she's on her way to get the kids okay okay so this other deputy's gonna hang out here with them we're gonna start going back to the office do you know phone numbers to be able to call someone when children but at least you can't say he wasn't honest during this interaction he racked up four charges including driving while Under the Influence three counts of aggravated DWI with children in the vehicle three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and operating a motor vehicle without a license when taking on scene via breathalyzer his blood alcohol content was recorded at .24 triple the legal limit when taken at the station hours later his blood alcohol had dropped to 0.17 still more than double the legal limit at that time his three children were safely picked up on scene by their uncle Child Protective Services was notified of the incident and a report was filed John was eventually released to a sober third party do you think Jon's honesty should be a factor when
