On the morning of July 14th, 2025, deputies were dispatched to a residential neighborhood regarding a report of an unwanted guest. The caller advised that a female subject, described as an ex-girlfriend of one of the residents, was repeatedly knocking on the door and demanding items from inside the home. The caller stated the subject appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and was acting erratically. Here's what happened next. Hello. >> Hello. How are you? >> Good. How are you? What's going on? >> I don't know. I'm I'm sleeping. I have a baby in the house and I hear knocking on the door. Knocking on the door. Knocking on the door. I guess the girl wants to get in touch with my friend who's sleeping. Um, she's unstable. She's driving around here like a maniac. She almost ran over my foot. I think she needs to be baker acted or something. I asked her if she wanted water to calm down. She's banging on the doors. Everybody's coming out to see what's going on. She's not allowed on the property. The homeowner is actually leaving work right now to come here to deal with this. She's sleeping. I guess they hung out last night. She got drunk. She had nowhere to go. She ended up sleeping there. >> Is that her right there? >> Yes. She was supposed to leave, but she's very unstable. So, they said you guys were going to evaluate her, maybe baker her. I I don't know. But I was sleeping. I just had surgery. I'm not even supposed to be out here, but she's being very disruptive. Um, and like zooming off, going around the corner, almost hitting a car. She still hasn't left. Um, she's mad at her because she thought she left her there sleeping and she was drunk and she woke up and didn't know where she was because she couldn't drive home. So, that's kind of what's going on. >> How old is she? >> 19. >> 19. >> Okay. And do you know this female? >> They used They used to date and she just showed up while she was sleeping and told her, "You can't be here." She wouldn't listen. She kept banging on the door, banging on the door, banging on the door. I said, "I have a baby sleeping in here." >> I told her that, too. I was like, listen, like, you know, >> what's her name? >> Gabby. >> Gabby. Gabriella. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you know her last name? >> Okay. >> So, the homeowner's on her way to She's on the phone. She wants her off the property and to be able to stop being disruptive and stuff. >> Okay. Yes, sir. >> And from what I hear, she hit the mailbox. >> She hit the mailboxes. >> Yeah. >> That's why everybody's out here. She >> Yeah. So, I'm I'm the association president. So if she damaged her mailbox, we'll have she'll have >> you guys. How do you know she hit the mailboxes? >> We heard it. >> We heard it. And he she was driving like a maniac. See, Ellie, now >> and all the mailboxes are over there by the clubhouse, >> correct? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And what kind of vehicle does she drive? >> She drives that BMW SUV type thing right next to the truck. >> Yeah. >> What I'm telling you, >> next to the red truck. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> She's she's driving crazy. I think she woke up still drunk like because like she just she was like confused but I text her before I went to sleep cuz I'm in here. I text her. I was like tell me if you need to come out like you're too drunk to drive. I can't take you all the way back to Miami. >> That's where she lives. >> Yeah. So I was like I'm just going to leave her over here. And I parked the car and I let her sleep it off in the car. >> Okay. >> And she woke up and like she woke all of us up. Like I didn't even know. I just woke up to her calling and I heard her screaming down here and she was like I'll bang on the door. Like come talk to me like let me in. She was like, "I myself and the third like I'm >> Do your guys' cameras work?" >> Um, no, she doesn't have the cameras. She uh No, the camera doesn't work. >> Okay. Do you guys cameras have cameras at the HOA? >> Yeah, I have. >> Can you check and see if she If you time the crash, does she have any weapons that you know of? >> No. >> Does she tend to carry anything? >> No. She >> besides alcohol, does she use? >> No. >> Not that you're aware of? >> No. >> Okay. All right. >> Or at least not when she was with me. Like last night she was >> How long were you guys dating? >> We dated for like five or six months. >> I'm sorry. >> Five or six months. >> Five or six months and we broke up and now it's been like on her way over I guess until now. >> But >> I don't know. I was just trying to help her. And >> she told the cops that she would leave and she still hasn't left. A river cop was here. >> I saw him hauling ass out of here. What was he here for? >> He lives >> I think he lives here. Okay. And he saw that she was in distress. So she he he approached her >> and he said it's not my jurisdiction. I had to see if she's okay and she was waiting for you guys. >> Okay, got it. >> 16 alpha 22. Do I have a 94 51 >> 26? Good morning, >> Gabriella. Is that correct? What's going on this morning? >> So, basically, >> you stop right there. You stop right there. >> Oh, sorry. I'm They didn't know I looked harmless, but um this is the second time you made me come over here just to Can you not record me? I'm not recording you at all. >> Okay. Can you stop pointing the phone at me? Because if you were in a position like this, I wouldn't go to