THIS is the first that I've noticed that, you know, the baby father don't have insurance on the vehicle. Let me call him. I couldn't get a hold of him cuz he's at work. Clearly, as you can see, all the kids are going to be home. So, I might waiting in my car waiting in my car. They keep playing games and trying to twist my words and saying stuff. I'm like He comes back to my my window. The other officer Field decided, well, since you live down the street I will let you go home. This officer said officer Huggins said, "No, let me go back to THE CAR AND CHECK SOMETHING and see if I'm on the vehicle." So, he comes up making up all this stuff. So, he he he um goes in his car and typing up stuff, doing stuff. So, I asked other officer, "Can you let me know what's going on in case I have to prepare to make arrangements for the car to walk home and I have kids waiting." This is ridiculous. You're wasting my time. So then, he comes back, "You need to handle this The reason for this is because you need to handle your responsibility and saying all this badgering stuff. So, I still kept my cool like, okay, I still have time to fix it. Normally, it's a citation and then a certain amount of time to correct it. I already did. What did you say? What was it? There is What was discovered? No insurance or what? I was handling that because if there was no insurance, I was calling like I told him my phone was charging. So, I was calling. He said, "Is your phone charged?" So, I was calling to get insurance if there wasn't insurance on the vehicle just in case. >> So, you didn't have documentation of the insurance at the time they had you stopped? No. No. So, you had nothing to show for insurance for the vehicle at the stop? No. Okay. So, what was the reason of leaving from the stop and where were you Right. So, let me explain. So then, I asked the other officer, officer Field, um I said um uh He said, "Well, he said I I said, "Well, can you let me know what's going on, you know, the status?" He said, "Well, um you're not going to be able to take the vehicle. We're going to tow it and so forth and so forth." For what reason? He wouldn't give me a reason. Okay. So, I I said, "Can I speak to the supervisor because now you guys are badgering me, twisting my words and this is going left." So, he went and told officer Huggins. I said, "Can I speak to the supervisor? Can you please call your supervisor because this is a back and forth thing. We're not getting anywhere and this is turning left." He goes back and tells him officer Huggins comes to my window, "Step out." I said, "For what?" I rolled up my window. Immediately, you know, calling somebody, my son, to come down here to witness what is going on. He said, "You got He said, "NOW YOU'RE UNDER ARREST FOR RESISTING." I SAID, "RESISTING WHAT?" SO THEN, HE TAKES HIS FLASHLIGHT OUT, BANGING on my window while I'm on the phone with 911. So, I said, "Is your SUPERVISOR COMING OR NOT BECAUSE WHAT ARE YOU DOING? Why are you trying to break out my window?" So, he busts out my window. Right here? No, over there at the stop.
