Tango 30 1050 make it sample springs eastbound. >> Good afternoon officer by the Rama core springs. >> Is there a reason why you're aggressively changing lanes and cutting through everybody? >> I was I cut through somebody because >> you did it multiple times and they were going the speed limit like about 47 48 some of them were going 50 but you keep changing lanes over and over and you even changed just now before I even pulled you over. Is there a reason why you're doing it? >> Was there two people like right here? They're kind of blocking the lanes. I was behind them, so I had to go around them. >> Why? Why couldn't you just go to the speed limit? They were going 47. >> You know what the speed limit is on that roadway? >> Okay. So, they were going 47 already. Why do you need to pass them? >> They were going I didn't like >> You don't look at your speedometer and f and figure out like >> Don't you look at your speedometer like tells you how fast you go? >> Okay. And then you did it over here again though. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. And I was right behind you and you did it. Okay. Do you have your license with you in registration insurance? >> Me right now. >> No, you have to have in the state of Florida. Yes, like I do. Is there something wrong with it? Is it expired suspended? >> I just cuz I'm my girlfriend left her phone in the car. So, I was just driving. >> Was there a reason why you carry your phone instead of your license? Don't you think your license is important, too? >> We were in the car. I just didn't. >> Okay. Is this your car? >> No, it's her car. >> Getting you have the registration or insurance card or something? This is her car. >> It's It's her car. >> Okay. >> Her stepdad gave. >> But you're driving that way in her car and almost get into you know you can get into crash doing that, right? So you put in her car. There you go. That's the insurance. That's the registration. I mean does she know you drive the way you're driving with her car changing lanes really close following car so close and you're changing lanes then you cut them again. You catch up to another car, you fall close, and you're changing lanes again. >> Okay, just stay inside the vehicle. Okay, thank you. Guess he doesn't didn't notice that he was changing probably changing lanes. That way, he was aggressive even. Thing is, not even his car, his girlfriend's car or parents' car. Makes you wonder. So improperly changing lanes like that. It'll be $166. So we'll see. Doesn't have his license on them, but we'll see if uh it's suspended or anything. So improper changing lanes, but I also did the aggressive driving enhancement, which it could go up to $500. So the way he's driving way too dangerously. All right, here's the thing. you I got to get cited for improper changing lanes multiple times actually following close improper passing you're very aggressive on what you're doing so there's a box that says aggressive driving box which I checked too even though it's $166 it could go up due to that box up to $500 you understand that because of because of how you were driving very aggressive you shouldn't be doing that >> okay so yes take care within 30 days if not let's say we'll suspend your license you have options in this pink form choose one or hire a lawyer. All right. Carry your license, too. Next time you have to have it on you just like I have my license with me all the time. All right. Have a good day. Thank you. Motor 5 copy of 50 sample and 441. It's a Florida tag color Land Rover. Looks like we're walking in traffic. >> Stay in the car. Get back in the car. Pull the window down. All right. Biggest piece of advice I'm going to give you is stay in the vehicle. All right. Close the door. All right. >> I'm from the bottom of number two things, man. Number one, it's not safe for you to get out of the vehicle into traffic. All right. And number two, it's very suspicious to me why you're trying to jump out of the vehicle. All right. Stay in the vehicle. It's not safe for you to be outside the vehicle. All right. I'm Officer Whist Coral Springs Police Department. stops audio and video recorded. The reason why I stopped you is you pulled out onto 441 from the plaza. That's a stop sign there. You did not make a complete stop. Once you got out into traffic, you're making lane changes in traffic without a signal. You're required to make a signal your lane change when you're changing, you know, tra uh lanes and traffic there. All right. To let the other vehicles know what you're doing. Do you have your driver's license on you? >> That's fine. You can grab it. >> Is the car registered to you? >> Yeah, it's a rental >> a rental car. Okay. You have a Florida license? >> I have a Bahama license. >> You have a Bahama license. Okay. Do you have your passport on you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Go ahead and grab your passport. >> This