you. >> Okay. >> Okay. Gabriella, what's going on this morning? This is the second time you tell me to drive over and you bro I live in Miami. I drive here and I woke up in my hang. >> Take a deep breath. Take a deep breath so I can understand what you're saying. >> Okay. Slow down. Take a deep breath. >> In my mama sleep in the neighborhood. Like you don't do that [ __ ] to people. She lived with me. I would have never I never >> Okay, take a deep breath. >> I never left her on the street like that. Now she's talking [ __ ] I don't understand, bro. I don't understand what I did to you. >> Gabriella, how did we get here this morning? >> I was with her. >> When? Take a deep breath. Relax. >> No, I can't relax. I don't >> I need you to take a deep breath so I can understand what you're saying. Cuz when you're in that panic state and you're hyperventilating, I am having a difficulty understanding what you're saying. Take a deep breath, Gabriella. Gabriella, take a deep breath. Take a deep breath. Slow your breathing down so that way you can talk so I can understand you. Okay? I'm here to try and resolve today's situation. How did you end up here? Did she drive you here? >> Okay. >> Did she drive me here? I didn't know. She calling the cops on me. >> Okay. >> When did you get here? >> I don't know. >> Do you know? >> You were too up. You were I drove you here after you got drunk and you were leaning over in the car and I parked the car and I said, "Gabby, lock the door. I have to go to sleep. I went inside. I couldn't even bring you inside. I got in trouble for how late I got here. I never told you you could come and spend the night." >> So, the two of you went out together last night. Okay. So, after you went out last night, what happened? >> I wake up and like by myself. >> Okay. Were you guys drinking? >> Were you using drugs? >> Gabby, >> are you good, bro? >> Gabby, I'm speaking to you. >> Acting all like >> Gabby. >> Brand new. >> Gabby, >> Gabby, I don't think you are able to drive. She's nice. >> If you get behind the wheel of your car, you're going to have a problem. >> She says she hopes. >> Okay. >> So, you guys went out drinking last night, came back here, you let her sleep in her car, she woke up, she didn't know where she was, doesn't remember what happened, >> out and that's why she's waking up super like panicked, which I understand that. But I was telling I texted her. I sent the text before I went to sleep and I left the car. I was like, "I left you in your car cuz you were too drunk and like you obviously can't come inside, but just call me if you need me. I will come back outside because I'm right here." She was right there. So, I guess I we all woke up to the same thing. She was banging on the door and she's calling me and she's like, "Bro, she's looking for something and she wants me to answer the door and if I don't answer, she's going to come back and bang." And I'm like, "Hey, there's a baby sleeping. Like, this is like my family. Like, you can't do that." >> Okay. >> And she just wasn't hearing it. and she just kept saying to me and she was going to come and bang on my door if I didn't answer and I just was trying to help. Like I gen I'm not >> that's my groceries so just ignore it. >> I'm like I'm not angry or nothing. I'm not like I just wanted to help her and like I don't know. >> Okay. >> Did you guys have like a bad breakup? >> We did like but that was like a while ago. Like we got like cool again. Like last time we were fine. Like everything was chill. I don't know why. Like she wasn't acting like this last night. I'm sorry. >> I don't I don't see anything on the on the cameras. >> Gabby, stop. >> She's recording. >> That's fine. She's allowed to record. Okay, Gabby, you need us to pull over, please, cuz there's been advice that you crash into the mailboxes. >> I didn't. Okay. Well, we're going to review the video. So, and I don't think that you're in any condition to be driving. So, I want you to pull over and get out of the car, please. >> Okay. Do you want to go to the hospital to get medically cleared? Okay. You're 19, correct? So, you're you're able to sign saying that you don't want to be transported. Is that what you'd like to do? Okay. So, they're going to have a form that you can sign saying that you don't want to go to the hospital to get medically cleared and you understand that your heart rate is a little slightly elevated probably due to the situation that you've been experiencing this morning. >> I understand. I appreciate that. >> This would have gone a whole lot differently, Gabriella. That's how it works. >> You took it to a whole level that it didn't have to go to. >> Now you're in this predicament. Mhm. When you're 19 years old, I know you're far away from home. I know you're under the influence of alcohol. You have open containers in your vehicle, multiples of them. Your girlfriend, ex-girlfriend, however you guys associate with each other now, advised that you guys were drinking last night. You're not in any condition to be driving. >> Several witnesses advised that you were driving erratically through the neighborhood. [Applause] The more calm you are, the more you cooperate, the faster and easier this all goes. Okay? All right. What's done is done. Now, we're going to have to deal with it and then we move on. All right. Let me see if I know. And um are you guys allowed parking on the roadway? No. Okay. But her vehicle's here and see if he'd be willing