careful with the speed okay um good on you for hitting the brakes but should have done a little bit faster okay because yeah you guys were hitting 50 for a little bit and then you started to a illegal Lane change this week he's actually teaching a student how to drive it wasn't him driving it's a student new driver so she was going 58 speed Li is 40 they were going 50 for quite some time and then they accelerated to 58 and then eventually they hit the brakes and it was actually the instructor hitting the brakes on the passenger side so we're going to run her license she's a brand new driver and I'm going to make this an education based stop this is uh someone who just got their license a few days ago for their learner permit so we'll just we'll just see if for like hopefully it's all good I'm sure there's no problems with it as long as everything checks out we'll just make it education based okay so look it's just a written warning okay you don't have to do anything with it if I wrote you a ticket though I just want you to know cuz when he's not here you got to keep this in mind it's going to be it would be $256 okay like I said it's not a ticket you don't have to do anything with it doesn't affect your driving history whatsoever but just make this a Learning lesson okay speeds 40 right here please slow it down we met a couple days ago we're pretty much like this thankfully we have a fire station right across the street from here it's Station 43 our primary concern is law enforcement is just to make sure that everybody's out of the house and that uh surrounding buildings or houses are all evacuated just in case it spreads for this case everyone was fine everybody was evacuated safely and even the two dogs inside the house we're mov to the over there this is not the Saw Grass 1 minute please anytime someone's going 30 over on a regular Road not a work Zone not a school zone it's a mandatory court appearance because there's no enhancements so enhancements would be like you're in a work Zone school zone with workers present there's the fines are doubled that's the enhancement here there is no enhancement so in Florida when you go 30 over it's not criminal unlike other states but you have to appear at court you're going to have to go in front of a judge and the driver is going to have to explain in front of a judge why they were driving so fast and then it's up to the judge to decide whether they get points and how much they can charge the person who was speeding M so 76 and 45 weaving in that traffic because he's going to a doctor appointment it's ridiculous here's your stuff back I am issuing you two citations one's going to be for the speeding the other one's for careless driving it's aggressive driving which is what I actually Target out here people driving aggressively where you're driving in a manner where you're more likely cause an accident so because you're going 30 Mi over the speed limit it's a mandatory court date I don't have the court date right now because it's not criminal so what the county does is they're going to send you a letter in the mail to your listed address in Coral Springs and they're going to let you know when your court did is because it's mandatory you have to sign these citations you're not admitting guilt you're just promising to show up or you're promising to have an attorney represent you in the in the court you're going to sign right here for both if you could just give me your right thumb print I take everybody's it's going to be flat firm press in that box with the arrow and then you're going to lift straight up for both of them do you understand the instructions on what I just told you or no sure okay please slow it down okay it's 45 there's no excuse ballsy how you pass a police officer and you're still not wearing your seat Bel I'm issuing Citation for the seat belt you have three options though you can pay it you can go to traffic school or
