It wasn't you that she was fighting with, right? >> No, it is not me. >> Okay. >> I'm going to get all that information. Okay. >> Okay. >> I'll be a little locked in my restaurant. Don't ask her. >> Okay. Gotcha. >> Rather than my fight against >> you know, please. Good morning. >> Hi. Morning. >> I work in the salon over there. this is my customer was doing. So, she came into work drunk. She didn't want to. She came over cursing and I said, "Please stop. We have customers." So, she kept going on in English, but then she was saying stuff in Spanish that nobody knew but me. There's another girl in there in a client. So, at one point, cuz she had the coffee, I was like, "Okay, she's so drunk. I didn't know if she was going to throw it at me." And she's just going back and forth. So, then I got up with my customer and I left. Then she came out. She put her hand. So, I put I went back at her. It's my girlfriend's daughter. She needs to just leave. She's already fired now. Our boss is in here right now. So then, you know, she's out there again saying, "So I said what I said again. She came at me and I just >> Okay. >> Tell her to leave. Jeff has cameras the two doors down. I talked to them. >> Where did it happen? We're actually >> out here. Out here. Um I went out there in the >> Listen, she's lucky. She's my girlfriend's daughter or I would have dragged her all around this parking lot. I got four kids and six grandkids. I'm not going to deal with her drunk. >> All right. >> It's her birthday and she thinks she owns everything. >> Where do you work? >> I work in this program. >> Excuse me. >> The camera's inside the salon. >> Um, she does, but she's not here right now. Her dog is dying, so I don't know if she can. >> Okay, so let's go back to the salon. >> Well, do you really want me to go out there with her? >> She ain't going to do anything in front of me. I'm going to go my >> Well, if she is, you can go to jail. I'm just going to get her. >> It's your business. I don't want any further. Anna works for me >> and I work here, too. >> It's really No, it's really If that's where you want to do your stuff, it's fine. >> It's fine. That's not a problem. >> Do you need to come back? >> We can go to the salon. >> You need me to say for any reason? >> Uh, yeah. You saw what happened, right? >> Yeah. >> Let's go to the salon. She's not in the salon, right? hang out. >> No. Oh, >> here. >> I'll do I'll go wherever you want me to go. >> If if you're okay with us saying it. Okay, that's fine. I just didn't know if I was recruiting. >> Take a seat. >> It's breakfast time. This is your business. All right. >> So, he he hits and run. >> Huh? >> He hides over there. >> Who? >> That [ __ ] that hit me and attacked me. >> Okay. I'm not sure what's going on just yet. Um, >> she's been hating me because she wanted that my position for her daughter. And the [ __ ] has been being assho an [ __ ] I came into work. She was just being an [ __ ] I come out, she starts saying some kind of [ __ ] She's the one that attacked me first, touched me, grabbed me by the hair, and by the time that I was going to beat hering ass because you see the type of girl that I am. >> She hid it over there. >> All right. So, help me understand. One, do you need an ambulance? >> No. >> Are you hurt in any way? >> No. >> Okay. >> She's going to be the one hurting. She walks out. >> So, what exactly? What do you mean attacked? I'm not really understanding. >> She hit me. >> Okay. What? Just walk me through exactly what happened. >> She grabbed me by the hair like that. >> Yeah. >> And hit me. And by the time I was going to respond, because you see how big I am, she went ahead and ran over here to this place that was full of cockroaches. >> She's where in >> in here in the restaurant? >> In the restaurant? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> So, how do you know her? >> Because we work together at the salon. >> So, you guys work together? >> I'm the assistant. I'm the assistant, >> but I'm not anymore. >> And who is she? She's just a >> She's the nail technician that never pays her rent and I just call her out on her [ __ ] >> Okay. So, what happened today as far as like what? >> She attacked me. >> No, I get you. But like what what led up to that today? >> Because I called her on her [ __ ] >> So, you were talking to her about >> I was being nice. It's my birthday. Today is my birthday and I was just being nice. I was making jokes and this [ __ ] decided to be a a smart ass. So, she said something or >> Yeah. And I didn't do nothing to her. I came out and that's her [ __ ] customer. >> Okay. Don't Don't >> That is the witness of everything. Ma'am, >> don't yell. It's It's not worth it. We're going to handle it. Okay. Do you have an ID on you real quick? >> Yes. >> Hold on. >> Because she thinks I'm some kind of immigrant that I don't have papers. >> Okay. There was other people in the store with you. >> Yes. Sharon was in the store. [Music] I'm not going to tolerate her [ __ ] anymore. >> She hit me. She's supposed to go to jail. >> I got you. >> If I couldn't get her back, she's got to go to jail. >> We're going to figure it all out. Okay. >> She thinks I'm I'm afraid of her. She started calling my mom, saying some kind of stupid [ __ ] when my mom already knows that she's so sore that I've been doing my job right. I'm not going to tell her. I tell her. like you piece of shitty Italian [ __ ] You're just hurting because your daughter couldn't take my possession. >> Okay. So, what exactly was said? What like what caused it? >> I told her I'm like, "You don't even pay your rent. So, don't don't even make an a an how do you say that? Don't even make a comment about me at all because you have nothing to say." So you said that and then and then what happened after? >> And she said some [ __ ] and I came out and she's the one when I walked up to her that grabbed me right there. I'm like I'm going to >> And this happened inside of this out here. >> Out here. You can see people went around to to witness it. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> She's hidden in there because she's the one that hits and runs. >> Okay. I got you. My partner's in there right now talking. So we're just trying to get the story. I'm sick of that [ __ ] Okay. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. Today is my birthday. She's just being a raggedy ass soaring [ __ ] Mean. >> So, you're saying she grabbed you by the hair and then she punched you or >> she hit me? You can check on the cameras. >> No, we will. We're going to check everything. I just want to get your story. >> And by the time I wanted to respond, she was already hidden in there. >> You're saying she punched you in the face or >> she grabbed me by the hair and blah blah blah. Obviously, she couldn't do much. But I'm saying, did she punch you at all? Did she hit you? >> Yeah. >> She tried to punch me here in the face. >> She punched you in the face. >> Well, she was grabbing me by the hair. >> And did she swing back at all or >> I couldn't because she hit it. >> We're going to figure it out. Like I said, and everybody works at that salon, right? >> Yeah. But she never pays her rent. So I call her on her [ __ ] because she likes to have a big mouth and have an opinion over everything. So I told her, "Stop saying [ __ ] because you don't even pay your rent. And that's what set her up. >> Rent the what? Home. You said >> she has to pay rent to to work here. >> Yeah. Okay. I got you. Feel like a chair or something though. >> And then instead of calling you guys, she started calling my mom. >> Called your mom? >> Yeah, my mom. Because my mom works here, too. >> Oh, okay. >> Can I go and buy something to drink? >> We're going to just hold off real quick. Like I said, once I get the story, we'll get everything squared away. We'll try to figure out everything. All right. I'm just going to [ __ ] with my car here. go. >> She knew I was going to destroy her after what she did. I could have lay my hands on her and destroy her. Look at me. >> How what how would you describe her? Is she smaller or something? >> She's smaller than me. Yeah. >> How old is she? >> Probably like 50. >> 50. >> Oh my god. No, she's she's hurting when she's the one that attacked me. It's all good. It's just precaution people here. So, how we doing? >> Just a fight. Um, just got punched in the face, you say? But no injuries, nothing like that. You got no injuries, right? Nothing hurts at the moment. >> No. >> No. >> You want us to check you out or are you okay? >> Oh, maybe I can sue her, right? Yeah. My my shoulder is hurting. >> No, it doesn't work like that anyway. >> Okay, then get her out because she's up to you. >> I know. We're talking to her. We're partners in there. Do you need them to check you out at all? Is anything hurt, like actually hurt that you want checked out? If not, then they're just going to get out of you. >> Nothing's hurting right now. >> No. >> The other one should be deleting the rest of the >> engine. She might be >> I didn't even touch her. She's the one that touched me and hit her like a thief in a mouse. >> I think he's inside >> the restaurant. The two got into an argument. They got into a fight supposedly in front of the nail salon. >> They work together. >> I haven't seen the other chick yet. >> I think it was in the restaurant. her her kids are just scound anyway. There's >> a relationship between you and this lady. >> There's no relationship. Her mom, we all work in this. >> How do you know each other's name? >> Okay, so her mom works in the salon. I've known her mom longer than her. She's been working with us since January. She came in this morning. She's like, she's sitting at the front desk. One of the other hairdressers were there. And she's like, "It's my birthday." I'm like, "Oh, happy birthday." You know, so and she's like, "And I'm drunk. So then I'm standing by the coffee machine. She's like, "Can you give me a a cup of coffee?" So I made her a black cup of coffee and I went to do my customer. As I'm doing my customer, she came from the back room. And she's like, "These I'm going to do my" And I'm going to deliver her. I did not tell her to shut up. I said, "Can you please be really quiet? Be respectful. There's customers here." She proceeded to like, you know, when somebody's drunk and your true feelings come out without you, started saying everything in she was saying in Spanish to me. Oh, you're you're better than everything. I'm like, >> you don't rent on time. This and that. What is between me and the box? >> Me and my customer left. I'm like, I'm going to come over here. Then she kept going and I came back out of the salon and she came towards me and she hit me. So, I hit her back >> and then I came back. >> Where were you guys when when she hit you? >> We were fighting around here. >> Okay. Um, what was she saying before she hit me? >> Everything. She just kept saying, "You're age. You think you know it all. You're this." Um, something about her. I think she's jealous of like how her mom is with me. But like, we just worked. We all work together. Like, ever since she started working, I don't even have the same relationship with her mom because I don't want to come home for her mom. She's a very jealous. Like, but she's never came to work like this. >> Right. So, why is it that you left >> the salon? >> Mhm. Yeah. >> Because I know me. If you would have heard the thing she was saying to me in Spanish, I was ready to get up and grab her by her hair and just drag her out of the salon. And the other girl looked at me and I was like, she's like, Anna, just just one person can take so much and the type of person I am. I have four kids and six grandkids that I rap. So for her to sit there and say the things she was saying to me, I was about to lose. So I walked out of the salon and left. Then I came back outside and I'm like, I'm not going to let her keep. I'm not going to leave someone who's like my mom in there in another client. So I went back home and that's when she started talking [ __ ] and I I did. I hit her back. Then when she came at me rushing her cup of coffee, I didn't know she was there. So one time I just slapped her in her face. I'm like, "Stop. What is your problem?" Like wake up. It's embarrassing. You