all right today we're going to start the day with uh doing a few traffic stops in the mark vehicle uh fully labeled lights and everything says police on it CU my personal car the on marks in the shop um we'll see if my this Mark vehicle slow down people or you know prevents people for driving recklessly or any kind of road rage uh so we'll start off the day with that and uh we'll see how it goes good morning officer bar of the ramr from Police Department before you got to the red light 66 on 45 you have your license registration proove Insurance okay abely okay can I see your license registration proof Insurance please and registration too please registration the sticker on the the no you have to have the paper the paperwork sir from the state of florid the issue a paperwork with the yellow sticker on it decal sir have it on me but it's the stickers on there okay all right no problem but I have not speeded I wasn't speeding okay6 I mean it's 45 in here and I was driving the speed limit okay well we were going north on uh State Road 7 and uh he has to be the only one on the road going Southbound 66 and obviously he saiding no he was not going 66 6 he was going 45 I asked him for his registration he says it's on the plate and I guess he doesn't want to show the paperwork because he thinks the plate is a registration but he has to show proof he did show insurance card on his phone so so 6621 over all right so just to let you know in the State of Florida three documents you need to show when you get stopped is your license which you did two you have to have your registration the paperwork and three you have to have your insurance card which it could be in paper form or on your cell phone which you show me on your cell phone okay you didn't show me your registration in paper form so that's a $10 ticket once you find it you make a copy out of it $10 and you mail it is but you still got okay that's fine I'm telling you over that ticket and then 66 on the 45 Ser that's 21 over the speed limit that's a $281 ticket huh how did you talk me you were sitting in the traffic on the opposite of you were driving I was driving at the radar okay I'm not here to fight with you take care of within 30 days if not they'll suspend your license three options what's that you must be proud of it I'm doing my job correctly sir three options sir pay the ticket didn't realize well when you pass somebody you going speed up you and you were passing two cars actually so you definitely have to speed up to pass them I'll pull it up I you got to log in I next time cars on the right side on a 40 mph Lane so uh 21 over guess he said he didn't realized that he was going that fast but when you try to pass two vehicles you actually eventually going to speed up to do so he can't find his insurance card because he's having internet issues um my advice is try to downloaded and save us a your gallery as a picture app so it's easier to get a hold of because this is what happens he can't even find it and I don't like to keep somebody this long either on the roadway all right so look you could have gotten several tickets today you could have gotten for not having your insurance which would have been a $10 ticket when you change lanes make sure you have your turn signal to change lanes and get in front of car to make sure you have your turn signal to do so which you did not have any and of course you are going to get Citation for going 21 over the speed limit which is a $281 ticket make sure you take care of that citation within 30 days if you do not the state will sus spend your license in this blue paperwork three options how to take care of your ticket option one pay the ticket of course is the phone number on the website option two you can go to driving school and option three you can go to court Yourself by playing not guilty and now you want to fight the ticket yourself there's a phone number on the backside you call and they'll guide turn lane on the red light he came over make a left from going east to west made a left turn going south windows rolled down actually and then I saw him he wasn't even wearing his seat belt so when my light turned green I got behind him and then uh I stopped him I guess uh he realized that he was not wearing his seat belt at all so I understand people don't like to use a seat belt but we do it I seen it where seat bels do save lives and around this Main Road obviously there's been a lot of crashing State Road 7 so if you do get an action and roll over uh seat Bel will save your life I know that so where are your seat belts all right so look this is a ticket it's $166 okay for not having seat belt make sure you take everyone dur you go okay grab your license grab your license sir grab the roadway I'm I mean you can fully see my vehicle so still zoomed by my car because she she said she didn't realize she was going that fast all right man this is a ticket for going 26 over the speed