is my >> Yeah. Go ahead. You can grab it. >> Who's the rental car through? >> Alamo. >> Alamo. All right. Just here on vacation. >> Business. >> Business. Got you. >> See back in Obama. When you get pulled over, you're supposed to come out the block. >> Oh god. Why would they want you to do that? >> Liable to get run over by somebody out here. All right, let's see. Very good. All right, let me check your license real quick. Okay, so it's a rental car. He's here on business from the Bahamas. So, he does have his Bahamas driver's license or Bohemian driver's license and his passport. So um you can operate a vehicle in the United States uh with an out of country driver's license as long as that driver's license is printed in English. You have the uh license that the federal government gives out that just basically transfers your information into English. So if it's not in English, it has to you have to have the one that's um given by the US that is printed in English. So uh the Bahamas driver's licenses are in English, so that's good. And then you have to have your passport on you as well, which he does, which it all looks good. Just check the vehicle, but what we're going to do is just check and make sure he doesn't have a Florida license or an ID number issued to him. If he's ever been to the US before or to Florida and been issued a traffic citation, um, they'll automatically give you a number in Florida. So, let's just make sure that he doesn't have like a suspended license or something like that in Florida. Make sure he doesn't have any warrants. Looks good here. I'm just going to give him a warning. Uh, basically what he did, he's coming out of a side plaza. Uh, there's a stop sign there. So, he slowed, but he did not come to a complete stop. Pulled out into traffic and then while he's southbound on 441, uh, he was changing lanes, not using a signal. So, um, and then obviously I stopped him here. He jumped out of the vehicle. Um he's getting out right into the lanes of travel over here which is unsafe. This is why I advise them to stay in the vehicle. Um anytime you're being stopped by the police, just stay in the vehicle. Don't get out of the vehicle. It just looks suspicious like you're possibly going to run. Um and then obviously if you're stepping out towards traffic, you never know somebody's not paying attention, they could hit you, especially when it's wet out. So we give him his information back and send him on his way. All right, sir. Here's your information back. All right. Just like I said, just make sure anytime there's a stop sign on, complete stop. And then if you're changing lanes in the tra in the traffic right here, just make sure you're using your signal, right? Just signal the lane change. All right. All right, man. Drive safe. >> Tango 30 1050 light change. Make it sample and ridge. >> 65 on the 40. It's a black and shape pickup truck. on time traffic. >> Good afternoon, officer by the Rama calls for police department. We just want to stop you. We're going 65 on the 40. Yes. Now in the middle through lane have license, registration, insurance, please. >> Mhm. >> You speak Spanish? >> Yes. >> Okay. Coral Springs. So we were facing west on sample doing traffic enforcement stationary seen this black truck in the middle true lane going 65 so well 40 so that's when I started to stop it over is $281. >> Yeah he said he's uh going to a job and he's late so that's why he was going fast. 50200 wild. >> Hello, I'm officer Whis Coral Springs Police Department. Stop audio video recorded. Reason why I'm stopped is you're traveling 51 miles an hour. This is a 35 mph zone. All right. And the roadway is wet, man. Is there any reason for the speed today? >> Uh, I thought it was a 45. I was not aware. >> Gosh. Yeah, it's 35 mph or anything south of Royal Palm. So there's there's no 45 mph speed on anywhere on Riverside Drive in Spring. So >> I don't use Gotcha. Is the car registered to you? >> Uh it's my father. >> Okay. Do you have the registration with you? >> Yeah, it looks like that's it right on top there. >> All right. >> No problem. You have the insurance card with you on your phone? Okay. >> Insurance should be the same information from when it was registered though, as far as you know. >> Uh I believe so. >> Hasn't changed. Okay. >> I'm not sure. >> All right. >> If it would be, it' be in here. Uh, insurance for 1075. >> Uh, no. That's the old registration. >> All right. Let me just check your license real quick. Okay. I'll be right back with you. All righty. So, we're doing stationary enforcement here on Riverside Drive. We've been getting some uh complaints of people exceeding the speed limit down through here. And uh this individual is today. So, he's doing 51 miles an hour. It's a 35 mph zone. Um, and it is slightly raining. It's a little little drizzly down here. So, the roadway is wet. Uh, which makes it more dangerous. So, if you