just lost your tongue. >> What What did she What did she do that made you respond by hitting her back? >> She was coming at me with a cup of coffee. >> Okay. So before the cup of coffee. >> And she kept saying, "You [ __ ] you. I'm going to do this to you. I'm going to do that to you and I'm going to I'm not going to sit there and take that. >> Okay. How did she hit you? >> Everything happened so fast. I don't know. I remember when she came at me, she I think she hit me. I don't even remember what side. Then she grabbed my hair. >> All right. Do you are you any pain anywhere? Are you injured? >> I don't want nothing to like I just want this money. I can't even do my client. My client is in a nervous right now. >> So, she needs to go home. I told her to go. I said, "Go home." >> Dana tells me to go. I said, so I pretended like I said, Dana, text me, go home. >> I'm pay I'm going to pay the day for you for your birthday. Go home. And then she just kept going going. Gotcha. >> Okay. >> I just get her I want her away. >> So who hit who first? >> She hit me first. >> Okay. >> The first time she hit me first when she was coming near me with the cup of coffee. That's when I came across her face. >> Okay. So she hit you. You broke away >> and then I went to >> came back towards you with a cup of coffee and you hit her >> the next time cuz she went back into the salon and then she hit her. >> Okay. >> And she had her cup of coffee like >> in her hand in her hand. I don't know what she was going to do. >> Okay. >> She's so aggressive right now. She's never been like that. >> How was she walking towards you when when she had her coffee like >> like her out? >> She's mad. >> Did you think she was going to try to hurt you again? >> Really? >> I think she was going to hit me again. Yeah, she's mad. She's mad right now. She must I get I don't know. I sit there at work. I don't talk. >> She thinks I don't like her. I don't like her. I just go in do my work. >> Right. >> I don't want her to go to jail. I just want her to get the hell away from me so I can work. >> Can you stay here while I talk to some other deputies on scene? Thank you so much. Um, she's over there. She's not injured any injury. >> Yeah. >> She up big time. And ask the people that were witness who attacked who? >> Okay. They Yeah, they're going to talk to everybody. >> Miss Lena, happy birthday, by the way. >> Thank you. >> So, what's going on? >> She hit me. Why would she Why would she leave? >> Because I called her out on her [ __ ] and I told her her truth. >> Okay. What was that? >> In her face. >> What was that? >> Like pay your rent before you have an opinion about me. >> Okay. >> I came here. I was being nice. I was using my in my sauce. This [ __ ] decided to be an [ __ ] like always. >> All right. Okay. All right. What's your plan for the rest of the day? >> I'm going to leave. I already quit. How? How do you? >> And Dana came out for her raggedy ass [ __ ] that don't pay rent. And that's what I told her. You don't even pay rent. >> Is someone coming to pick? >> No, I'm going to call an Uber. >> Okay. Just hang out here for me. Okay. Just like >> And I don't want her go going back to the salon either. >> Okay. Just hang out outside >> because my mom works there, too. >> All right. >> She's been bullying me since I started working here >> and I'm done with her [ __ ] You guys have problems for question? >> No, I never had a problem with her. She has a problem because I took the position that she thought her daughter could take. >> All right. >> And she decides to because she's been like a long ass worker. She think that she has the right to say [ __ ] >> Okay. >> And today was the day when I said, "You know what? Shut the [ __ ] up because you're a nobody to be saying nothing to me when you don't even pay your rent." I got you. And then she hits and run. You know, if I hit that girl, you you see the type of body I have. >> She will be very very hurting. >> I got you. I haven't even got to see her yet. So, but all right. >> But I'm done. I'm done with people humiliating me, harassing me, being an [ __ ] thinking that they can tell me what to do. >> I hear you. I hear you. You don't got to yell right now. I get you. You seem upset, obviously. So, we'll get it all squared away. >> I am done with this [ __ ] I'm so sorry, but this girl has been bullying me because she thinks he's she's Italian that I'm going to take her [ __ ] I'm Colombian. I don't take [ __ ] from nobody, especially when I do my job right. She thinks because she's been in in in the salon for 10 years that she's entitled. And this time, she didn't like when I told her everything that I have to say. So she attacked me first and then she hit. So she has to go to jail because she hit me. >> I know how the law works. She hit me first, she goes to jail. >> Take care of it. Right. >> Especially my birthday. I was like, cool, you know, like sauce. Yes. >> Happy birthday. >> Thank you. She decided to be an [ __ ] and I'm not that type of girl that is going to tolerate that. She hit it there because she know if I lay my hands on her, I will destroy her. Officer, I'm not the type of woman that is going to hit nobody. But she hit me first. Obviously, I wanted to her. >> All right. Well, they're they're figuring everything out in there. So, were you partying last night? >> Yes, because it's my birthday. >> Where'd you go? >> But it's okay because I'm a responsible human being. So I come up to work and she think that she can give me that kind of attitude and [ __ ] with me. >> It's not the first time. It's been multiple times. >> Yeah. >> This [ __ ] doesn't even pay her rent. And that's what I told her. Who do you think you are? Because you'll be here 10 years when you don't even pay your rent that you can with me. It's not going to happen, [ __ ] It's not my fault that she's a pusher for her kids that are how do you call that? criminals, convicted felons. Go and find out who she is. >> I believe you. >> I'm sick of her. Then instead of anything, she started calling my mom and telling her her way. I don't need to call my mom. I can do it my own self. She hates