All right. So throughout the city, uh obviously residents or actually anybody could file um a complaint about traffic or any kind of complaint actually. So there's a website where you can actually send an email to the chief or to a traffic unit which is son Wilkins and basically let them know that we have a bunch of people speeding through my neighborhood stuff. Can you send an officer to conduct some uh traffic enforcement? So, this is one of the areas here in Ramblewood uh where we did get a complaint. Uh so, now we're doing a traffic enforcement here and obviously we already got a couple stops. Um and this is a residential place, you know. So, there's the street 25 miles per hour and we just going to see what we can get. That's all 40 Morning officer weather coach police department. The reason why I stopped you were going 40 on a 25. Yes. Now you have your license, registration, proof of insurance. >> All right. So, while we were heading down southbound on Ramblewood just to make a U-turn, I saw this vehicle visually going 45 miles per hour. So, I decided to just stop. And then my radar read. So, on the 25. So, that's 15 over. So, 15 over $256. Especially when it's a street in a neighborhood, too. That's way too fast. All right. So, this is a t going 15 over the speed limit. You got to slow down though. >> Yeah, he was trying. >> What happened is what happened like my key for a week for the kids trying to get back home to get it. >> But you got to do it in a safely manner. That's a lot of people walking. You see a lot of people standing around. You just got to be careful. Yes. Take care of it within 30 days. Okay. >> Uh I circle the amount. You have options. Choose an option or hire a lawyer. All right. Just slow down. That's all. >> Yeah. I I know. I trying to hurry. >> Especially when there's it's it's a curve, too. And it's kind of hard to see when there's a curve. >> So funny, but I just passed a guy who just got knocked off a motorcycle. That's so I know. >> Yeah. And there's a lot of motorcycles, a lot of ebikes, electrical bikes crossing and stuff. So you just got to be careful that all. >> All right. Thank you, sir. No problem. Huh? >> On an 11 tango third 1050 978 Ramblewood. >> Morning. >> Good morning. >> So about the rama course. The reason why I stopped you. We're going 36 on the 25. You have your license restricts. Prove insurance, please. Yeah. >> Mhm. >> You still live in North Miami, sir? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Yep. That's a registration, sir. >> That's it. >> Yep. That's it. >> Oh, no. That's for I think that's for different >> four door. Can I say it for a minute? >> Yeah, I'm not sure. >> Yeah, that's for a Chrysler. Correct. >> Mercedes. That's a Dodge. >> That's a Dodge. >> Yep. >> You should maybe leave those of those cars so people when you have your son or family member >> in a car can leave it there, you know. That's a Toyota. >> That That's That's a Toyota. >> Not this one. That's a Chrysler. This one's a Toyota one. >> That's That's the the other one. >> The other one. Yeah, that's the other one. Yeah. >> Yeah. But the >> I think it must be this. Oh, we can. >> Uh, looks like um a Mercedes. Yeah, >> sure. >> Yeah, that's your insurance. Let me see your insurance card. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yes. Keep looking for it. Okay. Yes. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Give me a minute. Okay. >> Yeah. Okay. >> So, we're doing a parking complaint right now that uh a resident complained about speeders, which he was going 36 on 25. That's only 11 over. He has a bunch of registration for different vehicles. So, I don't know if he's going to be able to find it. >> All right, sir. When you get home, try to find the registration. Okay. I would suggest put in the clock compartment. No problem. >> This is just a warning, not a ticket. You understand that so far? Okay. But you need to understand 11 over the speed limit >> could have cost you $26. >> Okay. I appreciate it. >> Okay. Plus, that's not including the $100 court fee. >> Yeah. >> Three points in your license and 4 hours of driving school. So, you got to slow down. Okay. It says 25. You got to go 25. Okay. Just be careful. That's all. Okay. >> Okay. I appreciate it. >> No problem. Have a good day, sir. >> Um, somebody just bought stuff with Conorfield Bills in Macy's, so they will prosecute and it's confirmed they use Conorfield Bills. So, they said that uh a black female, black Nissan, no tents, um, silver door handles with that that matches the description. So, I'm just trying to see the tag and they're willing to prosecute. Uh, about $500. >> Oh, mail. >> [snorts] >> Tango 30 brake. The vehicle is over here by Home Depot. It is occupied by the uh the second exit over here right now. One time the mail is hopping in right now. I'm going to try to see if I could just uh conduct a 1050. Stop the vehicle. Stop the vehicle. [screaming] >> Tango third vehicle is stopped. Be compliant. on the dashboard. >> 10 park pocket >> line that way. >> All right, sir. Do me a favor. Put both hands top of the dash. Put your left hand behind your back of your head. >> Step out. Step out. Look away. Step out. Look away from me. >> What's