on Sunday December 18th 2022 at approximately 5:39 p.m. deputies responded to a call regarding a weapon disturbance let's find out what happened I didn't do anything man I was arguing my life man the have got my car and left when I had a chance that lady came out there talking [ __ ] me after I said what I said to my wife I pushed my wife because that lady was coming towards my wife man I don't cranked okay so no big deal so I get out the car and we're arguing just a little bit about the whole situation cuz you know the window got actually the window got hit coming down here so I had to pull off the road to make sure that windshield would not collapse right so I said all right we'll tap it up turn call insurance why would the window collapse because it got hit and when the air comes on Cold Air does not mix what hit it uh something came down the road and hit it while we were driving down okay off the side of the road so so you guys stopped at McDonald's we stopped here let her pee I get out so actually I go pee first and then she gets out cuz she's upset me so I just told her leave me alone cuz I told her I wanted to go home yesterday well I get out and she comes out and I told her I said look I want to go home I said that means I leave your ass here and we go on out about our business okay I said I said it ain't a big deal I said you leave me in Florida I'll get away home I'm going to do what the hell I want to do cuz I pay for half this trip right so anyway I get out the car and my wife is yelling at me and I'm yelling her this lady right here sticks her nose in somebody's business she should not have okay I told her to she said what are you a big bad man I said if you don't shut the I'm going to do it again I said look lady this is between a man and a woman Jack I said business right and then she proceeded to talk [ __ ] to me well if you big and bad enough to open your door and talk [ __ ] me you big and bad enough to tell your ass you can get kicked okay so the woman across right here confronted you and you weren't happy that she was getting into your guys' business yes so she yeah so the gentleman in McDonald's comes out start running his M well he just video Start vide he worked here okay okay he was videot teing me the whole time so he can catch my ass on camera whatever he wants to have witnesses to that's fine right I don't care about that but anyway okay so I come out so I come out so my wife comes out to the car and I'm mad and I'm outrate about all this [ __ ] okay so this lady's basically getting out her car I got a baby I said my wife's 5 months pregnant so you ought to mind your damn business now okay now I'm the father that child and I'm a father my 14-year-old right now so anyway the lady starts running her mouth and she gets out of the car and she said if you don't shut up I got something for you I'll make you shut up oh really now that's a threat to me now so I damn it proceeded that I got out the car and I said look lady you shut the hell up I'm I'mma to tear your ass up now so I go in the store and I tell them people I said call 911 cuz I'm about to pull a gun on this lady she's talking [ __ ] to me and I want to make sure y'all know what's going on before I get out of here so I come out in my car she's still talking [ __ ] my wife follows me to the passenger side I grabbed my gun and up in there and I put it down toward the ground my wife tried to stop me and I pushed my wife by accident okay that's my wife so did you did you what what what did you do with the gun I put it back in the console when you took it out what did you do with the gun I picked it up okay my wife is in front me and I threw it in the air and I put it back down towards the ground and I told that girl if you don't shut up you keep approaching me I said if you keep running your mouth because you're walking towards me right now I don't know if you got a deadly weapon or not I said I will use deadly force so my wife has got my back she's got her back towards that girl that lady could have ran up behind me and stabbed my wife and I would have been pissed if she did cuz I don't know kind I kind of person she I didn't meet that lady off the street right so I was defending my wife in the process of that so when the lady right across the street said I got something for you no that lady across the stre it's her friend it was her friend she was here to pick up a kid I watched her when she rolled up and I cuz I got here first okay and then that lady the lady that was the one that was sitting there I did you at all point the gun at anybody no sir did not not at all cuz look man honesty is the best po yeah absolutely I pointed it down I threw it up I pointed it like this and I put it right back down I did not shoot anybody I didn't I didn't think I I didn't aim it at her I I aimed at the other direction okay so her friends at an angle so the angle she now when you had the gun in your hand what what exactly did you say to her I said if you don't shut up you going you going you going to regret it shut the [ __ ] up and leave me business okay so that's what she needs to do I was a bystander I know she apologized to my wife a while ago cuz I heard her she said I'm sorry I just didn't want you to get hurt my wife knows how I am I've been married 21 years man I would never intentionally hurt my wife so I going to I'm going to open up to you okay this is what's going on cuz I got that that's what I wanted to ask anyone to spoke to you one-onone okay you're being char chared with aggravated assault okay with a deadly domestic yeah with a deadly weapon because in some process at some point Witnesses saw that you pointed the gun at your wife no I did not my wife my wife was trying to get away from me and I said just move and my hand my hand went that Direction with a gun aggravated assault came into play because you pointed it at the woman that confronted you but I didn't I didn't point it at her at an angle that's what you saw I didn't see anything I know you didn't see anything people here in the parking lot that's what they said and I told a lady inside I went in McDonald said call 911 this lady is being a threat to my wife and if she keeps threatening me I you know I don't know what I might do right but when I grab my gun then she cuz she kept Taun to me what you going to what you going to do what you do [ __ ] me like that you keep you egg on the situation you don't do that to somebody you don't know from a whole undergr right it ain't none of your business mind your business all you had to do is get in your car and shut up and none of this would escalated gotcha so it's all good I ain't lieing I'll swear on the back of stabes on my newborn son unborn son's life I've never been now when when you had the firearm in your hands and when you were in state of ir and all that stuff what was your intent just to scare her okay just to tell her to back off okay I wasn't my intention to shoot her cuz if I were you in fear for your life when she said yes sir I was absolutely okay I've been in a scenario before I know the rules and regulations I know if I pull that Trier I probably would have went to jail tonight i' have been locked down so I don't know your rules and all I know is you can drive down here with your gun and you can put in a safe area nobody knows here's the thing okay what she said she can't carry out she says I got something for you that could be anything that could be hella that could be a Christmas gift we don't but she she looked at me very evil it doesn't matter I know but I took her ass I took and I'm going to tell you the honest truth I took her ass when she got her been hoping you've been telling me the honest truth well I'm telling you right now when I looked at her she was high okay well we're beyond that point I know because guess what y'all don't search a vehicle cuz I'm the one being charged we have no right to charge your V we have no right to search a vehicle now if she' have shot a gun in there then you would if she was shooting it' be different absolutely understand look dude I'm not lying to you I ain't got nothing to
