On October 24th, [music] 2025, just after 1:00 in the morning, an officer began following a blue sedan with a temporary tag that was so obstructed he couldn't read it. The tag had a dark frame around it and didn't show what state it came from. As the vehicle approached an intersection, several pedestrians were standing on the corner waiting to [music] cross. The driver failed to yield to them and made his turn anyway. Seeing the violation, the officer paused to let the pedestrians cross, then activated his lights to conduct a traffic [music] stop. Here's what happened next. I have a number. Uh, we don't know what state it is from, but it's obstructed. I I'll go ahead and give you what I have so far. So, Zelma one temp uh on a blue Nissan four-door sedan times two. >> Hello, I'm Officer Lopez with USPD. The reason I stopped your vehicle, you failed to yield the rightway to the pedestrians crossing the street. So I don't know if you all if you live here in the state of Florida but pedestrians they have to ride away when they have the green light which is for you when you are going either direction you have to wait for the pedestrians to cross. >> Okay. Are you talking about this turn this corner over here? >> Yes sir. On Caroline and and street. >> Okay. So I stopped and I was going probably 2 m an hour through that. There was nobody walking. >> People are they were crossing. They had the rightway. They had the rightway. I stopped for them. >> They They stopped for me. They The one waved me. >> They have to ride away. >> But that doesn't matter. One waved me out. >> Okay. You're not going to tell me how I do my job. I need your driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance. >> Imagine waved through. >> Imagine being waved out by a Okay, I need to talk to your sergeant. I want to I want to talk. >> The only reason why I call a sergeant is either when you get tased or I take you down or I'll pull you out of the car. So, which one is going to be though? >> I do I do want to talk to a supervisor. >> You either get out of the car or I will pull you out of the car right now. >> No, officer. You can't do that. You can't do that. Officer. >> Okay. Whoa. >> Get out of the car. >> Whoa. >> Sir, hands behind your back. >> Place your feet apart. >> Watch the other one. >> Yep. Dang, just made this a lot more complicated. Pull out of the the driver out of the vehicle by the documentation and have a second. Uh, go ahead and pull him out, too, because I don't know if you have any weapons and who are they calling to get over here. >> Yep. >> All right. Come on out for me. >> Uh, no, sir. I don't feel comfortable coming out of the car with >> Okay. Well, you're going to have to. >> I'm on White Street. >> Okay. You can come out. >> No, sir. >> Yes, sir. No. >> Okay. >> We're coming out, >> sir. Either you stop or you stop. You have an option in this. >> All right, sir. >> We're coming out, sir. We're coming out. YOU ARE CURRENTLY HERE. >> WHOA. HEY, >> I told you. >> I NEED A SERGEANT NOW. >> ALL RIGHT. >> STOP. >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not resisting. I'm literally No, that's you guys. You're >> If you don't give me your hand, you will be tased. >> No, that's you three. You three are fighting each other right now. >> So, I need two of you to get out. >> Let's figure out the shirt situation. >> No, I am calm. It's these three. They're fighting each other for control. I was fighting you. >> No, I'm I wasn't even fighting. >> I was just staying in the car and then when you got me out, I got out. >> But it was you three. >> There you go. Cool. >> Did you just rip my shirt? >> Yeah. Started getting in handcuffs. Get on your side. Sit up for me. >> All right. There you go. >> For what? I literally told you we got waved by pedestrians. >> Bel, we just This is something we have to deal with. Okay. >> Go ahead. >> I have no idea why we got waved by the pedestrian. >> I know this is I don't don't talk to them at all. >> It doesn't even Where's your ID at, sir? >> Like, we got waved by the pedestrian to move forward. So, I don't even see how it was illegal. >> Okay, sir. Either you are going to stop man so aggressively and be a civil officer or I'm going to have a sergeant on you. >> Okay. >> Because currently you are in breach of your civil duty. >> Okay, sir. What is your first name? >> Vincent. >> Okay. Vincent. >> Middle name. But we got >> your ID out of >> uh North Carolina. It's my first. Thank you for calming down. But I don't know who the first officer was, but he escalated that situation. I do not appreciate that at all. >> Uh again, North Carolina. And when we told him that, he got aggressive saying, "Don't tell me I have to do my job or I or I will um have to pull you out." And then my fiance exercised his right to call for a supervisor for intervention because he was getting really trying to aggressive. And then he said, "The only reason the only uh reasons I will call my sergeant