for her we have to do a thorough investigation all right if that means we have to get a search warrant and search your guys' bank records and all your transaction history we got to do that all right I this is I it really appears that you're able to get her information and you send yourself money into your account like I told her I was like I'll obviously I'll it's not about that right now okay it's saw this opportunity did you go into account take money out of her account put it into your account nothing intentional have you ever done that no my can you go to your zel transactions yeah this some money you didn't have to steal it good afternoon this is Deputy W from FL County Sheriff's Office trying to reach Don W speaking there's more things than I'm finding that he took I had $176 in my bag and when I went to the Dollar Store and I opened my wallet I had a dollar in there and then he took my bed bath and be on credit card and I went to Target yesterday I got a credit card but it was missing Mr Trinkle Almost Got Away With The Fast One on Donna until one month after this incident he was served with the felony warrant and was forced to turn himself into jail on two charges including felony grand theft and felony identity theft of a person over 60 years old just hours later he was released on a $3,000 Bond despite having admitted to taking the money he pleed not guilty after being presented with with the prosecution's evidence he pled no contest to both charges the judge withheld adjudication and instead ordered him to pay restitution to Donna in the amount of $10.6 th000 and was sentenced to 8 years of probation with conditions including having no contact with the victim mandatory moral reconation therapy and no unsupervised work with elderly or disabled adults less than 2 years later he wrote a letter to the judge asking to Grant him early termination of his probation he complained about the fact that he had lost his job with the Department of Children and Families this is my calling and how difficult it has been to be exposed by the local news Outlet well Mr Trinkle you've now been exposed to YouTube congratulations the judge granted his request and is no longer on probation was Spencer justified in taking Donna's cash to help out his own sick children or should he have simply asked her for financial help be sure to leave your opinion in the
