plates of an SUV and found that the driver Andre wheeler had a suspended license and several previous convictions of driving with a suspended license he then conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle son it's cold out here I just gave birth to a newborn I don't know what's going on just you know ma'am and the other Deputy will probably tell you as well he found um under 20 G marijuana in the son's pants pocket that the uncle put in so what I got to do with the driver all you need to do is go over there and pick up the vehicle and where's my son he's still over okay so I need to pick up the for drug you didn't say nothing about my son know or any I did ma'am and my body camera was rolling okay whatever no children were harmed in the making of this video but judging by Mom's attitude she's not going to forgive her son anytime soon Alonso the child's uncle was charged with cannabis possession and contributing to the delinquency of a child for stashing drugs in his nephew's pants Andre the child's father was charged with felony child neglect possession of Oxycodone possession of hydromorphone and driving with a suspended license Alonso eventually pled no contest to the charges and was sentenced to 67 days in jail in a separate incident Alonso was also found guilty of battery on a law enforcement officer and Battery SL Dating Violence he was sentenced to 24 months probation and another 40 days in jail most of Andre's charges were dropped and he was only found guilty of driving with a suspended license do you think Andre and Alfonso are as innocent as they say they are