is either or I tase you, I take you down, or I pull you out of the >> Just because you want something doesn't mean we have to. We don't if it's just a simple travel stop. >> Well, that's the thing. >> You got to understand that just because you say I I want a supervisor, we don't need to close. >> Well, no, but the thing is is that we have literal we feel this is an illegal stop. So, we needed a supervisor to >> the supervisor can't he can't fix anything that we seen ourselves. You get me? >> Well, yeah. But here's the thing. He wasn't taking any sides of the story. He just he was doing his [ __ ] No. >> We're not here. We're not here to take sides. with your fing or you don't keep talking. >> Well, are you going to understand? Cuz like I'm not trying to say like it's not about basis. He's not taking full sides. >> You don't take sides. >> No, full sides. Like the entire situation in >> a crime committed, we act on it. If a traffic violation is committed, we act on it. And then >> upon the traffic stop, we investigated. >> Regardless of who go back and forth, we still have to get a side. >> Okay. You say something happened, he seen something. Okay. At the end of the day, it don't matter. It's a super simple travel subject. You guys have to comply, be easy, and that's it. >> Yeah, but he wasn't doing that. He He He didn't even do He didn't like I could tell like he didn't even think it was investigation. He literally just did it. >> Every traffic stops investigation. >> Well, that's the thing. It wasn't feeling like that. It was feeling >> It's not going to feel like it because that's the thing. >> Everybody does Everybody does everything different. She does a chunk stuff different. I do a chalk stuff. He does Everybody does their own chalk stuff different. Everybody talks different. Everybody deliver some message, >> right? But >> but if you guys are above him, I can already how you how many you were talking. I can tell why he acted. >> Oh, I wasn't even talking to him. >> I wasn't talking to him. That was my fiance. >> Oh, that's your fiance. >> Yeah. >> How many years? >> Two years. >> Two good years or two? >> Uh, two good years. >> I'm trying to get there. >> It's It's one of the mo most important lessons I can tell you. There's going to be a lot of moments where you'll fight, but if if not just patience, but there's going to be fights. You're going to have fights that are going to question everything. If you can look upon that person even as you fight, and it is good memories, they're worth it. >> Yeah. Oh, and always always try to negotiate them. Try to get them out of their comfort zone responsibly to get them to experience things like you would like as well. But it's a thing. But I really don't like that. >> Listen. >> Oh no. I'm I just got manhandled by three different people and I got accused of resisting, but they were fighting amongst themselves for control. That was just crazy. I'm like, what the are you guys doing? You're fighting each other. >> This is like [laughter] a shot, too, right? >> Yes. I was like, I'm not even I'm not even moving. You guys are the ones moving me. [laughter] >> It's crazy. >> But yeah, >> so you told him to step to step out. He refused right >> several times. >> Oh, and don't forget uh you also pressed my wrist into my home. >> I did pain compliance to try to get you out of the car, which still you refused. >> I still didn't feel safe. >> And you had to be physically removed. >> So I didn't. Let's go with your first name again. >> Uh, it's Vincent. V I N C E N T. >> Okay. And >> did >> you get that wrong? >> N. And last name. >> Where in the car would your driver's license be? >> Uh, driver's side in the uh cup holder. >> Okay. >> If not, it's in the other one. >> Driver side cup holder. There should be >> it's a BB. Uh, so left side there should be a button on it above the trigger guard. or right side. Sorry, wrong side. It is a triangless button on the right side. Sorry, that's the left side. It's on the right side. >> Stand up for me. >> Hold one second. I need to get my >> There you go. >> All right. >> All right. Let's put you in my car. >> I mean, if you want me to have shoes on, at the very least, my sandals are on. And I don't have anything in your pockets that's going to poke me. >> No, I just have my phone. >> Okay. >> I don't usually keep around. That's because I don't want to get robbed. >> While I have my ID and my uh card sit on the edge or on the >> on the seat. You can sit on the seat. >> What up? All right. >> Hang on. Let's just see if you for now. Have you taken anything tonight? What's the deal? Nothing. >> Okay. >> I'm I'm clean as a whistle. I'm apparently 20, so I can't really take anything cuz legality. >> So, I'll tell you this straight up. >> If you guys would have just been chill, it would have just been a verbal warning. You would enjoyed the rest of your vacation. >> Yeah. >> Going back to your hotel, that would have been the end