me, I'll her up. Tell her. Tell the owner of this place. >> You work at the salon or the barbecue place? >> No, at the salon. That's where I work. her. >> I'm not going to let her walk all over me anymore. You know what I mean? She can be Italian. I'm Colombian. I don't take [ __ ] from no one because you know what? I don't with nobody. I do my job. I deserve respect. And if she thinks that she has the upper hand because she's been here 10 years, she up. She hit me first and when I was going to hit her back, she hit it in there like a coward. So if she hit me and I couldn't hit her back, she got she's got to go to jail. Happy birthday to me. That's why the [ __ ] is so sore because at the end of the day, I'm beautiful. I have guys that help me out. I don't need to be doing all that [ __ ] that she does. She thinks she owes the place because she's been here 8 years. >> All right, Miss Lorena, did you already find your Uber? >> No. >> I want her to go to jail because she hit me. >> Okay, Miss Lena, could you call an Uber for me please? >> She hit me. Miss >> I want to see her go to jail. >> Okay. >> Could you call your Uber? I'm going to wait for you to get in the Uber, too. >> I want to go to the convenience store first and I want to see her go to jail. Yes. >> Because she deserves it. >> Okay. Give me Can you listen to me for 30 seconds? Yeah, >> without your phone. >> I was going to call the >> Give me one second. I understand it's your birthday. Let's keep it that way. >> She hit me. Officer me 30 seconds or no? Do you want to let >> Yes. You You interrupted me and that's why I'm talking. >> Okay. Call your Uber. Call your Uber. >> So, can I press charges? >> Call your Uber. >> Can I press charges? >> Call your Uber. I need report. >> Okay. Oh, you're over. [Music] This is ridiculous. Just because I have an accent, then I don't get to do my rights. >> What are you talking about? >> Because I'm telling you, she hit me. >> She attacked me. >> Okay. >> And now you're different than her. You just tell me to call a Uber instead of arresting her. >> I'm a United States citizen and I know my rights. She's supposed to be going to jail for hitting me because she lay her hands on me. >> Okay. >> And I'm the guilty one. Right. because I have an accent. >> That doesn't make any sense. >> Yeah, that is what it's making sense to me. >> So, she comes, hits me, grabbed me by the hair. Hi, the restaurant. And now you're covering her ass. You shouldn't let me grab the [ __ ] by the hair and pe her out like she deserves it because you know I'm going to her up, right? >> That's good. But now she's a present that I have to deand >> protect. You're the protecting her. >> What is your name? >> Deputy fault. >> Can you please write it in my notes? >> It's F U L P. >> Please write it. >> I'm not going to touch your phone. It's f How How do you spell it? >> F U L P. Finished recording >> fur. [Music] >> So on top of everything, she [ __ ] up and you protect her ass. >> Well, you just said that you want to [ __ ] her up. So yeah, I'm going to have to protect myself. >> You don't want to do nothing. You want to kick me out like I'm the one that think >> I'm not I'm not kicking you out of anywhere. >> You went in there. You talked to her. I did. That's right. >> And instead of you having my back because I'm the victim. I'm the victim. >> Okay. I tried to talk to you before going in there and you wouldn't stop yelling and you were being belligerent as you are right now. Okay. So, that's why I went to talk. >> You think you're co cohesive with what you're saying? >> Cohesive? I'm not sure that's the right word for this situation. >> Oh, okay. Oh, you think you're right for what you're saying? >> I'm not saying I'm right or wrong. >> You're wrong. >> Okay, then I'm wrong. Did you call an Uber, miss? >> No. >> Okay. Can you call an Uber for me, please? >> No, I'm going to walk. >> Okay. And you're just taking her side cuz she's a linga that speaks better English than I do. And I'm going to report you for being a discriminary [ __ ] >> Okay. I don't >> That's it. >> Okay. >> I'm the one that get beat up and you're going to take your time. >> I'm not saying anybody. >> No, you're an [ __ ] >> Okay. >> You >> All right. Do you want a report number or No, >> I want a police report. >> Okay. Can you do a police report? >> I'm going to do I'm going to do the police report. I'm the investigating officer. Okay. >> Okay. Then why you're telling me that I have to leave before you tell me the story because I don't want to keep you and her to have problems later on. >> I'm not having problems with her. >> Don't forget your don't forget your um cord there. You just take her side because she's a Italian like probably you are my story because I'm a >> she hit me then you take her side that's not okay and you know that >> you know that >> I didn't talk to her. He did. >> Job, officer. Trust me, I'm going to report you because the the the fact that I have an accent doesn't mean that I'm not a United States citizen. >> Okay? I'm going to report this [ __ ] and I'm going to tell him that he's not impartial in his thoughts and his check. number. >> I'm out of case number. I'm sorry. Case cards. All right. >> You're not officer. >> Okay. Well, >> you should be ashamed of yourself. >> Okay. All right. Best have a better day. >> And why do I I'm going to go to the convenience store. Why can't I? >> I would suggest >> I don't have a restraining order. >> Okay. I would suggest you leave the plaza. That's stupid. Why? I work here, too. >> Okay, >> I didn't do nothing wrong. I got a pack. Why are you being against me? >> I'm not being against you. >> Yes, you are. She's the one that should be taken out of the plaza. Why is that big? >> Because you're yelling. That's why you're the only one yelling. >> And before that, why? >> You were still yelling, >> Miss. >> Okay, sir. I'm going to go to the >> Miss I need to hydrate myself so I can walk 20 miles. >> Okay. There's another gas station. No. Why is it You know what? Call your >> your higher power. >> What does that mean? >> I don't know. Who is your higher power? >> I'm not sure. >> My