to come pick it up if he has a way to. Would you guys be okay with that? I don't know what your HOA policy is and I don't know if you guys contact a tow if you're going to have to pay for it. I don't know. So, >> the other officer was explaining that um you guys have a company that you guys typically call that we were we would be able to do that and I agreed to that because I don't want to be liable for any damages or anything that I don't I don't know this girl can't be. So, >> so all right. So, give me just a second. Um cuz I'm going to need to get state like an official statement from you and an official statement from Leah regarding her coming up disturbing the peace and causing all the roughness and I'm also going to get a a statement from the HA president. Um that's going to be the disturbing the peace charge and the resisting that's on her. Okay. Um, so let me talk to my sergeant regarding the car cuz um, sergeant is the gentleman right there. Okay, let me just confirm with him. All right. Um, give me a second on these boxes. He's that gentleman. Okay. And I already told her that you were going to trespass her, but I just in a minute we'll go over there and I'm going to give you your ID before I forget. >> I kind of need that. >> Yes, you do. And I just I have hers. So, give me just a second. All right. Where is your residence at? >> I'm right here. >> Right here. Okay. And how did you come out to like all of this? >> I heard all the commotion outside. I'm like, what is going on? And then soon as I step by, boom, I step into it. And then he told me also. >> So with everything going on, she was just it disturbed your piece inside of your residence which caused you to step outside. >> Correct. >> Okay. So would you be willing to provide me with a statement advising that she was disturbing the peace? >> Yes. >> Okay. And you are the HOA president, correct? >> Okay. And are you wanting her trespass from the property? place. Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Do you have your ID? >> So So they didn't want um the guest didn't want to trespass. >> They do. But see, here's the difference. They can only trespass her from their specific property. You as the HO HOA president can trespass her from the community. >> Okay. >> So that's why I want to confirm if that's something you would like to do as the HOA president. >> Definitely. >> Okay. So, >> okay. Okay. Give me just a minute. Okay. >> Okay. >> Cuz I'm going to need to get that statement from you and then I'm going to have you go and advise her that she's trespassing the community. Okay. Okay. >> All right. [Applause] >> Not to come back to your address, but he's going to trespasser from the whole property as the HOA president. But we'll just you guys can be in conjunction. and we'll just tell her both at the same time and then after that you'll be free to go um to do what you need to do. We are getting a tow for the vehicle. Thank you. >> Okay, no problem. And then I'll just have to get statements from the three of them. Nope. Okay, Gabriella, this young lady, her name is Ellie. She's a homeowner of the residence where your friend is staying at. Okay. And this gentleman here, he's the HOA president for this community. All right. They're both here to advise you that they are issuing you a trespass warning her specifically for her property, but him overall for the community. Okay? And understand that it's valid for a period of one year. If you come back, it's an arrestable offense. No questions asked. Understood that. Okay? You can just tell her that you she's being issued a trespass warning for your property. You can state the address and then for the community. Okay. Go ahead. You're being fast warning for a trespass for the whole community. As the president, you are not allowed to come into the property at all. >> Okay. You understand? Okay. Thank you. Thank you. All right. Just to roll your window back up. I've had the AC on as high as it'll go for you. So, you're under arrest for disturbing the peace and for resisting. Okay. Your vehicle is being towed. All right. Um the gentleman on the your guardian as you called him, Ralpho, I will you I will allow you to call him or I can call him on your behalf and let him know what's going on. >> Okay. Will several witnesses advise otherly otherwise. Okay. So, like like I said to you before, Gabriella. All right. >> Okay. I'm going to roll your window up a little bit. Keep the AC. I need to walk. I don't feel good. >> So, not here. Not here. Listen to me. Listen to me. Gabriella. >> I'm in distress. >> I understand. I understand. So, I need you to take some slow, deep breaths for me. I'll leave the window down a little bit to give you some fresh air along with the AC. I would hope not, but circumstances to >> Can you please go somewhere? >> I have to finish here and then when we get to my district in a secured area, I will let you out of the car. Okay. All right. That's the best I can do for you. All right. I'm going to roll this up a little bit so that we still have some fresh air and the inseam. I have to finish up here so we can move on. Okay. >> If she wants to talk to you, I will ask her, but I have to finish with her first. Okay. All right. Yo, do you have a warrant, bro? Yo, Leah, don't you have a warrant, bro? You want to call the cops on me, bro? See what they do when they find out there's a warrant out for your arrest, bro? Let's just wait till she comes back. I'm telling