she was confronted by Holly griffi about the fact that Jasmine had slashed her boyfriend's tires Jasmine suddenly ran her over with her vehicle crushing Holly's legs while Holly's boyfriend tumbled over the hood Jasmine and immediately left the scene to go take a test at GED school okay what hurts man my leg your legs I can't feel both of them from the knee down okay I just need you to breathe so over there and the girl came back so we came over to talk to her and as we were approaching the vehicle she took off ran her over and then hit me I flew off her hood is she not here anymore no she up from school who did to school Jasmine okay she drove to my house and she picked me up and she was like I got to get Chris's um Chris's her exb okay and so I was like all right so she went to the house Holly called me and she was like yeah tell me how Jasmine popped the tires Holly was already going to call the cops so I was like I don't think Jasmine did it cuz she doesn't she perfectly normal so um she goes to Chris's house with me I'm sitting in the passenger side and she's like Jasmine's like let's go to the house so I was like okay so we went to the house and Holly comes running up like ready to fight Jasmine so jasine just runs her over leaves her in the ditch like no one knows if she's okay or not and I was like what side of the car did she hit her with facing her side right here and her boyfriend was there to witness it not whose boyfriend Holly's boyfriend did he already call the cops yeah that's why we're here [Applause] so I can't answer that in a lot of pain I out of that house and so she starts charging at me and she runs in front of the car when I'm trying to leave cuz I still have stuff in that car in that house what who is she Holly griffi Holly just wanted to get the rest of myself out of that house so so you went there right yes I went there and I tried to get into the house and so I go back into the car and then I pull up and do a three-point turn and then she starts running at me and charging at me you guys didn't exchange any words before you got in the car no you just tried to get in the house and you couldn't get in because I have stuff in that house so you tried to get in you couldn't get in and then so you just got back in the car and you started to leave you're saying yeah yes and she started charging at the car and then what happened after she started charging at the car she like ran in front of the car while I'm pulling out were you where you hit her yes okay can I tell my mom that I'm with you guys cuz she's like freaking out she's like you need to have my car back in 15 minutes well hold on let me let's let me get through this how old are you 19 but you were aware that you hit her yes and you didn't stop why because of her boyfriend cuz they they're on heroin I don't know what they're going to do to me you know so why didn't you call after you hit her I don't know I just wasn't thinking about it okay do you have your vehicle information all your insurance and stuff like that in the car my mom's car where did you hit her at do you remember um no I can't no I don't I don't know where I hit her at on here for me okay like I said you're not onr just yet until we can figure out what's going on okay this is drama over boyfriend girlfriend thing yeah this boyfriend girlfriend drama caused Holly to be pronounced as a trauma alert she was transported to the hospital with an open leg fracture and a very high heart rate Jasmine was booked into jail and charged with two felonies including aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and leaving the scene of a crash involving serious bodily injury nearly 6 weeks later she posted bond in the amount of $115,000 which came with a pre-trial supervision order stating that she must be on house arrest with GPS monitoring could no longer Drive must undergo a mental health evaluation and have no contact with her victims Jasmine requested that the court allow her to be released from house arrest to attemp attend her late grandfather's funeral this request was denied she eventually pled no contest to the charges and was sentenced to 270 days in jail 4 years probation a driver improvement course 50 hours community service and she also had to write a letter of apology to her victims in 2023 she was arrested yet again for battery and child neglect after striking the father of her baby and pulling his hair all while her baby was in his arms do you think Jasmine was acting in self-defense by running over the other teens or did she do it to hurt