Who is your higher power? >> My higher power. >> Superintendent. Uh, captain. >> Who is your higher power? >> I suggest you leave the plaza. >> Why? Because you're going to arrest me for what? What is my charge? >> You don't have a charge at this moment. >> Then why? >> It would be in your best interest to leave the plasma. >> Why? So no issues. >> I got hit. You protecting the person that hit me. >> Do you want fire rescue to come check you out? They were here. >> No, I want your higher power to come here. >> I want to talk to >> for what? >> Superintendent Captain is not going to come out here. >> They're not. >> The captain would not come out here. >> Please call them. >> I want to talk to him >> for what? The captain's not gonna >> I want to talk to him for whatever reasons I have because you're not being impartial with this situation and I don't like it. >> I'm trying to as much as I can. >> Ah, if you me then arrest me and charge me or what? >> Why would I arrest you? >> Then why don't you let me go to the police to the convenience store when I haven't done nothing? I'm the one that got beat up. >> I'm the one that got beat up and she's still hidden in there. >> Instead of you arresting her, she should be the one arresting. I'm not stopping you from going in there. I'm just saying I would advise you to leave the plaza. >> You threatened me. >> I'm not threatening you. >> Yes, you threatened me. >> You said I suggest you to leave this plaza right now. Otherwise, what is going to happen? >> That's not a threat. I'm just suggesting that you leave the plaza. >> You should come to >> I want to come to your higher power. How do you call him? >> All right. >> Captain, whatever. Okay. [Music] Is this right? >> I go every summer. >> It's I love it down there. >> Am I going to jail? >> No. >> All right. >> So, I can call my bail. >> No, you're fine. Yeah. Can I play football now? >> So, she's >> you. At what point did she did she strike you? >> She strike me the first time when >> Was it inside or outside? >> No, outside. Out here. We were here. >> Hey, no finance establishment, one rule, >> right? >> Did she open hand, close fist? >> I don't even remember. It happened so fast. >> Where did she >> We were between the salon and like at the barber shop. Like probably in front of the barber shop. >> Okay. And she followed you out of the store for the business. >> I think when I left Yeah, >> I think she did. >> I don't know. Like all around. >> Are you Do you have access to those cameras >> or with the the >> um the owner the cameras in the salon? >> She would have access at a later time. >> Dana. Yeah. >> And then I think um Jeff has the to the plaza. [Music] >> All right. Um do you want me to walk you back over there? Do you I don't even know. [Music] >> I just don't want any problem cuz I know the minute she me >> and she's already going off on you guys. >> I can go out the >> Who was the Who was the original caller? Was she the caller? >> Danny, do you know who called? >> What? Who called the police? Do you know? >> No, there's there was somebody else who called too. >> My customer either was a woman. >> It was it was either my customer organ. >> You say he's supposed to file a police report here and now. >> It's going to be a report. >> You know, this is not right. >> Why are we drinking right now? >> I'm drinking because it's my birthday. >> No, it's illegal to drink in public. >> Then why did they sell it? >> That doesn't mean you could drink them outside. I don't know, Dad. >> Well, now you do. >> Totally. >> Dump it out. >> So she can hit me and get away with it. >> That's illegal. What you're doing right now. >> And what she did is not illegal. >> I'm saying what's going on right now. >> What she did is not illegal. She laying her hands on me. I want to press charges. I want her to go to jail. cameras there >> and you can check the cameras. >> Yeah, officer. >> Hi. >> Hello. >> My name is Sharon. I'm the lady that called. Okay. >> I'm I work here. >> And I mean I know you can't deal with a drunk person. >> And she was asked to leave by the owner. her mom called her because her mom works here too and she just got more and more belligerent and she would not for whatever reason Anna is our nail tech here and she just would not stay out of her face. This was her client. She was doing it at the time. >> So between throwing coffee and being swearing cursing whatever and we're just saying go home and then Dana the owner called her and said please it's okay just leave it's fine. And then she just went off went off. So Anna and her client left to go over there to figure in here's her mom now. Um she does um >> uh Lorraine's mom. >> Lorena's mother. Yeah. >> So um they went into the store and for whatever reason Anna started to come out and that's when Lena went at her and Anna she went to grab her and Anna told Lorena don't touch me. Just stay out of my face. There was a young lady with her daughter and the lady from the restaurant tried to keep them separated. Said the lady from the restaurant said, "Lena, just just calm down. Just stay away. Just stay. Anna, go in the restaurant." You know, and again, I don't know why Anna came out of the restaurant, but that's when Marina threw That's her. She threw her coffee and directly went straight after her starting to swing. >> Mhm. >> And I'm like, and that's when I said, "I can't do this. I got to call you guys because >> she's just out of control. >> Does she act like this when she's sober? >> No. >> No, >> definitely not. You know, today's her birthday and she she even said to me when she came in that she's drunk and she's been drinking all night. >> Mhm. >> And she's still drunk. And we said, "Okay, well, >> she's drinking right now. >> I just like I can't even be >> I just don't She needs not to be there. You know, Anna has customers here. No, I just I I just I just wanted to let you know she's definitely was the aggressor >> or this one. >> This one Anna was trying to back away. Anna didn't want confrontation. Then at one point she went to and she grabbed Anna by her bun in the back and then of course Anna reached, you know, to