have to apply the brakes to slow down because you're exceeding the speed limit and you could end up in a in a slide and slide off the road or slide into a vehicle. So, we're just going to check the vehicle information real quick. Looks like it's registered to his father. Tag is good. Information's on file or insurance is on file. License is good. He's at a Boon Beach. Said he wasn't aware of the uh speed limit. I thought it was a 45 mph zone, not a 35 mph zone. All right, here's your license and the registration back. All right, I'm going to give you a break on the speed today cuz that's a moving violation that accumulates points. You're not familiar with the area. But just slow down. If you're not Yes, >> sir. >> 100% sure what the speed is, slow down until you can figure out what the speed is. So, usually if you're catching up on other vehicles or passing them, that usually means that you're probably exceeding the speed limit if you don't know what the speed limit is. All right. So, um, I did issue an, uh, citation for proof of insurance. It's not a moving violation. You can take care of it in the next 30 days. The information on how to do that in this pink mailer. It's going to be in this section right here down here on the right. Make sure in the future you do carry the insurance card with you. If you get in a car accident in Florida and you don't have proof of insurance with you, it's a criminal violation. You have to show up in court. All right? It's a mandatory court appearance. So, just make sure you get that from your dad. Either put it on your phone, put it in the glove box somewhere so you have it on you. Okay. >> Thank you, sir. >> All right. Drive safe. All right. >> Tango 310 55,000 University. >> Good afternoon. Officer by the Rama Police Department. The reason why I stopped you, you hit 65 on the 40. Yes. Now, license, registration, insurance. Please give me your license. Can you take that out from that pamphlet, please? And your registration, please, sir. All right. Why are you going so fast, sir? >> I'm actually >> late for work. Okay. working. >> Okay, just give me a minute. Thank you. We're doing traffic for university again. Obviously, he was going northbound and going 65 on the 40 and late to work. A lot of people are late to work today. All right, sir. This is a citation for going 25 over. You're going as fast as long as on this roadway. Now, this ticket within 30 days is a $281 ticket. Uh your options, choose one or hire a lawyer. Got to be careful around here, though. All right. >> All right. Thank you. No problem. Huh? motor five capia 50. It's going to be sample and ridge Good morning. I'm officer W at Coral Springs Police Department. The reason why I stopped you is you're traveling uh 57 miles an hour. It's 40 m hour on Ser Road and he passed me there. >> So, just let you know the stops audio and video recorded. Um see, >> I have no excuse. Honestly, my speed is a little bit messed up cuz I be tired, but it I could see I was a little Yeah, gotcha. Is uh Christopher your dad? >> Yes, sir. Okay. All right. Just hang on to that for me. All right. You still living Davey? >> Yes, sir. >> You do? Let me check your license real quick. >> All righty. So, um, so you're driving the truck here. He's coming up behind us. I noticed that he was, uh, moving a little faster in traffic. Got him on radar doing 57. As he passed me, he started to slow down a little bit. So, um, stopped him out here. obviously, you know, wet, rainy conditions. Speed limits 40 mph on Sample Road, right where we're at. Um, said he just wasn't paying attention. Didn't really have an excuse for the speed. All right, sir. Your license back and issue a warning for the speed. Just slow it down next time. All right. Especially out here with the roads being wet. >> All right. >> Thank you. >> Yep. Have a good one. Drive safe. Okay. >> All right. Right now, we're heading to uh Officer uh Jennings. Motor 3. Guess he he just stopped somebody and he needs help with translation. So, we're gonna go help him out. 10:03 97. So, there he is. Probably from blocking the intersection. Hey, block an intersection. >> Yeah, it's for blocking intersection. Thank you. >> You want to let her know? >> Yes. DC30 when tell why. Yes. But uh he's going to give me a a ticket. I said, "Oh, it it's all his decision." So it's not me. I'm just letting you know why he stopped you. >> All right. So All right. So that car right there that uh the the motor 3 the motorcycle motorman stop was blocking the intersection over here uh you just can't block the roadways somebody from going impinged traffic we call it at all then people can't maneuver or maneuver around and get into a crash so Spanish speaker so I translated her he did issue a citation for blocking the intersection and I explained to her her options how much and uh she had to take care with than 30 days. And that was it. She said, "Okay, thank