that [ __ ] he has a warrant. >> Okay. Can you tell me what happened today? >> Um well, I can start from now. >> Sure. Absolutely. >> Uh basically, we were hanging out. Uh we were drinking and stuff and she got a little bit too drunk. So, I drove the car majority of the night because she wasn't in a good place to be driving and I stopped drinking. Like, I had sobered up and I stopped and um I drove back here because I had to come home. But she lives all the way in Miami. So I was like, "Okay, I'm just going to leave her like in the car sleeping so she can sleep when I wake up in the morning. If anything, I'm right here so she can call me and come get me if she needs." I wake up this morning at around 9:00 and I just like I'm getting called, but like I'm answering the call and I can hear her yelling outside like and on the phone and she's like, "Oh, I'm looking for my cart." She's yelling. She's like, "Why the would you leave me over there? Like no way you're doing this [ __ ] to me again." and she's saying she's in the she's saying that she's going to come and bang on the door if I don't come out and talk to her. So I come downstairs. I go out. I'm talking to her. She's yelling in the middle of the neighborhood. I'm like, "Gabby, please stop. Like you're causing the scene. You're embarrassing me at all." Honestly, like please like come. Like we can handle this somewhere else. But she wasn't listening. She kept getting in the car, driving, circling around, and coming back and saying she was going to bang on the door if I didn't come. And uh that's when we called the cops and stuff because she started going down there and she almost hit um one of our family friends and almost hit me with the car and she was driving erratically. So call the police because it was starting to get like too people were starting to come out and stuff. >> Okay. Um you said we and then you mentioned the name Gabriella or Gabby. Who is we and who is Gabriella to you? >> Gabriella is my ex-girlfriend. >> Okay. >> We is in me and Gabriella. We also hung out with like two other friends last night, but I dropped them off home and then I brought her back here. >> And um do you know Gabriella's last name? Okay. How old is she? >> She's 19. >> Okay. And you realize that you guys have been drinking last night? >> Yeah. >> I And she was Was she intoxicated this morning or last night? last night. She was and that's why I left her in the car to stick it off. Like she was way beyond the point of driving. She couldn't even walk. She wasn't even coherent. Like I was telling her I locked her door and she was like lifting her head up and then just falling right back down. So I really didn't know what to do at that point cuz I couldn't bring her inside. She's uncomfortable cuz she just got surgery. Like my baby brother is in there and stuff and my stepmom and everything was. So, um, the residence where you reside at, what's the address? Has Gabriella ever been there prior to last night? >> She came before to hang out and she actually came inside and like she was fine and everything. That's why I'm saying like I didn't know this was going to happen. Like she chilled the last time. Like it wasn't it wasn't no nowhere near close to this. >> Okay. So, she had an idea possibly where she was. Did she know that you you guys were coming back here last night? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And then was the car left running? >> No. I turned the car off. I cracked the windows and she had air and I told her to lock the door but she was like too she was too messed up so she couldn't lock the door but I had left it right there and I told her I sent her a text before I went inside and I was like oh like just call me you know I'm right here. >> What about what time did you guys get back last night? >> 4:00 in the morning. >> Okay. So around 4. So she was in her car sleep per se for possibly about 5 hours approximately 5 hours >> and then she woke up and >> she was just like it was like she was confused and like like she didn't know where she was but like I explained to her I was like you were too messed up like she knew where she was at basically. >> Is there any reason why she wasn't able to come inside with you? >> Well, it's just that like she didn't have permission and it was way too late. Like I wasn't even supposed to get home that late. I got in trouble for getting home that late. So it's like I couldn't bring her. I couldn't bring somebody random. Like I woke her up coming inside and she was just like, "Oh, like you can't be coming in at that time." So I was like, "Okay." Like I couldn't there was nothing I could do. She couldn't be downstairs cuz she's downstairs. >> Okay. All right. So she called you around 9:00 a.m. Just to recap, she's yelling, screaming. She's outside your residence. What is she saying to you? >> She was like, "Oh, I'm going to kill myself. Like why are you doing this [ __ ] to me again?" And I literally had the message on my phone. She was also texting me. So she was like she was just yelling and screaming and saying that she was going to like >> Bro, she was what the she say? She was like I'm going to bang on the door if you don't come out and talk to me. >> Did she bang on the door? >> Yes, she did. That's how she woke everybody up. >> Okay. >> Were you ever in fear at any time during this process >> with her? >> For your safety? I was in for like their safety because she's like manic at this point. So