try to get away and she got her hair and of course it's a girl fight, right? So I mean, but I'm just saying she by no means was Anna the aggressor. I think that's her cool as long as >> I don't think, you know, there's not going to be any charges pressed or anything. It's just going to be written up and >> go from let her go. >> Uh I'm not the one handling it. He's still talking to >> I was the one who sat there and dealt with this for the half hour. >> That's That's ridiculous. >> All I All I need to say is thank God she didn't have one of those. cuz everybody >> the victim if the victim doesn't want to press charges on her, she's going to be let go. >> Well, well, the reason why the victim's press is she Thank you. She doesn't want to go to jail. >> But you guys need to thank your lucky star that she didn't have one of them or we'd be all dead today for what I had to witness sitting here and going through all this for a half hour to an hour. >> Never been so scared. I had to call my husband to see if I if I should call you or what to do. But if there was, I wouldn't be standing here today. And if that walks, there's no justice there. >> Well, if the victim doesn't want to press charges, the way you have to understand it is in the state of Florida, right? You have an offender, the person who committed the crime, and the victim, the person who the crime was committed against. Okay? In the absence of say this person being dead, for example, they as long as they're conscious and able, they can decide whether or not they want to press charges. Doesn't mean it doesn't get documented as a crime. It just means that this person today at this moment does not go to jail. A victim is the only one who can decide whether or not somebody goes to jail. That's unfor that's I know that you may not agree with that, but that is how the justice system works. If you were the victim, you would be entitled to that decision as well. So, the victim makes that decision. I can't sway the victim to make the decision one way or another. Even if it ultimately makes you or someone else here uncomfortable or upset, that's their right. >> But do you see where I'm coming from? Like if you were in my shoes and I had to do what I had to do and that person walked. >> Yeah. >> And you're like, >> "Well, I've just explained it to you, so I have to be satisfied with the answer that I'm just letting >> you like. I sat here with her and had to deal with everything from 0.1 to whenever you guys got here. So, it's luckily that she didn't fight that girl for would have been terrible. So, see you later. >> I can't believe. >> All right. Thank you. >> Have a better day, ma'am. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. >> Yeah, of course. You're so scared. Why? Why is >> you need there? I'm going to be towards the rear. >> Jesus, I've had enough of you. >> She's in a like a bluish fan. >> Thank you. >> Yeah. >> What? Shut up. >> I'm sorry, guys. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. 61. >> I know. >> Copy. >> You're fine. Nobody's in trouble. Okay. Relax. Relax. Nobody's in trouble. Okay. >> Cuz I don't want her I told him I don't want her to go to jail. Like her mouth is miss. Relax. Nobody's in trouble. Okay. >> I know this. I know. >> Listen, listen. Listen. Okay. >> Look. >> Yeah. 61. >> I'm going to go in. >> Just have him stand by with her for one second. I'm going be towards the rear of the restaurant with uh her mom. >> No control. >> Where did you park, miss? Are you back that way? >> I'm here. I'm there. >> All right. Welcome back. Hey, it's fine. All right. So, I guess your daughter and her friend were in a disagreement, altercation, whatever it may have been. Okay. Yeah, >> she is very upset. Okay, >> I know she's upset all her life. >> I got you. I know it's her birthday and I'm really not trying to get her in trouble. Okay, I'm really not trying to get her in trouble. >> You're so sweet. Thank you. >> Okay, she doesn't understand that though. >> She's a little She's She She's drink She's literally drinking right now in front of me, which I could take her to jail for. Okay, >> I know. >> All right. You got to talk to her. You got to take her You got one, you have to take her home. Okay. And you have to take her away from her business today. Okay. You have to take her home. You got to talk to her and tell her that she can get herself in a lot of trouble if she comes back. >> Can Can you Can I explain? >> I'll try to talk with her many times. >> Mhm. >> And try to driving her in the good way >> and try to put her give to her like opportunities. >> She don't get it. Last time she was like that, she was behind in my home where I was living with um she goes inside to the porch. >> She was sleeping there and my husband get it. I I wake up to go work and everything say could you please take your sister and go to the bedroom because I don't want your mom saw her like that. She start screaming her. She called the police. She say the police my husband was abused her. Thanks God the house I always keep my house clean and everything and they saw her drinking in another place at night and they recognize her and that's why my husband don't get a problem if I go from her right now >> because I try to splip on Anna I indeciph Mhm. >> to listen to me. She don't need to get a D that she was in Atlanta arrested because she was very aggressive with the police. >> I lost her there one GR. >> Mhm. >> I don't pay lawyers. I don't pay nothing to see if she learned something. >> Mhm. >> Right now she has a baby. He's 18 months old. >> Mhm. >> I don't know where is the baby now this point. Maybe it's in the dayare. >> Mhm. >> Maybe she was driving him to the dayare. But she don't want to she don't want to go in the way. >> Yeah. >> She don't want It's very hard for me to say that. >> Understand? Look at you. >> It's very hard to me. >> That's why I'm trying to help you guys out here. I don't want to have to get her in more trouble than she >> But I think I think she more than arrested. She need to go in the psychiatry clinic. >> There's If she has a problem with alcohol, if that's may >> Hey Dana, >> what? So