of the situation. >> Well, that's the thing. That's what we were trying to say is that we got way through. But >> so, we have to be able to identify you. But I guess your friend wasn't willing to provide identification. >> Well, no, it was he didn't give time for any kind of um what's it called? The um the um what's the word that you guys take in investigations on the sides? The the um the um >> my ADHD is uh >> statements. That's it. Statements. He didn't give time for statements. So we couldn't tell him appropriately that we were wait through. He just escalated. >> Okay. >> So next thing when an officer tells you to get out of a vehicle on a traffic stop. >> Well, I didn't feel like Well, that's the thing. I didn't even feel like it was a traffic stop. I just felt like it was >> abs I hate to say it, but corruption. >> This is 100% a traffic stop. >> I just it didn't feel like it. Like honestly, I felt like we were being targeted for something. I don't know what, but I it didn't feel right to me. So, I didn't feel safe at all. Motor vehicle. >> The officer has his lights on. >> Well, that's Well, that's another thing. We also He was honking aggressively, but we couldn't really park safely, so we kind of had to go to a stop sign, then go to the left. So, where we parked is like after three times he tried to get us to or I'm going to assume he said he attempted to know. >> I don't want to hit your hand. >> Sorry. >> The supervisor. >> Yes. >> Oh, yeah. >> Go ahead. You requested one. >> I did. Um I was we were both had a pedestrian wave us through that road. >> Okay. and we were perfectly fine to go. I even stopped at a green light and that should all be on whatever dash camera you guys use. >> That would be on his dash camera if that's what you're saying. >> And as for him pulling me out of the car because I was refusing to show ID. That's not what I was doing. >> Okay. I was telling him that I wanted a supervisor and and I'm I have the legal right to ask for a supervisor. You do, but you also have to pro provide the documents that he's asking for regardless if the supervisor is present. Do you understand that? >> Yes, sir. I do. >> But you did not. >> It I was there was a a whole situation there. I was asking for you. I had her in my ear. I had my cousin in my ear. And I was doing it. I was also asking for a supervisor. I didn't mean for any of this to escalate to where it has. I got family in law enforcement. I I I really do believe in what you guys do. Okay. Not a bad person, >> but you started it with an argument with the officer. Instead of just allowing the the process to happen, >> I all I was telling him is that we were we were waved over by a pedestrian. He said he pulled me over because I didn't yield to pedestrians and I know I did. So that's I wasn't trying to start an argument. I was trying to be like, "Hey, that's not what happened." because we were waved over by the pedestrian. >> Okay. >> Sorry. Can I help you? Tell me that. >> Okay, that's fine. I think you're good cuz Jorge's in the front. >> I >> That vehicle's not even registered. >> It It is. >> That tag says valid only in the state of North Dakota. You're in Florida right now. >> I got I was talking with the DMV this morning. They said I was perfectly legal to drive on a temp tag in another state because I have hard plates waiting for me up there. But the tag says only valid in North Dakota. >> But temp tags you're legally allowed to drive in other states. >> Okay. >> That's a temp tag from the DMV. >> It says >> only in Northakota. >> I'm telling you what the woman from the DMV told me this morning. >> All right. >> The DMV where? >> The North Dakota DMV. >> Okay. You have North Carolina driver's licenses? >> Yes, I do. Um the whole story behind that car is actually a little complicated, but I can guarantee you it's not stolen. The VIN comes back to my fiance's name. >> Okay. Your fiance is >> Vincent >> in the other car. >> Yes. >> And we bought that car in Kentucky in December of last year. And the person that sold it to us was her uncle. He was the finance manager >> and he ended up screwing something up on the paperwork and we never received the plates. >> Okay. >> We were using temporary registration from North Carolina. We decided to move go up to North Dakota and that's when we got the temp tag from them. >> We are traveling right now. We're trying to figure out where to move to, but before we do go put a bunch of money down on an apartment. So, >> just saying there is some sort of valid registration for that vehicle somewhere in our system. >> There is. If you look up, >> do we have to run the VIN number then to verify that? >> You're That's what So, I was pulled over by a sheriff last night over in West Palm Beach who told me the same thing. It ran the bin and it came back to a hard plate registration in North Dakota. >> In North Dakota. Okay. And you just don't have the North Dakota tag yet? Is that that's why it's a