything okay can I get my phone I want my pH I want my phone now so go go get my phone okay slide in the car no I'm not sliding in the car the car I'm asking for my telephone so I can call my please let go let go I just get into the car meanwhile the officers turned their attention to the other woman involved in the incident this individual who was carrying a child began speaking with the officers and provided a detailed account of the events leading up to the disturbance what's going on hold on she she we came down here with her she left us at the beach she left us at the boardwalk so we w walked up here my friend got sick we walked up here to get something to eat she was here at the WWA so we were just standing here we waiting for an Uber I have him actually on the phone we standing here so she said I said you're intoxicated just let me drive home because I had my son and she said no this is my car this is my license I said fine but I'm not letting you drive home intoxicated with my son he and then then he got sick so who's got the keys to her car she has the what car is hers that one right there mm what's your name dear Des spell for me d a s h a n t a and your last name her cooperation and the information she shared proved valuable to the officers in understanding the situation during this the woman who had been placed in the patrol vehicle exited the vehicle and lay down on the road despite repeated attempts to calm her down and return her to the vehicle the woman continued arguing with the officers and loudly expressing her frustration we're going to have to lift her and pull her into the car all right let go you're going to get into the vehicle do you understand that open will you stand up like an adult get off of me will you stand up can you get I will get in the car after I talk to my boyfriend I promise you I will get on there and I will not have any problem get into the vle we let you talk to you have to get do you have my asking you to stop touching me and then you're beinging disorderly the officers faced with her ongoing non-compliance had no choice but to physically Place her back into the patrol vehicle she resisted throughout the process making it clear that she would not cooperate willingly get off of me get off of me I'm asking you to please get off of me sir and I'm asking to do one favor and I get what did I ask you I asked her one thing right I asked you my telephone to talk to my boyfriend because he's on the phone I asked you a question and then you told me that I couldn't have the one right that I should have you can get that phone call later listen and I told you I wanted it to talk to my boyfriend now yes if I can have my telephone can I have my telephone you cannot get your phone until we have you safely in our car and the first I'm not getting in the car until my phone is in my in my and you can hold it while I talk you're not talking to anybody on your phone why I can't talk to why talk anybody yet okay then where's your sergeant I want to talk to your sergeant Sergeant's going to tell you the same thing so don't bother no then get them I don't care if it's wasting your time talk to him cuz you're you're arresting me for nothing on a Monday night you're arresting me for nothing because I was having a conversation and you felt like it was you had to butt end to my conversation that's what that's what you had when nobody touched you nobody touched and you felt like something was wrong will you get into the car after I get on the phone yes we cannot get your no and they didn't couldn't even tell me what I was under arrest for they tell you were under arrest they told me I was under arrest but I should be able to ask what I'm under arrest for correct yes yes so then when I ask what I was under under arrest for they said disorder I said how was I disorderly no but listen listen I said how how was I disorderly they said oh you were yelling so a person left you guys at the beach yeah she left us there because we started walking she didn't want to shter to drive sh is not drinking she have her son with us let the girl drive home that's that's all it was no this my car it's my car we understand it's your car but your who was identified as the victim of the incident the officers documented the witness statements and any other relevant details to ensure they had a complete understanding of the situation oh that's that's let's let's play it out driving traffic somebody not paying attention secur in the car boom bow now who's fting you understand what I'm saying then he get food we ate a piece of chicken it started immediately vomiting we trying to get him home and it's just like bro you you leave us at the boardwalk and here like oh we was we was here for a minute we got here at um 710 710 all right m cuz I sent the Uber driver our location from here okay and then she pulled up she was already here when we got here oh you guys have been here for over an hour yeah she was she was she rolled past us while we was walking up the road we walked from the road while we were It Started from the parking lot she I told her that she was intoxicated she had an argument with both of my friends and like I got my four-year-old son out here we not from out here we always from CH so she was very intoxicated I told her like I'm not letting you I'm not allowing you to drive home with my son in the car so we got into an argument in the parking lot and I just walked off I said well I'll find my way my way home from here since you will not allow me to drive and I had my son she was arguing with him she argued with him she argued with me I just walked off I said okay you know what I just walk to the WWA walked to the WWA she rolled past us down the road and she was sitting here she was sitting here in her car for the longest time my friend walked over to the car and said what's the argument for Kevin can you get it to him sor him she said what's the he's asked her what's the argument for just let her drive anywhere we go you never drive she drives home because she she beat and this time like we we travel all the time together but I just don't I don't travel with my kids with her so today I I travel with my son with her and she everything just got out of hand like she's yelling and screaming and this is that and third now she's trying to fight him she's trying to fight him she's trying to fight me so the the guy one guy from out of the WWA came to the car I came out and said what's going on I said it's okay that's my friend that's my friend they just having a disagreement and then the lady came out when me and her goty to the uh she said don't just calm down you have your son out here the police is on his way like she's been screaming like this over after concluding their preliminary investigation on site they decided to transport the intoxicated woman to the station for further processing and investigation and we just miss like we just been standing here at the trash can I set my son up there on the trash can the lady just gave him fer everything like she just screaming the yeah if you want to take a uh a key get her phone and a key shut it off it's still running I believe not my right to ask questions excuse me to ask question about why I'm getting why I'm being in the back of top car you're under arrest what disorderly conduct and disorder conduct looks like and it looks like DUI too DUI yes Ma'am why you have a du I wasn't back with the car excuse me do I have a right to ask question do I have a right to ask question am I getting ignored yes from the cops that arrested me are you my arrest hey can you try to find her her glasses on the ground I'm sorry subsequently the intoxicated woman was presented in court to face charges she was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting an officer reflecting her disruptive behavior and refusal to comply with law enforcement
