Bar calls are always fun in a suspect like this. This is one of those cases where it doesn't matter what you say or what you do. As an officer, you are not going to be getting through to this person or be able to have some sort of normal, articulate conversation due to their level of intoxication. And it is very very clear that this suspect is very very inebriated. Right away she commits a crime right in front of this officer by pushing the reporting party or the manager of this bar which is obviously a battery. And then it just goes downhill from there. Now she keeps saying that she was assaulted over and over, but this officer is not able to have a normal conversation with her. And I don't know what actually happened inside the bar. It's notated in the officer's report if they check the security footage or if they talked to any additional witnesses. But what I do know is that neither her nor her boyfriend ever called 911 or law enforcement to report any sort of assault on her. That's all she keeps saying. So that is potentially something that they could look into to see if that's legitimate or not. More than likely wait till she soers up and then see if she wants to provide an additional statement or when it goes to court they can deal with that situation at that point in time. But either way, she did commit a crime in front of this cop and then clearly she wasn't going with the program or listening and this was just the ultimate result. But the fact that her and her boyfriend had both fled the scene prior to this officer's arrival is not a good sign. And also her boyfriend just never returned. So that's fairly indicative of the fact that they are more than likely the ones that have started that situation. But again, I don't know for sure. And that's going to be it for this one.