temporary tag? >> Yes, sir. We were traveling when they mailed it out and it's waiting for me at my old address up in North Dakota. >> Okay, >> sir. I promise you I didn't mean for any of this to get where it has. >> Unfortunately, that's where we are right now, though. I I don't have a record and I'm I'm asking like if there's no weapons in the car, but I know you guys have to do your due diligence anyway. >> We do. >> Um the BB gun in that car is going to get you shot. >> What? >> Because it doesn't have any sort of markings on it that shows that it's some sort of BB gun. >> So, you have to be careful with that. I'm just giving you forewarning cuz you're in Florida now >> and Florida laws have changed. There's lots of open carries everywhere. >> I understand. Okay. >> Um we do something like that. >> I get it. But at the same time, if it looks real, >> I know >> someone could take it as real. That's just a forewarning. >> We bought it in North Carolina for your benefit. >> That's what the state trooper in North Carolina told us. He was like, "Listen, it looks like a real Glock, so just be careful." So >> yeah, you you definitely do. >> Um but doing Door Dash, you got to have some kind of long distance protection. You know what I mean? >> I get it. >> Crazy crazy world we're living in. Are actually going to jail? >> I'm going to go talk to that other officer real quick. >> Come on up. I know >> when you move the passenger out of the vehicle was the situation when you took them out. >> What was the situation when you took the passenger out as the passenger to come out of the vehicle last several more times continue to fire the only way to >> paint still refused with the wrist lock. >> Okay. And then start to pull on the arm assisted pulling back console and then we got here on the ground more. >> Okay. That was it. >> Yep. >> Any injuries? Any complaints of injuries from the subject? >> I'll go around and talk to him. Okay. Come on with me. Hello. What's your name? >> Uh, Vincent. Vincent. >> Oh, yeah. That's a Nash. Oh, damn. >> A what? >> Uh, Nash. I I have a speech impediment. So, whatever I say, don't take it. >> [laughter] >> and uh um the um the um however the word that is how you pronounce things. >> Okay, I got you. >> That's articulation. >> Yes, thank you. I have so bad and I've been unmedicated cuz well I didn't really realize my mother had insurance past I was 18 so I really thought I was cut off. >> Okay. >> So I haven't been medicated. >> So you haven't been medicating in a while? >> I haven't been medicating for 2 years. >> Two years. Okay. Well that's a waste, right? it. Hey, I I did it responsibly though. I weaned myself off until it expired. So, I did it safely at the very least. I didn't do a cold turkey. I just weaned. >> Okay. Can you explain to me what happened at the car? The officers when they asked you to get out? >> Uh, so basically, um, well, I have to do the entire thing cuz I the entire thing. >> The entire thing did not feel safe at all. Not even particularly >> reasonable. Uh, so my fiance was driving. He took a left. I'm just paying attention to my phone. It's a normal night. I really don't care >> what I'm doing. I'm with him. That's all that matters cuz >> apparently our life is in shambles. And now this is >> well breaking up the camel's back, but that's another story. >> Um, >> basically we took a left. Then I see the lights and the off and the the cruiser. I didn't know that. I still don't know the police officer's name because I can't hear that well either. Yeah, >> I'm terrible. >> It's all [laughter] right. Don't worry about it. >> No, it's fine. It's fine. Anyway, back on track cuz my dumb ass. Um, anyho, so he's the cruiser is hing uh honk uh >> I'm sorry. Um >> signaling for you guys to pull over. >> No, no, no, no. Uh the the um >> the lights are on at the >> lights. Yeah, the lights are on. And then um um the um um um words siren sirening aggressively, but we didn't have a safe place for him. and us to pull over. >> Okay. >> So, this is that's the car that that's where the car is. >> Okay. Yep. >> That >> I got you. I'm tracking. >> That's safe. That got it. And then he came over and he was he told us the reason of not yielding to a pedestrian but and then immediately without getting anything else out of us uh for identification all that >> we took it upon ourselves to explain oh we got signaled by the uh pedestrian to move over cuz that's what happens and he doesn't lie he doesn't like bothering cops even if he's in trouble so he really doesn't do bad things not illegal ever because he hates wasting police's time. He even if he's in trouble where you guys are doing your job, he still views it as a waste of your time. So >> that's that's how he felt. So he so if he says that he got passed by or passed by by a pedestrian to go through, >> he will go through. He will not take a second guess to look. He's >> one and done. >> Quick and painless. Everybody goes about