[Music] on July 29th 2023 officers responded to a reported disturbance at a restaurant the caller had mentioned to them that the disturbance was caused by a woman who was an ex-girlfriend of an employee at the restaurant this type of situation is not uncommon in establishments where personal relationships can lead to conflicts especially when emotions are heightened right you don't want to her go but only a few minutes later they saw her damaging her ex-boyfriend's truck as the female's Behavior deteriorated further in an attempt to regain control of the situation and ensure safety for herself the officer decided to take the suspect into custody the decision to arrest someone in such a volatile context is not made lightly officers weighed the risks involved and considered the safety of all individuals present unfortunately the suspect resisted arrest physically struggling against the officer's attempts to secure her tra I got I got the chain I got I got the chain in my bag got further investigation upon arrival her agitation continued and she remained uncooperative despite the officer's attempts to Cal her she escalated the confrontation by kicking at them and demanding to the officers decided to Cuff her to the bench this measure was necessary to contain her disruptive behavior and allow for a more controlled environment where she could be be monitored while awaiting face several charges stemming from her behavior she was charged with disorderly conduct for her disruptive actions at the restaurant criminal trespassing for entering the establishment without