up? Right now, you're being the 10. You understand that, sir? >> Yeah. >> Okay. problem. Are you picking up? >> Good. Step back, sir. >> No. Step back, sir. >> Put the keys out. >> So, we have a call that basically uh somebody was using kind of field conds to buy stuff in Macy's and uh over there buying sunglasses. We got the call. They gave the description of a black male basically walking away from >> the business. Uh then uh supposedly he hopped into a black vehicle and they got the tag the advised that the vehicle basically uh the tag hit here Home Depot. So we went around Home Depot, found the car. Actually when we were trying to give information that the car was here Home Depot parking lot, noticed that the black male, a female was already in the driver seat. A male hopped in into the passenger seat in the front. That's when we decide to conduct the traffic stop. Other units arrive. Right now, we have them detained. The business right now has a witness that actually um have seen who basically give out the counterfeit bills. So, they're going to come and uh do a show up and from there, you know, we'll see who's going to be arrested, who's not going to be arrested. >> So, this is what I pulled out of his left pocket. Uh these bills. So, he's got what three 500 All right. In conclusion, the male half is going to uh jail for uh bas basically uh passing counterfeit bills which he also had in his pocket. The female obviously when an officer asked asked her questions, she basically uttered potentially uttered that that tag doesn't belong to the vehicle. It belonged to her other vehicle, but it was hers. So right there uh well the officer said that he will issue a citation which is it is a misdemeanor offense and he still hasn't not decided if she will be going to jail or not. Tag attach sign is a misdemeanor offense. Uh when you do that basically we know that the vehicle is not registered. Also we have to do uh a check on the vehicle identification number and obviously it's the vehicle is not registered at all. So that's another misdemeanor. Vehicle not not registered with that include vehicle is not insured obviously. Um her license far as I've been told is still good. So now the officer got to make a decision whether he's just going to issue citations and then told the vehicle or told the vehicle uh and you know she goes to jail. So we'll you know we'll find out later or he'll decide later. So that's it. So this this call is done. 71 Tango 3 1050 9800 Atlantic eastbound 71 on the 45. Morning officer by the ram my coach respond the reason I stopped you going 71 on the 45 >> I'm sorry what you late for a meeting okay you have your license registration insurance please >> I'm sorry about that okay >> yeah go ahead Yep. That's your insurance card, the top one. And your registration, please. It's another piece of paper. It's very thick, dark lettering. Dark black lettering. That one right there. Nope. Mm- It's in there. The one that's Yeah, that one. Yep. All right. You stay inside the vehicle. Okay. Thank you. [panting] All right. So, we're doing a traffic enforcement here on Atlantic facing westbound. Then I see this vehicle coming about 75 miles per hour going eastbound. Um, look at my radar. 71. It did slow down, but then it passed me going 67, but still 71's too much. So, it's 26 over. Uh 281, so only four miles away from 30 over, which would have been a Manville court date. Okay, ma'am. This is a citation for going 26. Okay. It's a $281 ticket. Take care of it within 30 days. You have options. Read through the options or hire a lawyer to take care of. Okay. But you guys slow down, please. Okay. It's a lot. 71. Okay. Thank you. 76 tango 1350 10400 Atlantic morning after about the Rama co on a 45 yes now >> sorry just pulling out >> well you went 76 that's 31 over you still looking Uh, you still live in Lakeland? >> No, I just moved down here with my mom. I can give you my uh >> Yep. That's one. What's your current address, sir? >> 76. That's 31 over. That's a mandatory court appearance. >> So, that's why I ask him for his correct address. Hopefully, they changed it or he changed it. Uh yeah, they did actually. So with this citations, he's since he's 30 over, 31 over, he has to go court. So if he fails to go to court because it's a summon, it's a misdemeanor offense. Then them uh he fails to go, then they're going to obviously suspend his license. Then they probably can't issue a warrant out for his arrest because he didn't failed to go to a court, which is a summon. So with this he has to provide a signature and a thumbrint verifying that yes it is he who signed a citation and he's been notified to go court and the consequences if he doesn't show up court which I have to let him know. All right. So, look, since you went over 30, which you did, 76, 31 over, okay? You have a mandatory court period. You have to go to court for this ticket. The judge there will tell you what fine you have to pay or whatever. I couldn't even tell you, okay? Cuz all I could tell you, if you go 29 over, it's 281. 