their day. But then he the officer in question >> his tone. >> Okay. >> Immediately hostility I can tell cuz I play a lot of COD in all that other game. So I >> I know aggression when I hear it because of the aggressive games. >> So >> he switched immediately like he became the stance aggressive. >> Okay. >> His right arm went to his utility belt immediately >> and his right arm went to my door or not my door. He was on the driver's side. Sorry, the door of the driver's side. God, >> no worries. Doris, I got you. >> Um, anywh who and uh so because of that, my fiance requested supervisor and officer denied stating the only reason why I called my supervisor because I'm tasing you, taking you down, or pulling you out of the car in the same aggressive tone. Um, and then my fiance was like, "No, uh, that doesn't matter." Cuz he he has family all over. He talks to him regularly, so >> he knows things I don't know. I don't know if he knew >> I don't know anything. Anyh who, he knows everything. So, he requested for a supervisor again. >> And the officer being like, "Okay, get the out of the car." immediately those words and opened the door, pulled pulled him out, slam and roughly slammed him on uh the door uh car. >> Gotcha. >> And so I immediately realized, oh [ __ ] this is not good cuz this officer is not being absolute >> neutrality. He's already having a aggressive basis. So he's against us. He's not doing investigation neutrality by that point. So, I was like, "Oh [ __ ] I need to get a supervisor here on my own because he's not doing it." So, I called 911. >> Um, so if a dispatcher is like, "What's going on with this person?" That was me. I called immediately. >> Gotcha. >> Um, and then the officer that was here, officers, this one, this one that was sitting here that you were talking to, he came over. He was like, "Okay, you need to step out of the car." I'm like, "No, I don't feel safe." Because I didn't feel safe at that point. I don't even >> feel safe that I am going to be treated fairly. I didn't even want to leave the vehicle for my safety. I didn't even want to leave the car door unlocked, but my ADHD forgot to press the button. So, even then, it would have been unsafe. I It's just at that moment, anything I did or thought of, it ended with me being more frightened. So, I did that. He did the uh as he stated, he got tried to get me out. Then the pain compliance with the wrist lock. Wrist lock. He did do that. It hurt a lot, but I was more afraid of him and every other officer that was coming around, >> okay, >> than the wrist. The my fear was my life, >> okay, >> more than anything else. So, I wasn't even compliant because I was scared. >> Okay. >> So, that's the only reason why I fought him to stay in my car is because >> I don't feel safe at all. So fear >> eventually flight and fight. I went fight. >> Okay. >> And I'm sorry to say it, but that's one of my because I've been exposed to so much >> reactions, right? >> Well, yeah. But the problem is I will choose fight more than I choose flight simply because >> of the aggressive gaming. I hate to say it. I do >> play it >> a lot of my in my life. I started it young. I still play it to this day. So fighting is basically >> behaviorally installed I would like to say. So, and then I got pulled out with again he said as the officer did state he got assistance but then immediately after I saw I looked to my left cuz I wanted to make sure >> no one was coming from my left to kick me cuz I was in the middle of the sidewalk. >> I see another officer come in. I feel someone on my right. They're all on my back. >> Okay. >> And they keep yelling stuff resisting but I'm not moving. My arms are moving. Sure. But I'm feeling different forces from different directions. Like I'm like >> okay. But it wasn't even me doing it. It was them. I'm like, "Stop moving. You're the ones fighting each other. I'm not moving. I'm not resisting." Right. >> So, that's that. And that's probably where I got this >> the little >> Yeah. From the the Yeah, from being thrown into the pavement. This probably went >> I really don't know. >> Is that the only thing that >> That's all I feel. Yeah. I I feel other than that, this is the only spot that I'm feeling pain in. So, I should be fine. >> On the on the on the knee. >> Yeah. Other than that, I feel fine. >> Gotcha. Um, >> do you mind if I get a picture of your fine? Uh, just >> uh, actually shine. No, no, no. You don't need >> I don't want to shine directly on it because otherwise it'll wash it out. >> Yeah. No. Closer. Closer to the center is where you'll get better lighting. >> Okay. >> Uh, center center. I see. >> Yeah. The center of your flashlight. You'll get better lighting there. Right there. And then >> Yeah, but it washes it washes out. >> Well, not the center center. Near the center. Now, >> no, I got you. >> Tilt your phone a little lower. There you go. Perfect. Perfect. There we go. >> Yeah, I do right there. >> Uh we didn't