it's like she doesn't care what she's doing. I've never seen her even talk to a cop like that before. So like I didn't know what she was going to do. I didn't even care about her doing something to me. I just like really care about the fact that she's doing this like at my home. Like I I've never dealt with a situation like this. So I'm just really I feel really bad. >> All right. So there anything else pertinent to your statement that you think I should know? >> No. Time is 10:45 hours. This concludes our statement. >> Is there a way for me to contact her dad or anything? >> So, I he gave me a phone number. Um, she did ask to speak to you. I told her I would ask you, you are able to. Um, the window is cracked. So, that's about as I can't open the door or anything like that. So, you can talk to her through the window if you'd like to. um if you know she do give you her dad's number or she you know she gives you permission um then I can give you the number that she provided me but either way you know I am going to >> you know if she wants me to contact her dad to let him know I just want her like she's never been judged never been like even in a cop car like this I just don't want her to be feeling like I've abandoned her like I you know >> but she's an adult >> and she made her own choices and we had a when she had a brief coming to Jesus moment, we'll call it, to where she came down a little bit from her manic state. She she did apologize to me and I and I expressed her like, "I appreciate your apology, but you have to understand your actions have already been taken place. So now you have to be responsible for those actions." Um, so what she's being charged with is disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. They're both misdemeanor charges. Okay? And she is trespassing the community. >> Okay? on. >> I mean, it's better than her getting a DUI, her tolling her car, killing herself or somebody else, >> but that's where we are. All right. If you want to go talk to her, you can. Um, you know, but just if she starts yelling and screaming, I would ask that you walk away. >> Okay. >> That's up to you. >> All right. >> Just watch the car. All right. I don't Did I get your ID from you? >> No, I don't have it. Um, can or will the phone do it or have a picture? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Sorry. >> Thank you, bro. Thank you. Should I tell him about your warrant? Should I tell him about your warrant? I'll do it. Thank you for calling the cops on me. No, I'm going to chill, bro. I'mma tell him you have a warrant. >> You said it yesterday. >> All right. Well, we'll go check. You want to put me in jail? >> What do you mean? Why do I >> Oh my god, bro. This is all you, bro. I didn't do anything. All I did was trying to see you. I drove you around all night and then you do this [ __ ] to me. Bro, you don't do this [ __ ] to people, bro. >> Everyone in the neighborhood almost hit somebody. >> I didn't almost hit nobody, bro. >> And now I'm going to jail, bro, for coming to see you. >> No, because you're banging the door. You would have went outside. >> All right, I'm going to tell her about your warrant, bro. >> No, do that. I don't care, Gabby. I'm I'm literally trying to tell you that I'm sorry I didn't want to do this. This is their property. I can't call the cops everybody up to come back which I'm literally getting into this. >> You know what the this [ __ ] is like and you're doing it to me, bro. You bro, are youing kidding me? Yesterday you admitted you know how I am. And I just woke up in a car, bro. I woke up in a car drunk by myself, bro. car, bro. >> No, bro. No, bro. You don't do this [ __ ] to people, bro. I drove an hour 30 for what? To get arrested, bro. Are you kidding me, bro? You could have handled it better. Okay, bro. Keep thinking like that. If you're going to think like that, all right, bro. I hope it was worth it. I banged on the door and now I'm getting arrested. Thank you, Leah. Thank you, bro. Thank you, bro. Like, it's fine. And I know what goes around comes around, bro. Like, you're good, bro. Never again do I come to see you. I learned my lesson, bro. Like, all right. I get it, bro. I get it. I get it. I made a mistake coming over here, bro. I get it, bro. Thank you for doing this [ __ ] to me. Thank you for showing me you don't care so I can really never hit you up again, bro. I really appreciate it, bro. I told you cops. I almost I don't want this [ __ ] to be happening right now, man. I just cried over there. Like, I'm sorry. Never mind. >> Bro, you're never talking to me again, bro. I just got trespassed from a neighborhood I don't even step foot in. Bro, this [ __ ] happened to you, bro. You, bro. You go leave, bro. Leave. I'm in the store. I'm by myself anyways. Go, bro. The moon like always. Bro, why did I come here, bro? Why? Why did I come, bro? Now they're towing my car, bro. Oh my god. Why did I come, bro? Why do I do this stupid ass [ __ ] bro? Bro, why? Bro, why? Bro, [Music] what is my relation to you? the >> I don't really know her. She's my best friend's Yeah, my best friend's friend. >> Okay. >> Okay. All right. >> You guys good? Would she advise with her dad? >> She just screamed you to me. >> That's probably what was going to happen. But, you know, you're an adult. You can go over there and, you know, talk to her if you want to. So, >> I did want her to see my face because when she calms down, she is an officiator. Like, I I know how she can be. She's never taking it to this extent, but I do kind of know like I know kind of like >> she's going to calm down. She's going to regret this. >> Yeah. But, you know, those are life lessons, >> you know, and and maybe this is the wake up call she needs. Bro, please, please. I can't be in this car. Please, I'm stressed out, bro. Nobody does this to you, bro. Please, I'm stressed. Please. I've been in here for like a hour. Yo, my god, that's some good ass lawyers, bro. Got to die. [Music] [Laughter] Please. I don't deserve this. I don't deserve this [ __ ] bro. Real [ __ ] I do not deserve this [ __ ] Never see Leah again in my life. Whoever's watching this, if you're a good person, I pray for you. If you're doing it for the right reasons and not the wrong ones, and I pray for you. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen. I pray nobody ever gets put into some position like this, man. I wanted so tell me you're talking to a camera like to see my eyes a whole hour and 15 minutes away and I woke up by myself in my car after driving them around the entire night. Now please tell me whoever you are watching this, would you not be upset if that [ __ ] happened to you? I drove an hour and 15 minutes. I lost my [ __ ] Somebody stole my [ __ ] to West Palm Beach from Miami to see my ex. She told me to. We have a good night. No problem. No fighting. Good night. Genuinely good night. I wake up. I'm in my car by myself. >> Yeah. >> What? >> Yeah, I'm good. Thank you. I appreciate you. >> I wake up and stuff. >> We're going to be leaving here in just a few minutes. Okay. >> Okay. I wake up by myself. You know, after driving home around the entire night, I know the door. She's not answering me. the person I was with all night, the only person I know around here. And she calls and now he's getting arrested. Yep. Oh my goodness. Oh my god. I literally went to where the mailbox is worse. I could crash out by myself and not bother anybody and calm down and punch a tree. Bunch of drink. Are you kidding me, J? And now I'm in the car again, taking my ass to jail. The person I drove an hour and 30 minutes to go see just put me behind bars. So, let's be real, Gabby. Never in your life again. I understand. Why do I do so much for people who don't care about me? Why? Why do I do so much for people who don't care about me? Oh my god, stop singing. Please, I want to stop crying. I need a walk or something. I'm not okay. I would never do this to somebody. Oh my goodness. I would never do this to somebody. I would never do this to anybody. Never do this to anybody. Okay. You got to put your seatelt on. All right. >> Wait. And my card and all of that. It just got taken in my car. >> I didn't hear what you said. >> My debit card. So all I have is your phone, your ID, everything else stayed in the car. >> And what if somebody takes it? >> So it all gets secured in the vehicle. If your vehicle gets locked, it goes to the toward. Um if you want to, you can call your guardian makes you call him to let him know that the vehicle was towed the guardian's towing so that way he get it out as soon as possible, which would be what I would suggest. >> Okay. >> Okay. So once we get back to the district, if you want to make that phone call, I need to make that phone call. Okay. I'm going for one night. >> I don't know how long you'll end up staying here. Um, all that will be determined by whatever your bond is. >> All right. >> Okay. Go into a property. >> Can I just talk can I just say my situation is not for anything, but I really don't like I'm being painted as I don't understand. I came over here. I shouldn't have came. It's not. >> I agree with your statement. >> She doesn't care, right? >> I'm sorry. >> You know, you talk to her, she doesn't really care cuz I don't I don't get it. >> So, it doesn't seem like the two of you are a good mixture. Okay. I think that you guys should take this situation >> Oh, no. I for I'm for sure never >> separated from each other. >> Never again. >> Okay. >> I have never done this to her. >> And I mean she did advise that, but I mean alcohol doesn't help. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I literally knocked on door. I'm being taken to jail because I knocked on the door. Is that Sorry. Not not because of anything, but is that actually why? So they advised that it was more than just a simple knocking. >> Uhhuh. >> All right. So when I have multiple people advise that you're aggressively knocking, banging. >> I mean, I bang like twice. I mean, how far are we from where we have to go? >> Okay. So from here, the first place we have to go is to my district office cuz I have to do your paperwork before I transport you. How far are we? >> So, from here to my district office, it's like 7 minutes. >> Can I You think I can water when we Okay. >> Okay. >> My goodness. Do you want to call your guardian or You don't have to. cuz you're an adult. But if you'd like to let him know where the car is. >> Wait, realistically, I wouldn't be placed for more than a day, right? If you don't know at all. >> I know that you're going to get booked today. You'll go before the judge in the morning. Okay. You may be released on what's called RO, released on your own representative, which means you're going to sign paperwork saying that you promise to come back to your court date. I don't know if you'll have a bond and if you're going to have to bond out. I don't designate any of that. That's