hello I'm officer tring with Co Springs police I stopped you because of the speed okay sorry about that you're going 75 mph and 45 is everything okay where you heading to right now home okay you got to be careful man cuz and you have a CDL all right so you know the rules with like CDLs and stuff right with speeding tickets so why are you driving so fast I'm trying to get home quick quick because I got a girl waiting on me like a girlfriend oh okay must be a pretty hot date then if you're going that fast so in Florida how it works with cdl's commercial driver's licenses is it's very strict but he's going 30 miles over the speed limit um it doesn't just because I write him a ticket though doesn't mean it's instantly going to be a suspended license or he'll never be able to work again but the state doesn't play games with taking it lightly with speeding because these people drive large trucks for a living and they know that when they go to CDL school the instructors tell them hey don't speed because if you do and you get issued a citation your CDL could get suspended indefinitely which he knows but 75 and 45 all right here's your stuff back I am missing a citation I can't give you a break for 30 over it's too fast um how it works is because you're going 30 mil over the speed limit in Florida it's a mandatory court appearance so you have to go to court or you can talk to a traffic attorney and hire one and they essentially represent you on your behalf all right all right no problem I understand I'm just holding that I get it but you just please be careful you're driving a truck man all right be safe man yep traffic hello officer try coings please good thank you the problem was you were going 42 and a 25 and that's why I stopped you literally watching it I was going 37 no you not not when you uh were in front of me you were going 42 and the speed was 25 like I said said so anyway do you have your license on you and registration Insurance please uh I went up to him and he was argumentative about how fast he was going he told me he was going 37 even though he's going 42 in a residential area Ramblewood Drive which is a 25 mph Zone I've stopped him before and my partner Viv has stopped him before and he wasn't very happy to see me when I walked up to him so we're going to look at his license and see what uh what the deal is wow a lot of tickets so your licens is here I'm issing one Citation for the speed you have three options they're in the blue M and you have 30 days you said you poed me at 41 42 42 yes sir he said it was 41 passed and well maybe when you passed him it was 41 but when I was behind you was 42 42 all right yes sirate yes sir try thank [Music] you