even know this was a thing until going to the several mile bridge. >> What's that? >> Uh the this uh festival that's over here. We didn't even know it was a thing. >> Yeah, >> we never knew. >> Yeah, it's >> a well-kept secret, I guess. >> No, no, we >> not that wellkept. >> No, it's not a secret. We're that out touch of face. We're not We're not This has been going on for 20 years. It's not something >> This is our first time being here. So, we don't know anything. >> Never been down to the Keys before. Never been to Florida before. >> I've been to Florida as a child, but that was from in it's a you know how um families are with their kids being enclosed and things. >> I had that life basically. I was inclined in things. They revealed what they wanted me to. >> Well, I'm going to I'm going to educate you a little bit here. Okay. Just so you know. So, I educated your friend as well. >> Your fiance. I'm sorry. >> No, no, no. You're perfectly fine. No one knows. So, >> as far as is when you're in Florida and what Florida cuz when you're in Florida, you go by Florida laws. Correct. >> So, when officer conducts a traffic stop, whether you agree with them or not, >> right? And you request the information to be provided during the traffic stop. >> Okay. And you refuse to give that information. >> It's not that we didn't never said the word no. We never did. And we never got even got a chance to say yes or no. Okay. >> We were just explaining before we handed it the our side of the story. So that way he may have it for his report. >> Okay. >> So we were just trying to be helpful and he took it well aggressively as I stated which is why I was in fear of my life. >> K there I wasn't there for that. >> No no that's why I'm telling you I can say is is that as far as everything that I understand. >> Yeah. >> It wasn't provided and it wasn't it wasn't >> basically offered immediately when the officer asked for it. It wasn't given up. The supervisor was requested. explain to you the the reason supervisor typically come to the scene. It's not not providing ID is not one of those reasons because that's a requirement. It's just a requirement of having a driver's license. You have it pulled over. That's your responsibility. You're supposed to to to give those documents, right? Regardless, you could fight it in court all day long. You do >> 100%. But that wasn't really >> not doing it is is would be in the state of Florida considered resisting. Okay. Then there's Pennsylvania versus men. That's a federal law. Okay. Federal law says that if I request you step out of the vehicle, you have to step out of the vehicle on a traffic stop. You do. And that's US law, right? That went all the way through the Supreme Court. On the other side of it, if you're a passenger in the vehicle on a traffic stop federally, and it's called Maryland versus Wilson, if you're told to step out of the vehicle on a traffic stop, you have to comply with that order. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you have to understand the minute the minute you don't do those things, >> you're resisting. And that's and that's federal case law. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. So, that's kind of where we're at right now because once they tell you to get out and you don't, >> you now you're violating that law. Do you understand? Yeah. Okay. >> And in the in the circumstance, I was more scared. >> No. And I get it. I can understand where you're coming from on that. Okay. But beyond that little scratch on your knee or Okay. >> Yeah. I don't feel anything. I'm weird with my body, but with pain, I can feel where I'm hurt and I'm not feeling anything else. >> The sting on the knee. Okay. >> It's more annoying and probably talk to this officer over here again. Go ahead and put your foot back in the car for me. Okay. Yep. >> Thank you very much. >> Yeah, you're welcome. >> You can step out. Turn around and face the car. to your left. That way. This way. And we're going to go that way. Can you tell me where my fiance is? >> I don't know. We'll be here at one point. Is it normal that you take people in for this? The brute force for what? pulling me and my my fiance and I out of the car like that after a traffic stop and I request the documents that I did and they refused to follow instructions that people go to jail for that state of Florida. >> Both occupants were taken into custody on identical resisting charges. After their release, [music] each entered a not-uilty plea and requested a jury trial. Their cases remain open with additional hearings still pending. The driver is also facing separate traffic citations for failing to yield and for careless driving. Those civil cases were filed [music] in traffic court and will be handled alongside the ongoing misdemeanor proceedings. For now, all matters remain unresolved and will continue through the court process. [music] >> I like it when you [music] better say you're feeling the same.