all based on your charges and up to the court. Okay. So, you could I would advise you to probably let your guardian know what the situation is. At least they know where you are and that you're alive and you're okay. You don't you don't have to because you are an adult, but maybe if it's because, you know, just even if it's because it's his car and the longer it's in there, the more fees they charge you. So, you would like to call him, you can. No, you don't have to. You're an adult. >> Okay. >> Well, okay. >> So, you tell me. Do you want to call your guardian and let them know? >> Yeah. Wait, can you tell me that? Actually, never mind. It's fine. Well, I need what am I going to >> that 305 number that >> you provided to me before? >> Yeah. >> I'm going to come around over there. Okay. So, you can call >> Do you know where it's at? >> The car was towed to Gardens Towing. >> Hello. >> Hello. Is this uh Roho? >> Yes. >> Hi. This is Deputy Vanc County Sheriff's Office. How are you? >> Good. Good. How are you? >> I'm doing well, thank you. So, I have Gabriella here with me. Um, she is in custody at this time. She did want to call you and speak to you. So, I'm going to let her speak to you um on the phone. Okay. >> All right. You're welcome. >> I got to hold it. >> Dad, I'm sorry. I didn't do anything crazy. I banged on a door and it's disturbing the peace. So, >> why were you banging on a door cabin? because I woke up in my car by myself and I I don't know. I I felt upset like I I don't I wouldn't do that to anybody and like the people I was with. I don't know. Like you know how I am, Dad. I'm sorry. I need to stop. I need to stop. These people don't care about me. Dad, you need to stop. And I'm sorry. Nothing crazy. So I didn't do anything. It was anything big. It was that that's the the disturbing the peace >> and resisting arrest >> and resisting arrest. >> Okay. >> My car got so >> Yeah, it's it's it's it's normal that if you get arrested that they tore their car out. That is normal. >> Okay. >> Uh I'm sorry. uh deputy think I I will be able to uh get her to release both. >> So both charges are a misdemeanor. The disturbing peace and the resisting arrest. Um they are a misdemeanor. Um we I could have charged her with Bat Leo, but I understand that she was under distress, you know, in the situation. So I'm not charging her with that because that is a felony. But I'm I'm not going to do that. I'm just charging her with the disturbing the peace and the resisting arrest. The car did get towed. Um I know you're the registered owner of the vehicle. That's why I wanted to give her the option to call you because you know she's an adult. She doesn't have to. But just out of common courtesy for you. Um the car was towed by Gardens Towing. Um yeah, Gardens Towing. She is currently in the city of Green Acres up here in Palm Beach County. Um, so I guess her and a former friend, female friend of hers. Um, they went out last night. They had a good time. She was unable to drive home. She stayed in the her vehicle. She woke up, didn't know where she was. She's under the influence of alcohol. Um, there was open containers in the vehicle, you know. So, again, not charging her with that either. Um, so it it could have been way worse. She could have harmed herself seriously or somebody else. Um, it just wasn't a good morning for her. Um, but she's she's calm now. She's in custody. Um, I have to we literally just got back to the station. I have to do my paperwork and then I'm going to transfer her to the county jail where she'll be booked. Um, in regards to any bonds or anything, I don't have control over that. that's um you know up to the judge and whatnot, but they are misdemeanor charges. More than likely, she'll be released on her own recgnissance. She will go to court to first appearance tomorrow or else they start at 8:00 a.m. at gun club. Um >> but she's not going to get out today. >> No, she would not be released today. She would have to go to court first in the morning before the judge for first appearance. >> Okay. And regarding the court, we can begin. >> Yes, you are correct. if you would just need to have your ID um you know and if you it's the registration in the vehicle it is that's fine you know you are the registered owner of the vehicle so they would be able to release it to you they do have the key question >> so I will Yeah. So, um I will Well, Gabby knows your phone number cuz she's the one who provided it to me. So, um once she goes to first appearance in the morning, she'll after first appearance, she'll go back sign some paperwork and whatnot. She'll be issued a court date in order to return back. If they release her on her own recgnissance, she'll be released probably tomorrow afternoon. Um she'll be issued a court date in order to appear. But after she goes to first appearance in the morning, she'll be able she'll have access to a phone. she'll be able to call you and let you know um if they did issue her a bond and what that bond is or if they're just going to release your RO on her own recently. >> Yeah. And even after she gets through the booking process today, she'll have access to a phone. It would be a collect call. So, you would have to accept the charges. She would be able to contact you. Okay. And I want to tell you that I'm pretty appreciative for those breaks that you gave her cuz I know it could have been worse and uh she's not being charged with um some more serious crime. This