after this [ __ ] attacked me, she hid it in the rocket cafe, right? And I'm the one that has to be the one leaving and everything like I'm the like a human that attack her. >> Mhm. >> I'm not there, but I can hear you in the background with the clients there screaming and stuff. So that's unacceptable just in general right now. >> So you think that she has the right to get things? That's not even that's not even the the fact because that didn't happen inside of this. >> I wasn't there to see anything but I can see it on the camera and the people were going off. >> So >> So she can hear me? Okay. But just know that I'm going to press charges. >> Okay. Because you didn't hit you too? >> No, I couldn't because she hit her in the rocket cafe. >> You know, by the time I hit her, I would have destroyed that [ __ ] >> Okay. Well, I mean, happy birthday. Good luck. I'll see you when I see you. >> Who's that? >> The owner. >> The owner. >> She hears me. She has to go to jail. I know how the law works. I >> I hear what you're saying. I do. That's why we got to do an investigation on her and that's what we're doing. >> And I wanted to beat her up. >> I know. But you can't I get it. You're obviously upset about this whole thing, but >> she thinks that I'm afraid because I'm Hispanic. I'm not afraid. I'm I'm a United States citizen. >> Yeah, I like that. >> She hit me. I want her to go to jail. >> But just so that you asked to have it clean and they said no, >> officer, since you already checked the cameras, you already saw that she hit me, right? >> Oh, we didn't look at the cameras, ma'am. >> Thank you. This is not acceptable. >> But when I would have been the one that hit her, I promise you I would have been in jail right now. >> I feel threatened. I feel discriminated. I feel all kinds of [ __ ] Why are you acting like she didn't hit me? >> You already checked the cameras. Why are you arresting her? Nobody looked at the camera. >> She hit me. She hit me. She grabbed me by the hair. She'll be going to jail. So, >> are you serious? >> I'm dead that serious. Yes. >> No, you're not. >> Okay, I'm lying. >> And there's a I promise you if I would have been the one attacking her, I would have been in jail right now. >> Don't look at me like that. Discrimination, not arresting the the the one that attacked the victim. I'm the victim here. You know why? Take me to jail because I would love to tell the judge what happened. >> Promise you I'm leaving. >> Okay. Your mom's pulling around. Can you wait 2 seconds? She's about to pull around the car. Okay. Is that all right? >> It's okay. >> All right. But she's got her tie because she thinks I'm the problem all the time. >> Yeah. >> When she didn't even raise me and she think that I'm supposed to let people walk all over me, hit me and I do [ __ ] about it. >> Who are you? >> Because the police is is not on my side. I feel bad. >> It's okay. You're okay. It's okay. >> No, because I want her to go to jail. >> Okay. >> She hit me. I couldn't hit her. If I would have been able to hear her back, >> then everything would have been different because I would be like, >> I gave her what she deserved. >> Okay. >> All right. >> No, my my Uber is leaving in 4 minutes. >> Do what? I'm sorry. >> My Uber is leaving in 5 minutes. >> Are you going to ride with your mom or you going to take the Uber? Your mom's here. >> I'm taking the Uber. >> You're taking the Uber. You don't want to ride with mom anymore? >> All right. because she talks like I'm the guilty one and I'm not. >> All right. What kind of Uber is the car? >> It's over there. >> Which one? The Alpha? >> Yeah, the blue one. >> What's the license plate? Does it say? All right. Do you want to Do you want me to walk you over there? >> Okay. >> You sure? We're here for you for that if you want. >> Let me because I didn't do nothing wrong. >> I know. I know. Let me walk you over there, Miss Lorenzo. >> My mom thinks that I'm the guilty one. >> No, she doesn't. This [ __ ] has been harassing me, bully me, making my job miserable. >> Get it. Get it. Get it. Get it. >> Come on. >> Get it. Just how it go. >> I get it. >> No, as a matter of fact, let her leave. I want my mom to come. >> You want your mom to come? Okay, good. Your mom's coming. Just how do you make just leave for a second? She wants to go with her mom. >> What kind of car does your mom drive? >> She is part of the body. >> Can you please go in? That's your mom? Yeah. >> Period. No, that's not her. But she for the back. I think she's already in this alone. >> I'm mad. I'm mad because you don't know how much food let me be taking you back this [ __ ] and today she got me in my worst moment. >> No, she probably back. I'm going to go see her. >> I actually came earlier because my mom sent to 9:30 and I came at 9. What to work? >> Yeah. >> Showing up early on your birthday. That's commitment though, >> right? >> That's the type of person I am. >> I got you. >> Instead of facing like a woman, >> the [ __ ] that she did, she acted like a victim. >> I know. I got you. >> I'm not okay with that. I'm not afraid of you guys because I didn't do nothing wrong. >> I know. There's no need to. We're like I said, we're here for you. I know in the beginning, you know, tensions are high and stuff like that. >> I know she's coming. She's coming. >> I think she was parked. >> Yeah, she parked at the back. >> All right. >> I'm sick of her. You have no idea. [Music] >> [ __ ] >> 511 Imperial Drive. >> Who? Mariam. I think she wants to go grab her keys. She said she forgot her keys in her car. >> Forgot her keys in her car cuz she's like calming down and I want to get in the car while she's calm. >> All right. >> I think you're fine. You're fine. You're fill chill cuz one of my deputies is going back there. >> I don't deserve this. I'm a good woman. I'm a good worker. I show up on time. I do my job. And then I have to tell her right this [ __ ] that don't even pay rent. She's walking. She's walking around. Okay. I think her car broke down out back. >> Yeah, she that's why she just >> You know that if I lay my hands on that [ __ ] that is hidden in there, I will destroy