was signed by a judge please if you want to give him a cigarette you can we allow that cuz he's being Cooperative with us what what's the charge of solicitation or something solicit solicit a minor attempting to solic M or something like that I think it's attempt or something I don't know detect or multi M do you know the official charge for the warrant I I don't hang money listen listen listen computer and then using a computer know you she was a minor okay I mean that's what court and everything else is for okay but a judge felt that there was enough to sign a warrant for his arrest that's where we are today all right I don't I don't do you know what the bond is think he said 10,000 I think so th000 through b i don't have $1,000 sometimes they do other stuff too I mean that's something you got to call and figure out I I don't believe I just don't believe this I mean you know he goes on you go on these these websites and you it's like you don't know who you're talking to and you KN when once she said her age he immediately stopped talking to her well I'm going to be completely honest not stupid well hang on I'm going to be completely honest with you he didn't completely stop talking to her when she said her age okay so when they give him everything and all the core records and the discovery and all that comes out you'll see exactly what happened okay he's an adult I don't want to throw his business out there but if that's what he's saying don't believe that okay because if that's what happened they have to just hang on they have to show proof of what happened right and what was said and if someone immediately says that they're underage and they quit talking to them then you can't charge someone with that okay right so I would wait for the court process or whatever paperwork he gives you I told you that no one's saying you ever met up with her there's other things that happened there's other things that happened after she told you her age y he even said he thought it was a police that's why he didn't even meet up with her but you still can't go along with and say all the stuff you want to do to an under kid online especially after they tell you how old they are tid do what tidy y I didn't hear I can't believe he would I can't believe he would do that well I mean that look at so they'll have a right to get all the paperwork you know to Discovery through the court process they'll give him copies or to his attorney or whoever he has his defense attorney public defender whoever they'll give him copies and then you'll be able to see if he wants to show you exactly what he wrote you know but he's an adult so he has to make that decision so but I would guarantee you there is more that was done after she set her age okay guarantee after you can you go grab some sandals or something that or some Crocs if he's got any from inside and maybe just a shirt we'll bring it with him shoes in a shirt shoes in a shirt and we'll carry with him an our