doesn't work and I can say for her that this is happening and that she's going through. >> Yes. And you're welcome. And I and I agree and I understand. Um you know, she she just had a rough morning and she made some poor choices and you know, she's an adult now. We we discussed it briefly. You know, she's just got now has to take responsibility for her actions and move on. >> Yes, please. Thank you so much. >> All right, sir. You're welcome. >> Thank you. >> All right. So, you want to talk to dad before? Anything else? >> Bye, Dad. >> Anything else you want to say to him? >> Nothing else. >> Thank you. take care of the uh on the car and as soon as you uh know the results of the both hearing, reach out to posted and you'll pick you up. >> Oh yeah, thank you. >> We we got to get better. >> I know. >> We got to get better. >> All right. And you can always call the jail, Palm Beach County Jail, the non-emergency number. I can give that to you now. >> It's 561. >> Sure. Sure. 564. >> Yes. 688 >> 688. >> Yes. 3000. >> 3000. >> Yeah, that's the general number for the county sheriff's office. You call that number. You can follow the prompts. You can get you over to the booking desk. You can ask them, you know, any different questions. But I would hold off for a while cuz to get through the paperwork and get over there and get her booked, it's going to be, you know, a little bit of time. So, and then again, she wouldn't she's not going to go to first appear until the morning. Yes. Yeah. Mhm. Yeah. They'll transfer you to the booking desk and they'll be able to look up for information and whatnot and they may be able to advise you, you know, what the bond may possibly be. >> Palm Beach County Jail. >> Palm Beach County. >> Yes. >> Okay. Thank you so much. >> Okay. So, you're welcome. Have >> a great day. >> Okay. You too. Take care. Bye-bye. All right. So, let's get through this. Um, I put a message out to my partners. I have to check my other phone. See if any of them responded so that way they can bring you some water. Okay. You want the I can leave this all the way down for you since we're here. Good. Okay. >> Am I going to be in a YouTube video? >> Are you going to be in a YouTube video? >> Like a body cam footage? Um, well, we do wear body cameras if someone does a public records request. They can um and then >> that's embarrassing. >> They can when they do the video, they can hold it online. Yes. >> Can you do that? No. >> Okay. I'm going to end. No. No. Just chill. Ew. I know. Rest. What do you do for work? >> Nothing. >> Wait, so what else could I have been charged with? So, because you are under the influence, >> cuz it all happens so fast that >> Yes. And that's usually how it happens. You could have been charged with a DUI. >> Mhm. >> Um, you could have been charged with battery on a law enforcement officer cuz you Is this the one from your nose? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Just hold that for a second because I want to cross your first bracelet off so it doesn't get tangled. >> Wait. Battery of an officer. You kicked me several times. >> I kicked you. >> I Yes, ma'am. You did when you were fighting us in the backseat of your car. >> I'm sorry. >> I appreciate it. I'm not charging you with that, >> but I very well could have. Okay. >> Where did I >> open your hand? >> Wait, where did I kick you? >> Uh, you kicked me in the legs several times. >> I'm sorry. >> And I appreciate that. You know, >> I just didn't um I never got my phone back. >> Yeah, your phone's up front. You will get >> No, like last time. >> Oh, you're going to get that back. I have no reason. It's not an evidence of a crime, you know, for what happened today. So, um you're going to get that back. >> Okay. >> All right. Do you I know you know your dad's number or your guardian as you called him. >> It's my dad. No, I was just being I was being >> I trust me. I have teenagers. I know. >> So, you do have a kid. >> I I do. >> You lied, right? >> I didn't lie. I just didn't answer your question. >> Oh, I was going to ask like you you act like a mom. >> I am a mom. >> I have three teenage boys. >> I have two sisters. So, my dad has three girls. >> Yeah. I'm going to go ahead and take your earrings off. The belly button will definitely They just pull out. >> Yeah. It's like an earring kind of My breath stinks so bad. >> You know what? I'm going to let you do that when we get there cuz I don't want to pull your ear or anything like that. Okay. So, everything's in here. >> Your your earrings and your belly ring and your other bracelet and your phone. Everything will go in this property bag and you'll sign for it and you'll get all of that back when you get out. Okay. >> All right. You're welcome. She's your friend now. We're friends. Yeah. She's my friend. Yep. I think Leah has a warrant. It's crazy cuz how are you going to put like That's freaking crazy. >> You said you think Leah has a warrant. >> Yeah, she was talking about it yesterday about her warrant and this and that and then she calls the cops on like >> Well, I can advise you that we ran her information. she's it's been advised that she has a warrant. So, I mean, either she doesn't have one, it's not in the system yet because they don't get put in overnight, or if she does have one, it may be not an extra item. >> Oh. >> So, bro, >> she literally told me to stop because I was going to run over her and I stopped. >> Brother, she said I ran over her foot.