30, it's a misdemeanor. You can go to jail, but I'm not even going to do that. >> If you don't go to if you don't go to court, what's going to happen? Judge's going to suspend your license and possibly issue a warrant for your arrest because it's a summon. you have to go to court. Okay, so that's that that's what the court does. Okay. Uh I would suggest just go and plead your case or 10fold or have a representative like a lawyer or something go. Okay. Don't just say I'm going to blow it off whatever because then if you get stopped again then obviously you might have a warrant then we have to take you in and so forth. We have no choice then. I need you to sign in a thumb print. You're not admitting to guilt or anything. You're saying basically you were told to go to court and you know the consequences. I was the one that stopped you. you will drive this vehicle. That's all it means. You're not not mean to guilt because you have to your date uh your date, your court date to say whatever you need to say. All right? You need to sign above my name and a thumbrint, a right thumb print. Like I said, you just got to be careful because you're going way faster like you were in the highway. You're going way over 65. You're going 71 in this little roadway. You got to be careful. right thumb. Just a little bit of ink. I'll guide you. You don't got No, just a little bit ink. There you go. Just put it right there. And then that's it. There's your license, registration, and a copy of your citation. Just slow down, please. Okay. Thank you. Uh-huh. Tango 30 1050 9800 Atlantic eastbound. Final stop. Tong. Final stop is going to be best buys entrance from university. >> Morning sir. Officer by the rama coach league spun 70 m per hour of 45 on Atlantic. You have your license registration insurance please. This is a company van. >> Okay. Yeah. Has to have some kind of registration as a company. That's fine. >> Or you don't know where it's at? >> No. >> All right. Just stay inside the vehicle. Okay. Don't do not get out. Thanks. He said it's a company's van. So, so doing traffic enforcement here in Atlantic facing west. And this vehic comes in visual estimating of 75 miles per hour and the radar reads 70. So 70, that's 25 over. He's going to be issued two tickets. One from uh going 25 over the speeding. That's the reason why I stopped him. I asked did I check on his driver license and um his license is suspended one time for failed to pay a a ticket a citation. So I'm not going to take him jail because he probably doesn't know that his license was spended because he didn't pay the ticket and that ticket is probably the one that I gave him back in July. That takes about two or three months to get through the system. So that second ticket would be drive driver license suspended without knowledge which he could still take care of within 30 days. So the 25 over the speed will be $281. That's a moving violation. The driver suspended it's a nonmoon violation which is $116. both he has to take care of it within 30 days and um his license gets taken away and gets returned back to the states with the citation that I issued my copy the license without knowledge. So now he has to go uh get another license on top of that. So I'm going to just let him park on the side. This is a safe area which is Best Buy. He can't drive anymore. So if I see him drive out then I could arrest him and then throw his car which I'm not going to throw his car. Not just for that that one tang on 30. Can you put me at copy a tag on a vehicle that has a trunk open Florida? Red Toyota Corolla. I'm just going to knock on the door for a minute. Hi, good morning officer Vama. I'm sorry to bother you. Curious because the trunk is open a red car. Okay. >> So, I want to make sure nobody broke into the car or you want look at it or is it >> Let me get my daughter cuz that's her car. >> Yeah. Somebody left it that way. I just want to make sure that's all >> I appreciate. Okay. I appreciate it. Mhm. >> There's nothing missing on it. >> You sure? >> Just make sure. That's all. Okay. >> All right. >> Nothing missing then. >> No. >> Okay. I just want to make sure that's all because like I said, I saw it open. So, >> yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Have a good day. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. >> Nothing is missing. So, no report. No, not guess. She might have just left it open or thought she closed it and yes, blew open. That's all we're doing. Yay. Tango 30 1050 2100 Riverside northbound 55 on 35. Morning officer by the Rama co. We just want to stop. You hit 55 on a 35. Yes. Now you have your license, registration, proof of insurance. Yes, sir. I apologize. Yep. That's your insurance registration and your license. Yep. >> Yeah. Yeah. Stay inside the vehicle. Okay. Thank you. We're here in Riverside doing traffic enforcement stationary facing north. Obviously, this vehicle was going northbound and then uh he actually was going 55 on the 35. So, all right. Sir, look. This is a citation for going 20 over. I circle the amount. Take care of it within 30 days. All right. You have options or hire a lawyer. All right. Yeah. Slow down, please. It's a lot. That's 20 over is a lot. All right. Thank you. >> My record, right? >> I don't know. I don't check your records, sir. That's a different system and stuff. I don't check the uh the record whatsoever, sir. Okay. Uh-huh. >> [music]
