in reference to a heavily intoxicated elderly couple acting belligerent an employee from the restaurant was quote watching them outside until police arrived the following footage demonstrates just how appears to be a match made in heaven given their inability to handle alcohol at 1:00 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon Steven racked up four charges including disorderly intoxication resisting an officer battery and threatening an officer with serious bodily harm his bond was revoked by the judge as he awaited trial 23 days after the incident Steven was able to post bail in the amount of $6,000 he pled no contest to all four charges he was sentenced to 24 4 months of probation an Anor management course and one day of time served in County Jail Elsie May bans was charged with both disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer without violence she posted Bond on the same day as the incident for $1,000 she signed on to a deferred prosecution agreement with various conditions such as completion of a substance abuse evaluation and recommended treatment writing a letter of apology to Sergeant Yelvington abstaining from illegal drugs and alcohol and random drug testing she successfully completed the program in December 2022 we truly hope Elsie has gotten the treatment she needs for her alcohol abuse and Steven well we couldn't really care less about him after he showed