her. >> I believe you. What? What's your name? >> Lorena. >> Lorena. >> Can I Can I Can I tell you how how it works? Why? So >> I know that if somebody lays your hands on you, >> she's supposed to go to jail. So we we heard your side, we heard her side, and we heard the witness's side. Right now, everything is kind of conflicting with each other. Okay. So that she hit me first. I I I understand that. But her side and the witness's sides are kind of conflicting. Of course, the witnesses are going to be our clients. Everything's going to be documented in a police report. All right? There's going to be a report. There's going to be what you said, what she said, and what the witnesses said. >> She hit me. There's no doubt about it. You can look that. You can look at the cameras. >> And she says that you >> And you went to look. You said you went to look. >> No. No. They didn't. They didn't. They couldn't pull it up. So, we didn't see the cameras. But that's why, you know. >> So, why the bad guy? >> No. Nobody's saying the bad guy. Nobody's saying you're the bad guy. You're You're going to be in the report just like her. All we can go is based off of what you said and what she said. >> No, I want you to look at the camera. >> Listen, we don't have access to them right now. Nobody's taking sides here. You're going to be listening. >> Yes, you are. Yes, you are. Yes, you are. Because I'm telling you, she hit me. And she's saying that she >> and there's enough witnesses to tell you that she hit me first. And I don't think people can lie enough. >> I don't think people can lie around. And now my mom thinks I'm the most conflicted person. I'm not. I appreciate my job because I'm a 19 month old son that I have to provide for. >> How long have you been cutting hair? >> I don't cut hair. I'm the assistant for all of them. >> Oh, okay. I'm good. >> I came here earlier than than when I was supposed to and she started telling me [ __ ] and today wasn't the day that I wasn't going to take it. You know what I mean? >> She think she's so entitled because she's been here 10 years. Like I told you, she thinks she's so entitled because she's been here 10 years >> and I don't have a right to say nothing >> working here. >> She's been there 10 years. And what I call her is because she doesn't pay her rent. >> Mhm. Like at her booth. >> Yeah. Exactly. >> And this time she tried to say something and I said, "You know what? Shut the up because I don't want to mess with you." She started saying some [ __ ] and this is this was the day that I decided to say everything that I need to say. She didn't like it. She grabbed me by the hair over there. She hit me. And when I was going to respond to her because you know if I respond to her I will beat her ass. >> What was that? >> Okay. >> So they were both just what you have to do. >> Okay. >> But we need to stop. We need to have peace. >> By the time I was when I brought her and pay her back, she was already here. It doesn't get attacked. >> I want you still want to leave. I don't think that's fair. Officer, I don't think that's fair. >> Well, I can explain to you why, but I don't want I don't want you to respond by yelling back at me. Okay. >> Can I explain to you why? >> Can I drink? >> No, you can't drink that. That's You're not allowed to drink in public. And if I'm living in the >> You can't drink in public at all. You can't You're not allowed to drink inside a car, out out in public. But the the reason >> But she can hit me if she's allowed. >> Listen. >> And she's allowed. >> Listen. Hey, are you can I Are you going to listen? >> I'm listening. >> Okay. There's what? We're listening to what you're telling us and we're listening to what she is telling us. Okay. >> Hey, baby. But she hit me. So she has to go to jail. Tell me otherwise. When somebody lays their hands on you and they caught you and they hit you, your integrity, who has to go to jail? the person that hit me, right? >> I'm the one that tolerate all kinds of [ __ ] because that can happen to this kind of [ __ ] But if it was Lorena, the Colombian [ __ ] that was born in New York but raia, then I'm the bad one. Then I have the problem. And that's why I'm not going to leave it up like that. I want her to go to jail. And you know if you come down to that you have to check the camera she has to go to jail because she lay her head on be No. Is that how it works? >> We didn't see the cameras. >> Then why don't you see the cameras? >> Here's your Spanish speaking deputy that you requested. >> It's the same one. >> All right. Mr. Lo, worst case scenario happens. Your mom's car is not starting. Okay. Are you? >> But I'm not the one that made anything. >> I don't know. >> Can I help her now? >> Huh? So, hold on. She's going to take a separate Uber home. Okay. Are you able to call another Uber and meet her at home? >> I'm just going to walk. Whatever. But why is it that be the one that has to be running like a rat? >> What do you mean? >> I got beat up by some [ __ ] that is hidden in here. And you already know. >> She's not in there. I'm telling you. Let her go. But you did let her go. >> No, I didn't. I'm going to document that you want to press charges. Okay. All right. It's going to be in that police report. Do you want to take the Uber or you going to walk? It's up to you. >> I want to help my mother first. >> She's She left. Okay. >> You know what I don't feel okay with? >> What's that, miss? >> I don't feel like you have my back. >> Why do you think >> you're not the victim here? >> Okay. Well, I'm still here, so I still have your back. Okay. I'm trying to get you home the right way and not go somewhere else. >> You told me you threatened me and all kinds of [ __ ] because I threatened I was supposed to leave now instead of doing what I'm supposed to do because she hit me. >> Okay. >> And if I would have had the right to hit her back, trust me, I would have been talking to you guys. >> Okay. So, do you want to walk or are you going to take a Uber? >> I don't know. I might walk. >> I just want to be left alone and think about this [ __ ] >> Okay. because I don't think like you guys listen to me.
